Here you go AmpleGate, I hope it is what you wanted.

For the people who want to know how to do then here is the little mini tutorial for it.

Step 1: Get your base image that you are going to use. I used Season 1's poster for TVD

Step 2: Get your model (Shelley Hennig) and manipulate it over Nina, making sure that the colouring and cut is the best it can be without ruining the cover

Step 3: Add the title (Kaleidoscope Of Memories) and author's name (AmpleGate) making sure that they are on a slight tilt. (I had decided to layer the texts instead of bevel for the people who don't know how to)

Step 4: Add your logo, text effect and psds before using topaz (or oil paint) to get to this stage.

Step 5: Finally add your final psd and then you are done. I have two that you can choose AmpleGate
