Sidharth was standing in his balcony inhaling the fresh air while his mind was still occupied with many thoughts.It has been two days since he had shifted here.He thought that by going somewhere else his mind will finally find the peace he needs but till now he hasn't got it.

He has not got any panic attacks till now but still there in his heart ,the pain is there probably hidden.And it's good for him only as now he is able to think something else.

He has not yet joined office as he needs some more time to get into his work mode though Sameer calls him to ask him about the necessary things.

Another thing is troubling him but he doesn't want to think about it.It's Shehnaaz. He didn't knew when he started caring about this girl who has entered his life two weeks ago.He want to know how she is and also want to talk to her but he can't.

He thinks that if he talks with her,he will unnecessarily drag her in this.It's his problem, his loss,his pain not hers.But isn't friends there to share the pain?To help another friend heal and overcome their pain?But Sidharth forgot to realize this.

Coping,such an ambiguous word.Was coping being alive but no longer living?because if that was what it was,then yes,he was coping.

Another thing was haunting him.How will he tell Sidhansh?How he will tell that his mom died?

Sidharth rubbed his forehead to calm him because he knew he had to do it.

Sid:You can do it Sidharth

Sidhansh was lying on his bed and blankly staring at the ceiling. So many things changed in his life just in a snap of fingers.He was still wandering about the day when he had went with Shehnaaz to the fair.Man,he enjoyed so much that day.

He couldn't believe that these things really happen when people say that happiness is not forever and things change in just a blink of an eye.He turned around and looked at the picture in his phone which Shehnaaz had forwarded to him .It was a photo of him making pancakes.He didn't knew that one day he would be in love with such a kiddish word kiddo that his heart would yearn to hear it.

He chuckled sadly and caressed that photo.Ofcourse he can call her now but something was stopping him from within.Will she still love him like she did before?Will she be angry with him?Will she leave him like his.....

Indeed,he was sad,devastated, he was broken in pieces.Many pieces were missing from his heart and soul which he is unable to gather.

Sidhansh sighed and shut his mind.These were the thoughts that were troubling him.He closed his eyes for a moment to calm himself but he was disturbed by a phonecall .

Sidhansh:hello

Tarun:hey buddy, how are you?

He was broken,sad ,devastated and depressed.

Sidhansh:I'm okay ,how are you?

Tarun:I'm good ,just wanted to tell you that couch wanted to see you

Sidhansh:but I think that my dad had already asked for my leave from the school

Tarun:I know but you know na how couch is,you didn't informed him and now he is hell angry....he literally shouts on everyone nowadays

Sidhansh:I'm sorry Tarun,it's because of m-

Tarun:Shut up Sid,it's not your fault....our couch is an angry bird and there's nothing to do with you about this....I just wanna say if possible come in the evening for the pratice and maybe some miracle can happen then and cool our angry bird couch(chuckling)

Sidhansh:ohh okay ,I will try

Tarun:finally we will get relief,thanks buddy...bye

Sidhansh:bye

Sidhansh disconnected the call and sighed sadly.In all these days ,Sidharth hadn't talked with Sidhansh and neither Sidhansh did.Sidharth was taking his time and Sidhansh was giving him his time but guess finally the time has come for them to talk.

Sidhansh threw the phone on the bed and lazily. Now his body also didn't wanted to stand and do work.Great.

Sid:Ansh

Sidhansh:dad

Sidhansh looked up and noticed Sidharth standing at the door.His eyes were swollen and his hair was messy .His was also in a devastated state like Sidhansh but Sidhansh was a bit better than him.Then Sidhansh lowered his gaze.

Sid:you want to say something?

Sidhansh was nervously fidgeting with his fingers and when Sidharth said it he finally looked up.Sidharth knew that whenever Sidhansh is nervous about something and don't know how to say it,he fidgeted with his fingers.It's his habit.

Sidhansh:actually from many days I am missing my football practices so the couch is angry with me and he want to meet me today

Sid:but I had already informed your school that you wouldn't be present for some days

Sidhansh:I know dad but this couch is a big shith-.....I mean an angry bird

Sidharth chuckled knowing well what he was going to say.He should have scolded him but he knew Sidhansh realized his mistake .

Sid:okay,you can go....I will drop you

Sidhansh:no dad,it's okay...driver uncle will drop me

Sid:okay

Sidharth didn't said anything about this because he knew that he needs alone time and also courage to tell Sidhansh the truth .

Sana:Shefali ,leave me yaar

Shef:chup chap baithi reh....have you looked at yourself once

Shefali was force feeding Shehnaaz while Shehnaaz was making a grumpy face.Shefali had insisted Shehnaaz so much that she couldn't deny it and here are both of them enjoying the weekend together.

Sana:you told we will do fun but this is not fun,okay

Shef:Shehnaaz chup chap muh khol aur kha,kitni patli ho gayi hai yaar aur ye dark circles dekh....from when have you become so careless

Sana:From the time people left me(whisper)I'm not careless yaar,I just forgot

Shef:yeah,forgot to eat ,forgot to take care of yourself and forgot to love yourself

Shefali said the last word loudly intentionally so that she could make Shehnaaz realize that always she doesn't need anyone to love her ,she just need to love herself first.

Shef:want to share something?

Sana:huh

Shehnaaz looked at Shefali who was looking at her with so many emotions and mostly hope.Hope that she should share her sorrow with her,hope that her bestfriend would open infront of her .

Sana:maybe later

Shef:okay

Shefali didn't argued and genuinely smiled because this was better than hearing a fake nothing or I'm fine.

Shef:so what shall we do now?

Sana:finally Shefali's babysitting service is finished (huffed)

Shef:yes my baby

Shefali said while ruffling Shehnaaz's hair while Shehnaaz tried removing it.

Sana:hey not my hairs,do you know how much time I take to set it up

Shef:you are saying as if you are going to go to a club

Sana:maybe yes

Shef:what

Shefali looked at her surprisingly who grinned in return.

Shef:I am not going

Sana:comeon Shefali ,it's just another club opening....don't act like it's your first one,pretty please....please accompany me

Shef:Jeez stop making those puppy eyes,fine I am going with you but you will decide my outfit

Sana:done but babe won't your neighbors say anything

Shef:nope there are not many people who live here but day before yesterday I got new neighbors and plus why would they mind me going anywhere

Sana:true that but who are your new neighbors?

Shef:I don't know

Sana:anyways leave this,I am going to my apartment to collect my things and then will come here to get ready for the club

Shef:cool

Shehnaaz picked her bag and moved towards the door.Finally after so many days,she felt relaxed. She was not completely happy but not sad also.She knew she have to tell Shefali but she was glad that Shefali gave her time .

She waved at Shefali for the last time and turned around to move towards the lift,her footsteps halted.She couldn't believe what she saw infront of her.The person whom she missed from so many days was standing infront of her.Tears welled up in her eyes and she was able to utter just one word.

Sana:kiddo

Sidhansh who was busy looking in his phone and walking down the stairs froze.His ears heard what he wanted to hear for so many days but he didn't wanted to believe it.How could she be here,maybe I am hallucinating .

But his little bubble bursted when he felt someone hugging him.From the warmth of the hug he could say it was her.His naazu.Nobody's hugs showed him such affection and love like hers.

Sidhansh:naazu

He also wrapped his hands around her and hugged tightly. Tears rolled down both their cheeks.Both of them was finding it hard to believe that they were in each other's embrace finally but if it was dream also,they wanted to live it.

Nobody said a word ,it was a complete silence.A soothing and calming silence, the one which could satisfy one's heart.

Sana/Sidhansh:I missed you
