Sidhansh:wow,such a nice weekend........do you know who is getting bored on this wonderful weekend?

Sidhansh said sarcastically while lying on the couch of living room.He looked at Samaira who was also sitting beside him and watching the television while munching some popcorn.

How can she eat popcorn so early in the morning?

Samaira:you

Sidhansh:brilliantly right

Samaira:I know

Samaira sassed and flipped her hair shoeing how cool and intelligent she is making Sidhansh roll his eyes and kick her by his leg .Samaira's popcorn bowl bounced a bit but she catched it snd later glared at him.She picked a pillow and threw it at him .

Sidhansh:Sam

Samaira:Ansh

Sidhansh:stop it

Samaira:you started it

Sidhansh:no,what the-.........did I actually?

Samaira:ofcourse

Sidhansh huffed but nonetheless got up and laid down on her lap.Samaira didn't said anything just kept looking at the television.

Sana:what are you guys doing?

Samaira/Sidhansh:chilling /getting bore

Shehnaaz asked entering the room as she really found the house too quiet.Sidharth was as usual in his room making her think what exactly does he do in his room alone?

Sana:Kiddo if you are getting bored ,why don't you go outside and play with the apartment children who have become your friends

Sidhansh:Well that's actually a nice idea but I don't want to go alone

Samaira:what are you,a baby?

Samaira said and switching the channel as the movie she was watching had a break .Sidhansh looked at her annoyingly but an idea came in his mind making him smirk with evilness.

Sidhansh:I want Sam to go with me?

Sam:excuse me

Samaira said loudly and shockingly looked at him .The remote fell from her hands making it more dramatic for Shehnaaz. Shehnaaz stifled her giggles while enjoying the show.

Sidhansh:excused,now comeon get up........we have to go

Sana:yeah Sam go, you will also have fun

Shehnaaz said persuading Samaira to go .Samaira huffed and tiredly look at her.For God sake,she was watching such a nice movie after so long .

I will miss you my amazingly entertaining movie!!

Samaira:fine

Sidhansh jumped in excitement and dashed to his room to get his football. Shehnaaz side hugged Samaira giving her sympathy knowing she really didn't wanna go but was just going for her sake.Samaira also leaned towards her and hugged her waist.

Samaira:fine ,I am going but you will tell me everything without anything missing out........I don't want to miss any detail of the iconic confession of my ship, sidnaaz

Samaira said making Shehnaaz shock. Shehnaaz looked at her shockingly thinking how did she came to know about it.This was her hidden motive behind sending Samaira with Sidhansh.Though Samaira helped her with the plan so much but still she wasn't so sure.She didn't wanted to take risk and break Samaira's heart or let Samaira see things not appropriate for her if it becomes intense.

You never know what will happen!!

Sana:fine,my cupid

Shehnaaz said kissed her cheeks and then pushed her out of the couch.Samaira looked at her with a fake hurt look and then left but not before winking at her.

Sana:pagal,jhalli........babaji aab sab kuch thik ho

Sid:Shehnaaz, where are Samaira and Sidhansh?

Sana:they have went outside as kiddo wanted to play with his friends

Sidharth nodded and sat on the table while aimlessly stared at the wall.He was in a dilemma, a huge dilemma between his real feelings and his past.He felt as if he was replacing Ruhi which made him more guilty.His heart was telling him that he wasn't but it wasn't helping much.Little did he know that Ruhi would be happy seeing him move on and be happy.He was her love so she just wanted to two things,his love and his happiness. His love would be always with her and now she wanted him to get his happiness which was in Shehnaaz.

Sana:Sidharth kuch bolna hai?

Shehnaaz asked him as she couldn't hold her patience anymore. She thought he would finally confess his feelings to her but when he didn't say anything her anxiety only increased.

Sid:umm no,nothing

Sidharth opened his mouth to speak about his problem and feelings but couldn't say it.Shehnaaz sighed but nonetheless gave him the time to confess.

Sid:Shehnaaz I want to say something

Shehnaaz's eyes and ears both perked up in attention and she looked at him immediately. In her mind she did a victory dance and patiently asked him controlling her excitement .

Sana:ha bolo

Sid:wo mujhe ek cup coffee bana dogi.....mera sar dukh raha hai

Pakore aur samosa bhi bana du

Sana:okay

Shehnaaz wanted to say that but she controlled herself and agreed.Sidharth again sat on his chair while Shehnaaz prepared his coffee.She mumbled some incoherent words under her breath. She picked up his coffee and finally made her decision that she will tell her feelings now only.

It's now or never!!

Sana:Sidharth, mujhe nahi pata tumhe mujhse sachme kuch kehna hai ki nahi but mujhe tumse kehna

Sidharth looked up at her confusingly yet gave a nod encouraging her to say further. Shehnaaz inhaled a deep breath and looked at him .

Sana:28th March,mere birthday ke do din badh I shifted to Mumbai.......ek hi iraade se aayi thi ki yaha mujhe apni life ki new beginning karni hai but ye nahi pata tha ki meri life itni change ho jayegi........phele Sidhansh se jab mili na toh uske sath apne aap hi ek connection ban gaya ,yaha tak ki har din wait karti thi ki kab milugi usse......par jab tujhse mili na wo feeling, connection sab alag tha,I ignored that feeling, connection at that time socha ek ajnaabi se itne jaldi connection nahi banta hai.........but with time na,this feeling only increased, ek time pe toh ye bhi laga is this love?  kayi relationships mein rahi hu but kabhi pyaar ka ehsaas nahi hua.........khuskiya toh bohot mili aur dukh bhi but pata hai unn difficult dukh ke time mein bhi  na mujhe bas ye pata tha ki I have to support you no matter how big the problem is kyunki jab hum sath hote haina har problem choti lagti hai.........meri na family hote hue bhi mujhe lagta tha ki meri family nahi hai but yaha tumne mujhe family di,Sidhansh aur Samaira diya,khushi di aur most importantly tumne mujhe wo khubsurat pyaar ka ehsaas karvaya.........tum wo sukoon ho jo itne saalon se main dhund rahi thi,I love you Sidharth, I love you aur ye jo bhi bola na dil se nikla hai

Shehnaaz said everything and at last pointed her finger towards her heart .Throughout her confession there was a constant smile on her face and also a serene look. Tears were flowing from her eyes but it was happy tears that she finally confessed her feelings.Now it was just upto Sidharth if he wanted to reciprocate her feelings or not.Nervously she looked up and looked at him.

Sid:I- ye

Shocked would be an understatement, he was completely speechless. He didn't knew what to say now. His heart wanted to confess his feelings right now but he pratically thought with his mind.Another thing which made him guilty was remembering the day when he had said those cruel words to Shehnaaz when she was already in love with him.How hurt she would have been? He wanted to say so many things but it felt as if his voice was snatched away from him.

Sana:Sidharth kuch bolo.......you are scaring me

Shehnaaz said with a fear visible in her voice.Her heart was breaking with each minute snd his silence was only giving her negative vibes.She was just thinking about her one fear, rejection.

Sid:Shehnaaz I need time

After a lot of difficulty, Sidharth said this.It was best for him to take his time and then say something as he didn't wanted to cause any more pain to Shehnaaz. He didn't waited any more second and left the room leaving behind a stunned Shehnaaz.

She sat there silently not knowing what to feel.Basically she was in the middle, she can't be happy nor can be sad.She looked at the empty chair snd sighed.

What do I do now?

Samaira:WHAT

Samaira said and spit out the water .She shockingly looked at Shehnaaz not able to digest whatever she heard from her now.

Sana:yeah

Samaira:but naazu by confession, I meant his confession

Sana:I know Samaira but bohot wait kiya maine when he didn't said anything then I decided to confess myself only

Samaira nodded and looked at Shehnaaz who was rubbing her forehead in displeasure. She knew  what she was feeling now but what pained her more was she couldn't do anything to help Shehnaaz.She thought her plan would work,well partially it did work but not fully.

Samaira:comeon naazu,don't feel demotivated.......he didn't rejected you just said he needs time,maybe he is waiting for the right moment

Sana:you think so?

Samaira:I know so

Samaira said trying to cheer her up and it did work.Shehnaaz nodded and smiled at her finally feeling a bit positive.Now,she just have wait for the right moment.

Jab itna wait karliya hai toh kuch aur der hi sahi

Sana:where's kiddo?

Samaira:he is tired so went to his room to rest

Sana:you can also go snd rest Samaira

Samaira:hmm,okay

Samaira agreed to her as she was also not feeling okay.She didn't knew it was because of their half confession or something else.Her head throbbed in pain but she ignored it just for Shehnaaz's sake and listened to her but now when Shehnaaz said to go she agreed.

Samaira:Bloody hell ,my head........and that should have been here only?

Samaira shouted in irritation as she searched the drawers but was unable to find that particular item.She thought to ask Shehnaaz but then another thought arose in her mind that what she will ask? She just wanted relief and knew that only that thing will provide her but now it was lost.

Samaira:naazu did anyone came in my room?

Samaira asked getting out of her room and entering Shehnaaz's room.Shehnaaz kept her phone aside and looked at her.

Sana:no Samaira, Sidharth and I were talking in the living room and kiddo was out with you

Samaira:ohh yeah

Sana:any problem ?

Shehnaaz asked as she saw how worried Samaira was but she didn't knew the reason behind her this face.Samaira looked at her thinking if she should say to Shehnaaz or not.

No,I can't say this to her

Samaira:I am unable to find my bracelet

Sana:wait,I will help you

Shehnaaz said standing up from her place making Samaira panic.She immediately shouted making Shehnaaz shock.

Samaira:NO........I mean I will find it and anyways,it was not so important also

Sana:if you say so

Shehnaaz said still unsure but let it slide.Samaira waved at her and immediately left the room .She sighed in relief as soon as she came out.

Samaira:I am sorry naazu

Sidhansh:dad,dad.......here you are

Sidhansh said as soon as he spotted Sidharth in his room's balcony. He shouted for him but frowned when he got no response back from Sidharth. He confusingly went towards Sidharth and nudged him.

Sidharth:Ansh,what are you doing here? Do you need anything?

Sidhansh:dad where were you lost? I was calling you from so long

Sidhansh asked making Sidharth instantly apologize. He was so lost in his thoughts that he didn't realize when he zoned out.In his stress and dilemma, he forgot that he had children who needed him .He really thought how Shehnaaz managed both ,her feelings and the children also because she was also in his situation from so long but she didn't let it affect Sidhansh and Samaira.

Sid:I am sorry Ansh

Sidhansh:it's okay dad,I just wanted you to give this notice.....it's about our cultural day program

Sidharth nodded and took the piece of paper.He sat on the couch placed in the balcony and read the notice carefully.Sidhansh sat beside him and observed him carefully. He noticed the way Sidharth's eyes held confusion,pain while his fists were clenched.He know his dad was in a problem and wanted to help him.

Sidhansh:dad,I know you are in some problem and you can share it with me

Sidharth looked at him surprised after hearing him.He chuckled hearing his mature boy and knew he was saying the truth but he can't share it with him.He already felt like he snatched half of his childhood and didn't wanted to snatch anymore.

Sid:I am fine champ

Sidhansh:please dad,I know you are not.......I can see in your eyes

Sid:okay ,fine what do you do when your stuck between your mind and heart? Your mind and heart both are correct at their places so what will you choose?

Sidhansh first shockingly looked at him as he didn't believe that his dad really shared his problem with him.But later he composed himself and felt happy that atleast his dad thought him capable to share his problem with him.Sidhansh smiled as he knew the answer of it.

Sidhansh:I will choose my heart as cliche it sounds but the heart's decision is always correct.......my mind maybe correct but it thinks on the basis of past experiences and I know my past is my past.......I have to think about my present, I will go with my heart and naazu also says this "always listen to your heart"..........and dad you deserve everything

Indirectly Sidhansh answered his unasked question also making Sidharth shock.Sidharth smiled at his little boy and ruffled his hairs.He knew what to do now and all thanks to Sidhansh .He just waited for tomorrow morning to come and he will tell Shehnaaz everything. He will say that he also feels the same way about her.

But do things go the way we had decided?The tomorrow which we are thinking of,planning of nobody knows what it will bring,the surprises,the happiness or the sadness.The unexpected things that will happen.
