“Don't worry, Mr. Jeon Jimin! I'll protect your family from Kyunsji's little worker. I'm pretty sure they'll double his security, so he wouldn't have any contact with that man.” Joo-Ho assured, but Jimin was so sick of hearing the same words over and over again; ‘everything is going to be alright,’ ‘Kyunsji will pay for inflicting so much!’ ‘You'll be safe now.’ And so on. However, even if these words were meant to comfort, Jimin just wished for it all to come true and his freedom wouldn't have to be delayed for even a little while. It was moments like these, Jimin just wished Kyunsji was dead. It's been a long wait and the pregnant omega was sick and tired of hearing Kyunsji's name being shouted by paparazzi; going by a rumor that Jimin was with the crazy alpha ever since he went off to face him in prison.

          “Either way, I just hope his second trial comes sooner. I've already missed the first and he threatened me to drop all charges on the first. But, there's no way I'd ever do it. So, I'm cautious. He said he'll send ‘him' after my little Minho and my husband. Ugh! Why can't he just get murdered by a cellmate?! That man is ruining my reputation. Everyone must think I'm some cheater because I went to face him one day. Rumors are spreading so much, they might think these pups I carry is his!” Jimin continued and sat up. “I'm sorry… I have mood swings time to time, bear with me…”

         “That's fine. My ex wife on her mood swings was even worse!” Joo-Ho joked as Jimin laughed after. “Since you're pregnant and I don't recall you eating something prior to heading out to the clinic, how about I order something for you and Minho?”

        “I'll cook something. Don't worry about it, I have a big appetite.” Spoke the omega and chuckled nervously after. Feeling a little embarrassed to deny the offer.

        “It's okay! You're my boss and Jungkook would have done the same thing! You do have pups on the way so, I just want to help you out. Even if it's not clear I'll keep this job, I'll still order you something. It's a way of thanks.”

         “Or a way to kiss-up and keep the job?” Jimin said and laughed as the alpha then placed his own index finger over his own lip to play along with the joke. Jimin then began to feel like this alpha was trustworthy, a good friend and displayed such a loyal persona towards the small family alone. For once in a long time, Jimin felt like there was finally someone outside of his friends he could trust with the safety of the family. That's what mattered to Jimin the most.

          At the meantime, Taehyung was sitting in his dressing room and bouncing the pup on his lap. The two matched on big and black sweaters, but the pup wore a denim overall and Taehyung had on his loose grey sweatpants. The two sat in front of the dressing table and Ju-won was busy slamming his small fingers over Taehyung's phone. Scrolling through the gallery and gazing at the many pictures of Yoongi and Taehyung alone. “Ju-won, be careful, don't delete any of Daddy's pictures.” Taehyung spoke and the pup kept scrolling until he stopped at a picture of Taehyung holding Minho when he was just a little one-month-old pup.

        Ju-won stared at the picture and cupped his own face. For a two-year-old beta, he seemed to be familiar with jealousy. Of course, Taehyung knew Ju-won was familiar to it because he's been neglected and given up for other pups, so he understood if he saw something like this. “Daddy…” The pup whispered his pitched and sad whimper before tears ran down his chubby and pale face.

       “Woah, hey! That's just Jeon Minho! Your older cousin. You're my only pup. Alright? My only Ju-won.~” Taehyung promised as he then looked at the time and back at the pup before he could give the younger a kiss on the cheek to cheer him up. “Let's wait for Yoongi to come pick you up. I'll be too busy to focus on my little pup.” Taehyung cooed and caressed the pup's small face to dry his small tear. “Don't cry, sweetie… I'm never going to leave you.” The beta continued. Just the many things that occured to the pup seemed to leave him traumatized through it all. Ju-won was always traumatized, so being abandoned became the pup's fear at a young age. “The world is so cruel… I don't care if you're a beta… I'm a beta too! I won't abandon you. You remind me so much of myself. I love you so much, Ju-won.” Taehyung continued as the pup began to giggle after shedding a few tears.

           “Daddy!” The pup spoke his only few words he understood in his oh so little vocabulary. Taehyung smiled after and messed the small pup's silk hair up before he held his phone up and came up with an idea.

           “Let's video chat with Jimin and Minho. That's your uncle and cousin! We're not really related at all, but we are best friends.” Taehyung spoke and went on his contact list to video chat with Jimin. By there, Taehyung began to call and wait for an answer until Jimin finally picked up and quickly rose a brow. “Hi, Jimin!! Ju-won, say hi!”

          “Hi!” The pup greeted with a cute smile that fell in sync with Taehyung's bright smile.

           “Who's that little guy? Hey there! I'm Jimin!” Jimin cooed and sat down on the edge of his bed while Minho was busy playing with his toy car happily.

           “This is Ju-won. He was abandoned by his parents at the grocery store and I came across him. He's mine now.” Taehyung chuckled after and hugged the pup close. “He's a beta like me! Ah, he's a cutie. Isn't he?”

          “Hey there, Ju-won! You can call me uncle Jimin!”

          “No!! You're Daddy!” Minho interrupted as he walked up to the phone while holding his toy car close. By there, Minho looked at the other pup through the screen with Taehyung and smiled right back at the younger. “Hi!”

          “Ju-won, this is Minho. Minho, this is my son Ju-won. He's two years old and his name will soon be Min Ju-won. However, I still prefer Kim Ju-won.” Taehyung stated while Jimin still had questions to ask about the little pup.

           “I'm still confused about how you're a father now. It's been such a long time since we've talked! It's tough to catch up at times.” Jimin added as Minho was still looking at Ju-won like he wanted to get to know him better. “When did you adopt him?”

          “About that, he's not adopted… YET! Yoongi and I will adopt him once his parents are found and also his documents. It took Yoongi so long to finally agree to care after Ju-won. However, it looks weird just seeing him try to play with him since he's not used to it… But he's trying and that's all that matters. We'll look after him together until he becomes available to adopt. I'm so excited! Ju-won is such a cute little pup! So obedient and he loves to spend time with Yoongi and I equally. I think that's what's so nice about baby betas; they don't go through some phase to grow out of their liking of as an alpha to protect their omega parent or as an omega, the need for protection from their alpha parent.”

          “Ah, Minho was such a challenge on that one… Not easy! It was so much trouble.. But, speaking of trouble; I have great news!”

         “Is it about the rumors? Of you and Kyunsji? Please tell me you calmed them down…” Taehyung added as the sound of the answer to Jimin made the omega roll his eyes at the crazy alpha's name.

         “No. I choose to ignore that. I don't want them to twist my words but eventually, I know Jungkook would turn it down for me. It's ridiculous…” Jimin assured and Taehyung began to think of another guess for Jimin's big news.

        “Moving?” Taehyung asked and once Jimin shook his head, the beta gave up by there. “What's the big news?”

         “I'm pregnant with twins!” Jimin announced and by there, Minho moved his head to look at Jimin; gawking at the omega with a puzzled look to his youthful stare.

         “No-” Minho spoke and by there, Taehyung interrupted and clapped Ju-won's hands together to show how excited he was. “Hey! Minho was talking!”

         “Calm down, Jungkookie Jr.  Ah, such a little diva.” Jimin cooed into a tease and hugged his pup close. “Twins are two pups, Minho. You'll have two pups for a brother or sister.” Jimin explained and went against Jungkook's advice. In which the outcome; came out as expected.

          “Minho wants brothers and sisters now! Minho will push daddy to hospital and have pups come out now!” The pup demanded and Taehyung began to laugh after hearing the little alpha grow demanding.

         “My little brat, Min-Min~” Jimin whispered and pulled his pup close to give him kisses on the cheek and make Minho start to giggle and attempt to wiggle away. “We also have a bodyguard. We needed one to protect us while I'm pregnant. He's a very nice man, social, kind to Minho and very optimistic. But-” Jimin spoke and was then interrupted once Joo-Ho opened the door to the bedroom. By there, Jimin flinched and gazed back at the bodyguard that was interrupting his video call with Kim Taehyung.

          “O-Oh… Uh… Sorry to interrupt, Jimin… But the food is here and I don't know the pin for the gates to accept the delivery. I'm also going to need help since it's a lot…” Joo-Ho said as Jimin then smiled and nodded his head in response.

         “Pin... The pin is ‘97951919152013’. Here, I'll write it.” Jimin said and set the phone down to assist the alpha. Jimin wrote the pin down as Minho giggled and looked down at the camera where his forehead and eyebrows were visible. “Don't end the call, Min-Min.” Jimin said and looked back at the bodyguard. “I'll be right there to help, let me just end the call with Taehyung.” Assured the omega and the bodyguard nodded his head to then walk out while Minho desperately tossed the phone back onto the bed and dashed over to walk alongside his best friend. Once the bodyguard and Minho stepped out to accept the delivery, Jimin sat back onto the bed and held the phone up to resume his conversation with the beta.

        “So, that was him? I'd expect him to have a little decency. He must've heard the good things about him. But, what's the downside?” Taehyung asked. “There's always a downside.”

        “He's a perfect guy and that kind of thing gets Jungkook a little suspicious of him. I don't like doubting him. He's new to us and he'll be living here, so far, he's a very friendly guy to Minho. Yet, Jungkook keeps mentioning that he had no experience of being a bodyguard. Which brings us to the question, why did he suddenly want this job?” Jimin questioned the beta and all Taehyung did was blink and shake his head.

        “It's not healthy to judge him. He's trying his best. Jungkook is only like this because he's strict on protecting you, every little thing is off to him. Besides, you're pregnant at the moment and Jungkook is bound to cling onto you everyday and make decisions for you since he alone is very overprotective.” Taehyung concluded as Jimin agreed. Even if Jungkook made a point that the man had no experience, it could have just been the Jeon Jungkook all along since he grew too overprotective especially when Jimin was expecting. He was an alpha anyways, so Jungkook was bound to overreact.
