You sighed happily as you finished your last make up assignment for school. The week before, you had gotten pretty sick with the flu, resulting in you staying out that week and missed a lot of school work. After gathering your belongings, you head over to your homeroom teacher, handing her the assignments.

"Thank you so much for letting me stay late" you say, giving a polite smile. She returns it, grabbing the papers from you.

"You're very welcome, Ms. (L/N). Have a good evening and stay safe." She tells you. You nod politely and tell her the same before heading out of the classroom and to your locker. To your surprise, a dark haired boy with one white little streak was leaning against it. You chuckled, realizing who it was.

"You know, you didn't have to wait for me, Licht" you said, smirking as you walked towards him.

"Tch, like I could let you walk alone after school. Who knows what kind of trouble you could get yourself into?" Licht said, scoffing before moving so you could get into your locker.

"What is that supposed to mean? I can take care of myself" you said, laughing as you put your belongings away. Suddenly, Licht's bag began to make shuffling noises and shake as a little voice came from it.

"We all know that Angel-chan and I wanted to see you!" it said. Licht began to shake the bag violently and even gave it a little kick.

"Stupid hedgehog, shut it!" He said and you knew immediately that Lawless, his Servamp, was in there. You rolled your eyes, shut your locker and walked past the two, on your way out of the school. When you walked out, it was already dark. You hadn't realized you were in there for that long. Beginning to feel uneasy, you remembered your fear of walking alone in the dark and you were glad that they cared enough to wait for you.

You felt an arm wrap around your shoulders and had noticed Lawless had turned into his human form. You smiled at him as you two walked like that, you didn't think anything of it, just friendly affection.  

"So, did you get your work finished and turned in today?" He asked sweetly. You nodded.

"I sure did!" You both smiled and little did you know, a certain angel was getting quite pissed and Lawless knew it. Licht punched him, forcing him to move from your side. Licht quickly takes his place, standing so close your arms were touching.

"Uh, I'm glad to hear you have it done." Your eyes widened slightly. Licht was actually praising you? This shocked you a ton.

"Where did Lawless go?" You asked, looking around. You found him behind you, face planted in the sidewalk.

"Hm, must've tripped" Licht said with a smirk. Lawless got up, a few scrapes on his face.

"Pssh, I'm fine! I'm pretty tough. Tougher than this angel over here!" He said, moving to your other side, linking his arm with yours.

"Oh yeah?!" Licht said defensively. You noticed he linked his arm with yours as well.

"YEAH!"

You jerked both of their arms roughly to get their attention.

"Behave!" You yelled.

"Sorry" they both said and looked down.

'What is wrong with those two today? I know they usually fight on a daily basis but this is ridiculous' You thought, shaking your head.

Eventually, you all made it to your house and when you turned around to thank them, they were already fighting again. Lawless was attempting to smack at the angel's face as Licht's heel was in his cheek. You sweatdropped at the both of them and stomped over to the two idiots.

Peeling them off each other, you slapped them in the back of the head.

"I have no idea what has gotten into you two but cut it out!" You sighed. "Thank you for walking me home. Goodnight, you two."

Just as you were about to turn to walk into your house, you felt two pairs of lips on both of your cheeks. Your cheeks flushed at their actions.

"Night!" They both said in unison. Not being able to form words, you quickly sprinted into your home and leaned against the door.

'I get what they were fighting over now...' you thought, putting your hands over your cheeks.

Bonus:

"Why'd you go and do that?!" Lawless yelled. Licht narrowed his eyes at the hedgehog.

"Because she's mine!"

"No, she's mine!"

And so the two began fighting once more.
