For a few hours, I just listened to him mumble to himself in his sleep. Though most would be eager to get up and do something, Kabuto was perfectly content with laying there is with his master's head on his chest. He was happy with just feeling him breathe and hearing him mumble. It would be okay with Kabuto if they never moved again as long as they stay like this.
Finally, his master twitched once more and this time, his eyes fluttered open. "Kabuto...?" He asked groggily. His servant laughed.
"Yes?" Kabuto continued petting his master.
"Was I.... Sleeping long....?" He asked.
"Indeed... It's already 2:00 in the afternoon,Lord Orochimaru." He seemed disturbed or at least surprised.
"That long?!" He seemed exasperated.
"Sh,sh...." Kabuto chuckled and pet him gently. "It's not like we have anything to do today. Calm down."
Eventually, the snake did calm and cuddled back up in his servant's arms.
"Oh,ho-ho? What's this now? Are you not so worried all of a sudden?" He chuckled. Orochimaru nodded.
"I've changed my mind. I'm laying here all day." He stated simply. Kabuto looked incredibly surprised. It made his heart skip a beat that his master would want that too. So they did... All day.
