Sky's pov a few weeks later

I paced in my office, deep in thought. Mitch had told me that someone had been seeking into my kingdom gathering classified information. Let's see here, I need a hit man. I know who this spy is, so all I need is for him to simply disappear. I then got an idea. I then got up and walked into my thrown room where Ty was calmly waiting. He smiled at me and I'm smiled back, kissing him on the cheek then sat on my thrown. I then handed Ty a piece of paper. "I have a simple mission for you." I said as he opened the paper. He stared at it for a second then looked up at me.

"As you wish." He said then walked off.

Ty's pov

I walked out of the thrown room, closing the door behind me. I had to kill him. I sighed then began to walk outside. "Mitch I need a carriage." I said and Mitch nodded walking away. I then put my gloves on (not winter ones) and clutched the dagger I had. No one would know. Hopefully.

~ Time skip ~

I got out of the carriage and walked around town, the dagger hidden in my coat. I looked around for quite sometime until I saw him walk into the woods at the edge of town. I followed him acting as if I was trying to get his attention. Once we were far enough in I called his name. "Seto!" He turned around and smiled at me.

"Hi Ty! How are you?" He said as I walked up to him.

"I'm good, and you?" I asked and Seto smiled.

"I'm pretty good thank you. So what are you doing here?" He asked.

"It's my day off. Why are you in the woods?" I asked.

"It's where I practice my sorcery." He said and I nodded sitting down. He sat down as well.

"I'm sorry Seto." I said gripping the dagger.

"For wha---" He never continued the sentence and he never would. I swung the dagger hitting him square in the chest. He coughed and wheezed, slowly falling to the ground. I stared at him, tears streaming down my cheeks. He then hit the ground with a thud, falling completely limp. I then got up and raced back to the carriage without being noticed. I got in and watched as the town disappeared. I then sobbed into my hands. For I had just killed my best friend.

Brice's pov (OH SHIT)

I walked into the forest. Seto has been out longer than usual. I then saw what seemed to be his cloak. Is he asleep? I thought then walked up to him. I gasped when I saw that he was laying in a pool of his own blood. "Seto? Seto?! Wake up!" I yelled desperately. But I knew he wouldn't wake up. Tears streamed down my face then I realized something. He had been gathering information on Seena. The king. He did this. I picked Seto's body up and carried it back to the village.

Ty's pov

It was later in the day and I grabbed the plate brining it to Sky's room. "Today's lunch is brioche. I hope you enjoy." I said smiling at Sky who took a bite and smiled such and innocent smile. But who knows how long it would last.
