Seven felt sweaty as she pulled off her helmet. Her brown hair fell over her eye so she blew it aside with a huff. She sat down in the bar feeling invigorated from the race.

"Nice job."

There he was. Again, seated one step ahead of her in the same spot at the same place.

Seven sat down, Lloyd slid some sushi over to her. Seven blinked. Just the right order. Four pieces of salmon nigiri.

"Thanks." She picked up her chop sticks and rubbed them together. She glanced at him, he was happily eating his own meal. Her eyes strayed to the piece of paper on the table. A ticket.

"You watched the race?" She asked.

He gave a small smile as he turned to face her. "Yes I did. I almost thought you were out when the Darkley kids threw that curveball at you."

Seven's eyes widened as she laughed and shook her head in disbelief. "I can't believe you came."

He shrugged. "I had the time."

He went to take out some money to pay for his sushi when he also brought out two pictures. His mood noticeably became more somber as he gazed at them.

  Seven blinked. One was a picture of a younger looking Lloyd standing beside a grey haired man and the other was a young girl on the shoulders of a man beside brunette.

  "That girl was named Harumi." He said softly, pointing to the little girl in one.

  Seven studied the picture. "Why do you carry her picture with you?"

  Lloyd thought for a moment. "I....don't know. Maybe as a reminder of the impact of actions."

  Seven gave him a questioning look. "A while ago there was this large snake released in Ninjago called the Great Devourer." He explained. "We were unable to defeat it and....it was my fault the serpentine were out in the first place. During the attack Harumi's parents were killed by a collapsed building... Harumi blamed us and set out to get revenge."

  Llpyd studied his hands. "She tricked us into trusting her before in the end back stabbing us and then bringing the evil part of my father back from the dead."

  Seven wasn't sure what all of this was but she continued to listen.

  "She...she played with me." Lloyd admitted. "I fell in love with her and she pretended to return the affection. Thanks to my naive beliefs that she was this kind hearted girl Ninjago once again paid the price."

  "I needed to carry this reminder that....I need to be careful." Lloyd continued. He took the picture and looked down at it. "One mistake can change everything."

  Seven took the picture gently from his hands looking down at it.

Then she placed it back in his palm. "We all carry burdens, guilt, mistakes, blindness. I spent my life believing that my world wasn't a video game. That i just needed to get better in order to win." She told him.

  He smiled. "Sometimes we're all blinded by the light."

  "But not anymore." Lloyd said confidently, folding the picture and slipping it back in his pocket.
