“No… No… They're going to want Ju-won back… I can't let them take him! They've abandoned him at the store and think it's okay to wander back into his life like that? No… No I don't want them to take him away. He'll be abandoned again and I don't think he could take that again!” Taehyung worried and Yoongi only sat next to his husband once again to throw his hand over his shoulder.

            “We need to learn to let go of him. He was never ours but, we cared for him and showed him how his life should be treated. We don't know what his parents have up their sleeves and what they'll tell us when they get here, I just want you to be open to any of their decisions… If they want him, that's their decision and that's their son at the end of the day.” Yoongi assured and Taehyung nodded his head. “We'll just have the whole day tomorrow with him. By the day after, they'll be here to talk to us. Just maybe, they'll change their mind on Ju-won. They had two months and maybe their life has turned around for the better.” Yoongi assured and Taehyung just knew he couldn't complain anymore. Knowing if he did, it'll just be even more of a difficult thing for him to do if he had to let go.

           “I guess you're right.” Taehyung answered and looked down. “Maybe soon, we'll be able to adopt our own pup or maybe get a surrogate.” Taehyung thought to himself and with that, he mentally prepared himself in case the parents wanted Ju-won back. Taehyung knew there was no other pup like the one he carried in his arms that night. However, he had to be strong so Ju-won would learn from him when he looks back at the ones who cared for him when his parents didn't.

            By the next morning, it was Minho's birthday. The pup was now four years old and Jungkook woke up early before the pup so he could wake his husband up. Just like any other year, the couple woke up early to surprise the pup with pancakes stacked over one another with glistening maple syrup running down the top and the sides so perfectly. Decorating the pancakes with whipped cream and a cherry on top. This was what Minho loved getting every morning on his birthday and soon eat seaweed soup for a meal before his own birthday party.

          Jungkook rose up from bed and turned over to gaze at his omega; still asleep and counting sheep. Jungkook took a moment to gaze at his beloved and lean in to press kisses against his plump lip so gently to wake him up after. “Baby… Jiminie~” Jungkook cooed and whispered against his omega's ear to wake his husband up. “Oh! Baby wake up! It's Minho's birthday and you know we have to make him at least four pancakes!” Jungkook told his omega and after a good while of bothering the omega's sleep, he finally woke up.

         “Mmh… Kookie, you know it's going to take a while for me to get up…” Jimin whispered and pushed himself to get up and make breakfast for his pup with his husband before Minho could wake up. “After I make the pancakes and we wake Minho up, I need you to go and get the decorations for later. It's not going to be a big party, just us, Sejin, Namjoon, Seokjin, Yoongi, Taehyung and their little Ju-won.” Jimin said as Jungkook nodded his head and stood up to stretch.

          “Hurry up and go put on a shirt.” Jungkook told his omega as Jimin looked down to see that he was shirtless and only had on his briefs covering his lower half of his body.

           “Jungkook! Ah, this is why I go to sleep after you now! Pervert…” Jimin laughed and covered his chest with the blanket until Jungkook picked up a random yellow sweater and a bra to toss at the omega so he could put it on. “Love you too.” Jimin giggled and began to change into his sweater and bra underneath while Jungkook watched the omega and pulled a smile after.

           “Four years old… Ah, and it was just four and a half years ago I was panicking about being a father… Oh how the time has passed.” Jungkook spoke and caused his omega to grin with glee just at the thought of it.

          “Four years ago today, you held Minho up for the first time and showed me what he looked like after you said it was Minho. I still won't forget how pink and red he looked! Such a cute little pup and he still is!” Jimin said and stood up after to then walk to the bathroom and keep the door slightly cracked ajar so Jungkook could talk to his omega.

         “Then that night in the hospital, you couldn't sleep because Minho wanted to be in your arms.” Jungkook laughed and walked up to the wall next to the bathroom door and leaned on it to talk to his omega. “I was a little jealous he didn't like me as much as I thought he would at first.” Jungkook confessed and began to laugh at what he recalled. “Minho just loved sleeping right by your side or having you feed him. I guess he didn't really know me yet… But that was four years ago!”

         “That should've been a sign that Minho was an alpha all along.” Jimin stated and opened the bathroom door and allowed Jungkook to step in as the two brushed their teeth together like always. “Now, we'll have two more to take care of.”

         “I want them all to be alphas.” Jungkook teased and made the omega laugh and shove his lover back. “-Ah! You're so abusive when you're pregnant!”

        “I'm always abusive.” Jimin joked along and began to brush his teeth. “Don't you dare say they should be alphas. Two is enough! I want at least a little beta or an omega.” Jimin added and brushed his teeth while raising the sweater over his belly bump to gaze at the size. “My little pups are like peaches right now.. Or maybe as little as apples~” Jimin cooed and Jungkook gave his omega a back hug.

           “...or mangoes~”

           “Ew… Ah, get off I'm showing love to the pups, not you! You had your moment last night.” Jimin said as Jungkook rested his head over the omega's shoulder to pout afterwards.

        “I want more attention, just as much as the attention I give you.~” Jungkook continued as Jimin smiled and resumed brushing his teeth in silence as Jungkook eventually brushed his teeth alongside his omega quickly so they could get to making breakfast for the pup. Eventually, the two rushed to the kitchen as Jungkook sat on the kitchen counter; supplying the ingredients like a child as Jimin was making the batter and pouring it onto the pan while constantly taking a fast glimpse at the time. It was around 10:36 AM and very soon, Minho would be awake to run around as always.

         Jungkook kept gawking at the omega flip a pancake as he placed one cherry into his own mouth and tilted his head. “Faster.” Jungkook ordered the omega around and this made Jimin tilt his head to the side and place one hand on his own hip. “...please?”

        “Oh kookie! You know it's hard to cook while I'm hungry every second! You do this for me, I can't take it!” Jimin said and giggled while the alpha sarcastically sighed and got off the counter to help serve the pancakes while Jimin had cereal for the time-being. “Thank you, Kookie!”

        “Shut up, you're lucky you're pregnant or else I would have body slammed you over that table and then… I could kiss yo-”

         “Stop it! You're always thinking of something so dirty~” Jimin laughed and poured chocolate Oreo cereal onto a white porcelain bowl. “Imagine what Joo-Ho has to put up with! Hearing your dirty jokes around Minho everyday. Let alone, Minho now knows how to say ‘cock’ and it's not even in the right sentence! He says it everytime he has to use the bathroom!” Jimin continued to tell off the alpha as Jungkook kept the smirk over his face. “Don't smirk like you've done a good job! Next thing you know, Minho is going to be running in the room and saying bad words under 0.5 seconds!”

         “Ah! You're telling the wrong alpha here! Yoongi is the one to blame how Minho always compares me to trash when I try to rap to him. Just like Yoongi!” Jungkook replied and scrunched his face to fake a cry. “I've been bullied by Ju-won and Minho combined each time they get here!” Complained the alpha. “But that's fine, I know where Minho hides his wons.”

         “Don't take it from him, I think he loves that secret stash more than he loves us.” Jimin joked along and made his husband laugh. Minutes after, Jungkook made sure he prepared the four-stack of pancakes for Minho. Glazed maple syrup fell down the sides of the four-pancake stack, white whipped cream over the top with chocolate shavings and a cherry sat right on top. As always, Jungkook never forgot to set the cut fruits of grapes, sliced bananas, peaches and strawberries in a small and seperate bowl. Knowing well that Minho didn't want his fruit mixed in with his food. Except for the cherry of course! Jimin was then finished with his bowl of cereal when he took out exactly four candles and lit them once he set them on top if the fluffy pancake stack.

        “Oh, Jimin! There's going to be candle wax on the pancakes!”

        “He's going to eat it anyways. Nothing stops that boy from eating pancakes for breakfast on his birthday. This is the only time you put chocolate on his breakfast.”

          “Pft..I'll still give him chocolate anyways.” Mumbled the alpha and caused the omega to lightly kick his husband as they walked out of the kitchen together. By there, Jungkook stopped the omega in front of the door and began to live stream on VLIVE so the fans could see Minho's happy face when he wakes up to the scent of freshly cooked pancakes and syrup with chocolate shavings put all into one. By the minute, the view rate increased as they walked into Minho's room to see the pup still asleep on his racecar bed.

          “He's still asleep, he'd be awake by now. Ah, he must've slept late last night.” Jungkook said and set the phone down by the bedside table, positioned to face the pup while the comments blew up with birthday wishes for the smaller pup. Just then, Jungkook sat down right by Minho and poked his nose repeatedly. “Good morning, my little lion! Wake up!” Jungkook continued until Minho opened his eyes slightly and sat up to rub his own eyes. By there, he locked his focus on the four candles on the pancake stack and the sight of it made his eyes blow wide excitedly; showing that he was wide awake now.

       “Happy birthday, my little Min-Min~” Jimin spoke up happily as Jungkook wrapped his arms around his pup and gave him a kiss on his head.

         “My little lion is four today!” Jungkook announced as Minho was mesmerized by the candles and the lovely thought of his parents doing this for him every year no matter how scary things were at the moment with Kyunsji out there. Minho was grateful for everything and all of that coming from a four-year-old pup like him, was such a great reminder to his parents that they raised him well.

        “MINHO IS A BIG BOY!” Minho shouted and quickly stood up on the bed to blow the candles off the pancake stack and hug Jimin tightly before turning around to hug Jungkook after. Before the pup could even sit down, Joo-Ho knocked at the door and stepped in holding a wrapped gift with a smile over his face to wish the pup happy birthday.

         “Happy fourth birthday, best friend!” The bodyguard said, this time wearing his matching lavender pajamas and white socks. The man stepped in and Minho jumped back up to give him a tight hug and accept his gift happily.

         “BEST FRIEND REMEMBERED!!” Minho shouted, filled with joy as Jimin grew emotional as always. Jungkook then caught the moment through the livestream and positioned the phone to record Minho. Jungkook read the pup birthday wishes he was given by fans as he began to eat the warm pancakes his parents prepared for him. The whole morning of Minho's birthday was spent on the pup while they live streamed each moment they had at that very hour. It was moments like these, the family didn't even bother to think about Kyunsji for a second on the special day. However… This only allowed the mental alpha to carry out his plan behind everyone's back on the day of Jeon Minho's fourth birthday. Using this day as a distraction while he set his act out for his big appearance.
