~Does anyone else remember Fernando or is it just me? When you make all these fanfics where everyone survives (except Al, which I can sort of understand), please remember him. He gave his life to help Tris and the others get into Erudite headquarters. Deserves a little attention, no?

~Marcus is now completely nuts, instead of a controlling person who had his ideas of discipline completely messed up. People. He hit Tobias. He whipped him with a belt. He did not burn him. He did not cut him with knives or glass or whatever. And he didn't/doesn't drink, either.

~The main OC is, for some reason, never a Candor-Dauntless transfer, despite the fact that the majority of Dauntless transfers are usually Candor.

~There are no stories about people in factions other than Dauntless. The only stories with Abnegation include Tobias and Tris.

~THE GRAMMAR, SPELLING AND PUNCTUATION ARE WORSE THAN A FIRST GRADER'S. Usually it's all long paragraphs with no spaces and new lines for different speakers and incidents, and sometimes like this:

"Ok tobias see u" i leave and go to the dining hall uriah sits with lynn and marlene and i go sit "hey tris did u hear about the party zekes throwing" marlene asks "no really" im so exited i have to talk to christina about what to where

Please.

~People are forever changing their POVs. I can't remember half the time whether Tris is speaking or Tobias or Uriah or Christina or Zeke or Shauna or Marcus or Evelyn or Caleb or Johanna or some random Amity who wandered into this mess by accident and needs to go back to making friendship bracelets before they're traumatised.

~The tense keeps changing too. (I'm going to use grammar and stuff in this one because I can't go through that again).

I look around at the initiates throwing knives. I see a skinny boy whose aim is really off and I walked over to correct him. I grabbed a knife from the table and showed him what to do. He understands and I walk back to my place. Tobias is nowhere to be seen; I frowned.

If you're not comfortable using present, then just don't. Use past tense, but please don't keep switching.

~The world building is often really bad. I know it wasn't amazing in the series either, but come on. At least tell us whether you're sticking to the original thing, making something new or just making a few new rules for how things work.
