Appearance: 

Randall is a purple chameleon-like monster with three-antennaed long crests with pink tips on top of his head, violet scales, green eyes, four arms and legs, a sky blue tail, and has the ability to completely blend in with his surroundings, making him invisible (as well as being able to cling to walls).

In his youth years at college, Randall's crests were shorter, and he sometimes wears purple glasses (which he later got rid of to improve his camouflage powers, leading him to constantly squint to try and see better).

In Monsters at Work, Randall is mostly unchanged as his same appearance but he now has a scar over his right eye due to being frantically hit with a shovel by that woman in the trailer, and a brighter skin color scheme.
