See What You Fangirls Have Done?

Scott stared at Vincent for a long time, silent, a million emotions flowing through him. Anticipation, nervousness, fear, confusion... excitement.  He swallowed and then spoke in a shaky voice, "J-Just once, right?"

Vincent nodded, looking at Scott hopefully.

"Just t-to clear the tension?" Scott asked, his eyes trained on Vincent's lips.

Vincent nodded once more.

"And... it doesn't mean that I'm not straight?"

Vincent almost laughed. Almost. "You're joking, right? I mean, you're going to kiss another guy-" He faltered, looking at Scott's wide-eyed expression, and hastily corrected himself, "No, no no, it-it doesn't necessarily mean you're not straight. You can be bi-curious without having to be gay, you know, it's fine to..."

"Vincent."

Vincent was snapped out of his rant, "Yeah?"

"S-Shut up and kiss me."

Vincent's eyes widened, before he smiled, hopping off of his couch and walking around the coffee table. He sat down on the couch beside Scott.

Scott's breathing quickened, his heart racing as he turned sideways to face Vincent. This was it. This was finally it. He was actually going to do it. He was going to kiss another guy.

Vincent leaned forward, pushing Scott backwards. He slipped an arm around Scott's back, holding him up to make sure he wouldn't fall back onto the couch. His other hand was on the right of him, keeping both of them up.

Scott had nowhere else to put his arms, so he wrapped them around Vincent's bare body.

Vincent leaned in again, this time bringing their faces closer together. "You have no idea how long I've wanted to do this for," he whispered, using that same technique of brushing their lips against each other.

Scott felt like he was going to explode, his whole body yearning for Vincent to kiss him. He closed his eyes and whispered back, "I think I have a fair idea."

And then Scott surprised himself. He leaned forward and pressed their lips hard against each other.

Before Vincent even had time to react, his phone started screaming out.

"Gay Bar! I wanna take you to a Gay Bar!"

Scott couldn't help it, he pulled away before Vincent had time to kiss him, and burst out laughing.

Vincent seemed annoyed for a moment, then he simply let out an exasperated sigh, "I knew I should have changed that."

Scott laughed even harder. Vincent removed his arm from around his back and Scott fell backwards onto the couch, "Oof - Ow - Ahaha!"

Vincent rolled his eyes and sat up straight on the couch, "Well, whoever it is, they can go to message bank."

"No way," Scott rolled out from under Vincent and jumped off of the couch, walking over to where Vincent's bloodied pants lay. He picked them up and pulled out the phone. "Unknown caller, huh? Let's see how they react if I pick up~"

Vincent tried to protest, "That's not a good ide-"

"Hello, hello?"

Vincent rolled his eyes.

Scott's eyebrows raised, he put the phone on speaker, "I'm sorry, who did you say you were?"

"W-We... we were looking for Vincent..." It was the girl from the pizzeria earlier that day. "D-Did he give us a fake number?"

Vincent's eyes widened. Well, this is going to get awkward quickly.

"No, no, this is Vincent's number..." Scott frowned slightly, definitely suspicious,  "I'm sorry, what did you want him for?"

"We wanted t-to, uh... take him up on his offer of having us all over together one night..." At this statement, a few of the older girls in the background started giggling.

Scott's eyebrows raised further, "Oh? Is that what he offered you? Interesting. Very interesting." He gave a meaningful look towards Vincent.

Vincent grinned sheepishly back at him, shrugging.

"Wait a minute," One of the older girls said, "Who are you, anyway? What are you doing with our future boyfriend's phone?" She sounded annoyed, "Just put him on, would you?"

"Future boyfriend, hey?" Scott said. He leaned back against the wall, smirked at Vincent, and then said, "Sorry to disappoint you, ladies, but it seems you've been misled. This is Vincent's boyfriend."

There was silence at the other end of the phone.

Vincent looked at Scott, his eyes almost ready to fall out of his head. "Boyfriend?" he mouthed. A wide grin threatened to split his face in two. He waggled his eyebrows at Scott, who rolled his eyes and stuck out his tongue.

Another girl spoke up, "Um, ex-cuse me and all, but, like, yeah right. Just stop playing around."

Vincent hopped off of the couch now, walking over to Scott and wrapping his arms around his waist, "Sorry, girls, but he's right." He leaned down, half-whispering into Scott's ear, but still loud enough to be heard down the phone. "Me and my boyfriend are off-limits."

There was silence for a long time before a fourth girl spoke up - geez, how many of them are there? - "That's... actually kind of hot..."

The group lapsed into giggles again.

Vincent whispered to Scott now, making sure the girls couldn't hear, "Did you just come out to me?~"

"Don't flatter yourself," Scott whispered back, "I'm only joking. I'm actually quite mad at you for leading these girls on. But anyway, they won't be able to figure out who I-"

"Hey, wait a second!" This from a fifth girl, who evidentially had grabbed the phone, "I think I recognise this guy's voice!"

Scott snapped his attention back to the phone, "What?!"

"Yeah!" A sixth girl exclaimed, "You're a guard at the pizzeria, aren't you?! Girls, do any of you know which one he is?"

"I don't work at the pizzeria!" Scott insisted, but it was too late, the girls had already started speaking in hushed whispers, numbering off each of the guards.

Scott hung up quickly, a small sense of panic starting in his stomach.

"Well, well, well," Vincent chuckled. "Now you've done it, haven't you?"

"It's okay!" Scott put the phone down, trying to convince himself mostly, "They still don't know who I am."

Vincent chuckled, "You underestimate the power of teenage girls..."
