Just then the lights in the room go off, startling the people in the lobby "huh? Hey what's going on?"

Kranz and minene glare knowing it was the subclasses doing

The elevator starts going down fast, misono stops himself from falling " mio!" He yells, summoning the familiar who appears with her purple arua, and throws of his hat along with the wig as she appeared

" damn it! Your smarter than I thought! To think you saw past my elevator shoes!"

" that disguise sucks!" Sakuya exclaimed

' this is bad...' misono thought ' what if greed his eve and Yuno have already been moved, no there's no' he placed his hand against the wall ' there still using this hotel as their base, they didn't expect us...'

" Sendagaya, I'm going down, you take the stairs up! Call your familiar!" He said through the cons to tetsu, who was running up the stairs with the coffin "Leave it to me!" He answered " Phoe phoe!" With a yellow light the Phoenix appears and and follows him

' alright, so it's up to Lily mio and me to stop this guy!' He glared towards Sakuya, who just looks up laughing

Meanwhile

Tsubaki arrives in a forestry area " here I am, I wonder which one of their group they sent to say hello to me" he looked around for whoever was supposed to meet up with him

Then blinks at what he sees, gill along with others dressed in while mascot costumes

" huh?...." an awkwardness filled the area, before tsubaki finally spoke " look I love a good laugh as much as the next vampire, but this is a bit much"

Gil steps forward " so your the one called tsubaki!" Yep...he spoke...he sounded so manly XD

" what a harsh voice! I didn't expect a cute whale like you to sound so manly" tsubaki cooed mockingly

" he may be a brat, but he's still our boss, if anyone's going to punish that little monster, we should be the ones who get to do it, he isn't yours to hurt, we'll be taking him back now!" He says

Tsubaki laughs a little " well I was thinking of settling the situation by handing over the keys to the room their being held in"

" the keys!!" Gil exclaimed, his face like o-o!

" listen...it's really hard to take you seriously when you look so ridiculous..." tsubaki says getting annoyed " I'm holding my end of the bargain, now where is my subclass?" He questioned

" he's here, but he's hidden, you'll find him inside one of these mascot costume!"

" inside one?" Tsubaki looked a little surprised

Then quickly dodged gils attack, he was gonna strike but stopped and jumped up onto a Tree branch before Gil could hit him " why a clever ruse, if I attack any of you at random, i risk hurting my own subclass...hmm..I wonder what I should do" Tsubaki murmurs

" this is Turing out into quite an annoying trade."

The tree then starts shaking, so he looos down and sees the pink whale holding it from below " oh hello?" He jumps off and flies " someone's showing off, oh I see, this much be alicen's private property" he says

"Honestly I thought the his trap would be more elaborate" he comments as the tree is thrown towards him, he jumps off another tree and it gets hit, then dodged the whales attacks " either you didn't ha e enough time to plan,
Or the person In charge is a very un-imaginative"

He jumps back at looks at his enemy's " not to worry, as along as there's a chance my subclasses here I'll play along~ I'm not skipping out of the fun before my wedding, but I must warn you, that I'm the type who'll do anything to win the game..."

"You certain your ready for this?" He asks, appearing next to Gil and touching his. Face, he gasped And tried to punch, but once again, tsubaki dodged " hmm, the mascot costumes are thick so I can't tell If there's one person inside or two" he says looking at his hand hole clenching it

Suddenly it starts raining, and the area starts a red fog " playing hide and seek with whales in the forest, I actually kinda admire the set up this is" he jumps back down, he starts laughing like a maniac once more, before groaning " not interesting at all, shall we continue?" He asks "It's always so sad if one of the children isn't found during a game of hide and seek isn't it? So..." he raise his arms " let's play the game~"

Back at the hotel

The elevator finally stops moving ' the bottom floor' he focused his attention towards Sakuya, not letting his guard down ' gil and the others can only distract tsubaki for so long, he have to save greed and his eve and Yuno quickly'

To when they talked about their plan

"According to the information we've gathered, it's seems tsubaki had five main subclasses who are all highly skilled in battle" hugh says

" the strongest amount them is named higan, he's the one who kidnapped licht and Yuno in front of Mahiru" misono noted " logically speaking If the green pair is separated beyond their distance limit, then our enemy is most likely guarding them in two different teams, higan can probably handle one hostage while the other four work together, we don't know where Yuno could be still...." he frowned

" ha, as long as we take tsubaki out of the picture tetsu and I can easy handle the subclasses" hugh says fiddling with his cane

" so you say, hopefully, we won't have to find out" misono comments ' in order to get greed, licht and Yuno back safely, we'll have to fight any subclasses we come across, but my Lily isn't well suited for combat and I've never fought with mio before...'

Flash back end

' how many of tsubaki's subclasses are down here? Who are we facing?' He glared out as the doors open, but to his surprise, the room was empty, no one insight ' huh?! No one?!...what's going on?!....'

Suddenly he turn to Sakuya who was now holding a chainsaw and starting it up " there a problem?" He asked " you look like you were expecting Someone huh?"

Lily transforms and shields misono " stand back, I'll handle this, somethings off, we're alone here" he stated " I don't sense anyone else" they start backing out of the elevator

" guess you made a few miscalculations" Sakuya says " I bet you were expecting us to separate the hostages beyond their distance limit, and that the subclasses were split up into two teams to protect the top and bottom Floors, sound about right?~" he taunts " you really don't understand tsubaki at all, he's not the kind of person who likes to be on the defensive, you can say he lacks Subtlety, he'd rather aim big...'

Misono remembered what the SerVamp said on the phone ' I think we'll still keep them separated, far apart form each other'

' crap! He's been playing us form the beginning' misono cursed

"You though you had the upper hand here..." Sakuya states " you see our goal was never to destroy greed, it was to use him as bait to get to pride, so we can crush him!" He smirked

'Tricked us! Lawless, licht and Yuno must be on the top floor, Damn it I can't believe I fell for this!'

Speaking is pride, the other two and familiar were in front of the subclasses " huh?! This guys only fourteen?!" Belkia exclaimed

" haha, no one more surprised than this old man" higan says

" higan, will you please stop fooling around" shamrock scolds

" yeah alright" he shrugged " I don't really wanna fight against a kid, but then I guess it can't be helped"

" so their definitely hiding greed and his eve along with Yuno back there right hugh?" Tetsu asked the SerVamp " yes" he nods " this is quite the blockade" he chases forms and floats down to the floor before turning back " don't worry your head about this tetsu, prides here! And I'm gonna handle these guys all by myself" he smirk

Back in the basement

" misono!" Lily yells when Sakuya tried to attack, they move and he ends up slicing a security camera ' we have to defeat him quickly and get up to the top floor! But how?'

He then remembered a few words someone told him 'winnings the easy part, listen brother, all you have to do is make sure your crueler than your opponent is'

This only caused him to scream " shut up! Don't say another word! Mahiru and Yuno don't understand!" He growled, returning to calm again " they don't see the point of this war..."

" tsubaki had very specific goals, he's been searching for so long, but he still don't know what the key is...it might be as simple as revenge...or it could be something more terrifying..."

" so this isn't about vampires" misono noted " guess they were only ameans to an end"

Licht starts to awaken and finds himself in a cell " where am I?.." he groaned, he then noticed another unconscious body in a Dress not to far form him " angel?.." he may have been tied up, but she wasn't to far " hey...wake up..."

" you don't look very good, your pale" he says somewhat worried " it feels like I'm being drained of my life and magic...but I don't know by what..."

" no doubt this is that rotten hedgehogs fault" he glared while leaning against a wall " for once I'm agreeing" Yuno grunted while Leaning against the wall herself

In the room next door

"Man...This is a bad sign" lawless groaned " I'm hallucinating, it's like I'm hearing my little angels voice in here..." he said weakly " I wonder if they means he's about to die, I knew who knows how long we've been separated for..." he sighs " of course..." he smirked before shouting out loud " I shouldn't be surprised! Even my own gloomy musician is going to die! He'll never become anything at all! He's so arrogant!" Because I'm an angel" he says, don't make me laugh!....actually it's not funny at all is it!?

" shut up you stupid animal" licht glared forward

He asked while there's silence apart from lawless " i mean it's true your great pianist, but there are plenty of other musicians out there in the world, no matter how unique a person is, their life doesn't really matter" he grumbled

" oh yeah what?" Lawless grumbled

And then a fight broke out between SerVamp and eve

Suddenly he busts through the wall, lawless immediately shuts up while looking shock as licht stands there with the girl looking weak and in the wedding dress

With mahuri

He opening his eyes And froze, wind blows off the hood of the cloak he was suddenly wearing, and he looked in surpass at where he was

" where am I?"

Looking around he found himself surrounded by a red sand desert

Suddenly some sand rose up to his height before it was blown away by wind, but he was the birthday cat, who looked like he was foraging in the red sand desert

The cat disappeared when the sand blew in the wind

Suddenly he heard the sound of a bell Instantly recognizing it as Kuro's collar, he trying to focus on the noise ' i hear it...' he then hears
What sounded like someone's familiar girls voice ' that voice!...' he immediately starts following both sounds

He gasped remembering the words people had told him ' I can't loose sight of why I'm here, I have to find Kuro so I can make things right with him, face to face'

" these must be his memory's, I'm seeing his past, he went alone to meet the one who created all the SerVamps...." Kuro walked towards a house and slide open the door " Ahh...it's been a long time..." a voice says from inside, mahrui gasped " I'm glad to see you well...sleepy ash"

Mahuri gasped when black forms started rising, and blocking the path, then wrapping around him, he hears kuro's fought a while struggling

They all started walking away except lawless

" well I'm not gonna forgive what you did brother....I'll never forget this!" He yelled

' this is where kuro's uncertainty and regret come from...' Mahiru noted ' I didn't understand the resolve I needed to face his past along side him..' he reached out while still stuck in the thorns ' he needs help!...'

"Kuro! You idiot! I won't run away!" He yelled " because I'm determined to get you back to normal! Your pasts and regrets don't matter! Only what you do now!" He clenched his fist around the small retreating Kuro, and a darkness stated surrounding ' I didn't know the resolve I need to face this kind of pain' he yells out as his hand gets surrounded

The bracelet around his wrist glows and he started hearing the voice singing

He was walking past the auditorium when he heard a piano playing a person singing, he couldn't help but follow it, there were people inside, so he hid behind some seats, staring mesmerisingly at the girl with the pink hair singing on the stage ' Yuno....'

. Sighing yelling " It's me! It's Mahiru Shirota! I came in here so I can face you!!".

Suddenly the a door began to be carved out of the chained box, slowly pulled open the door, revealing a long dark hallway.

He starts walking in, hearing kuro's thoughts

' all this time he regretted what happened...alone...' he thought as he walks to ward Kuro, who had his face buried in his knees, his arms wrapped tightly around himself as he whimpered softly.

"I... Was right. I'm not wrong...we don't need anymore monsters In the world...I had to stop him there...I was right...if I hadn't done it...someone else would have...no...is there is it true?...was the o Lu choice to kill him...if I was wrong then why did I do it ..."

he looked at him in pity as he heard the voices of his inner thoughts

regret is so painful....it's tearing me apart...I'd feather never do or feel anything again! I won't make anymore decisions!-I'll only do what others tell me to do...that's all

Mahuri walked forward, Suddenly Kuro looked at me miserably. "Did I do the right thing?" While Mahiru flinched

Mahuri yelled, making him flinch " but you already know that" as he walked forward, the ground beneath started breaking, like glass and a green and yellow light emerged from the cracks " your the only one who can tell of you were wrong or right! And I can hear you arriving with yourself about it, listen to me Kuro! The reason you feel this way is because your doubting your actions all those years ago!It takes courage to accept you were wrong...because it means you don't trust yourself, But you can work through this! You can move on!" He then head-buts him him, making him hold the bruise and look up confused " if you regret it, then you can't seat here moping around forever, Kuro stand up, you and me" he smiles " let's face this together, your not alone, got that?" The room then cracks and is replaced by a grassy field and blue sky

Kuro closes his eyes and mumbles " your such a pain...I could just die..." a blue arua forms a round him and turns into a cat, that mahuri holds up
