After cutting the cake,they all sat down on the couch .The children went home as their parents had came.Sidhansh sat beside Shehnaaz and picked the blue packet which Shehnaaz had given .

Sidhansh:so let's open it

Kaush:what is this buddy?

Sidhansh:naazu has given me,my gift(grinning)

Sana:I am sure you gonna love it

Sidhansh:acha,so much confidence then let me also see what's it

Sidhansh started opening the wrapper and found out a box.Sidhansh confusingly looked at Shehnaaz while she just gestured him to open it.As soon as Sidhansh opened the box ,he shouted.Sidharth who busy in his phone got startled and also looked at the box.

Sid:what is it Sidhansh?

Sidhansh:Oh my god,cookies....you are the best naazu

Sidhansh hugged her sideways while still holding the box on the other hand.Shehnaaz also patted his back .All were in aww of their bond except one.Sidhansh broke the hug and was going to eat a cookie but before that Sidharth snatched the cookie from him.He took a bite and looked at others.

All were shocked seeing this.It happened in just a fraction of second that no one understood what just happened.

Sid:what, I just wanna taste and-

Mahi:and know how tasty is it,you know Sidhansh your dad also loves cookies so he was so desperate to eat it,right Sidharth?

Kaushal:but bhai itni bhi kya jaldi thi by the way taste kesa hai?

Sidhansh:It's the best haina,dad?

Sid:yeah

Mahi:Sidharth pagal ho gaya hai kya ese kon chinta hai(whisper)

Mahi whisper yelled at him.She very well knew the reason behind his act.It has been long time but Mahi knows Sidharth in and out and also understands his intentions .

Sid:toh kya hua Mahi ,I just wanted to check ki acha hai ki nahi

Mahi:seriously Sidharth, tu ye kyu nahi bolta ki tujhe check karna tha ki usme kuch milaya toh nahi haina usne ,right?

Sid:nahi toh

Mahi:yeah yeah

Sidhansh took another cookie and took a bite.As soon he tasted it ,it felt utterly different.He took another bite and munched.It was more tasty .It didn't felt like the other cookies he had eaten earlier.

Sidhansh:it's different

Sana:you liked it?

Sidhansh:you made it?

Sana:yeah,I tried....I know I am not as good as Shefali but still how's it?

Sidhansh looked at her for a second and then again took a cookie and started eating.Shehnaaz was still staring at him ,waiting for his answer.

Sana:how's it?

Sidhansh:it's....amazing ,even it's more tastier than the previous one,I loved it

A big smile broke out on Shehnaaz's face hearing his words.She was so nervous at first thinking whether he will like it or not . He loved cookies so much that before Shefali would go for her trip ,she insisted her to teach how to make cookies.

Mahi:let me also taste....wow,Sana it's amazing

Sana:thank you Mahi

Sidharth also can't deny that it was amazing and delicious. He looked infront and saw everyone smiling and eating the cookies.He also took ome and started eating.As the taste of the cookie reached his taste buds,he closed his eyes and moaned slowly quietly inaudible.

Sidhansh:so finally you stole your friend's recipe?

Sana:I didn't stole kiddo ,she herself taught me

Kaush:but seriously Shehnaaz these are damn tasty,haina Sidharth?

Sid:hmm

Shehnaaz didn't know why but looked at Sidharth waiting for his reaction,maybe a small compliment. She could see him enjoying eating the cookies but the words didn't came out.

Sana:ahh,khaddus can't he give me a small compliment, he was so desperate to eat at first but now he didn't even compliment me(in her mind)

Mahi:Jay please can we stay here tonight,it's already late and also Tara has slept

Jay:we can until Sidharth has a problem

Sid:Jay why I will have problem infact you all can stay here

Kaush:including me ?

Sid:nahi  tu toh exception haina,tu ghar ja Sakta hai

Kaush:nahi main bhi rukunga

Mahi:yes Kaushal including you,tujhe kese jaane de sakte hai hum

Sana:It's late I think I should leave,bye guys

Mahi:Sana you can also stay here tonight it's late already,what say Sidharth?

Sid:yeah she can if she wants

Sana:it's okay Mahi, by the way I live in the next apartment only so I can go back

Mahi:Still yaar please stay ,we didn't have a proper chat also in the party

Shehnaaz went into deep thinking whether to stay or not.She hardly had talked with anyone except Mahi.

Sidhansh:please stay naazu,please

Sana:okay but I will just get my clothes from my house

Mahi:okay till then we will make the sleeping arrangements

Shehnaaz entered her house and placed her phone on the table.She poured water in a glass and brought it near her lips.She drank the water in one go and again thought that whatever she is doing is correct or not.She had not yet fully trusted them but somewhere she had started trusting them.

Not thinking much she entered her room and picked her pjs .She went into her bathroom and stripped off her clothes. After wearing her pjs she kept her dress on the bed and picked her phone.After carefully locking the door of her home she moved inside Sidhansh's house.

Sana:hi so arrangements done?

Mahi:yup, Jay and Kaushal are sleeping in Sidharth's room,Sidharth and Sidhansh in Sidhansh's room while you and me along with Tara in aunty's room,I hope it's okay?

Sana:cool by the way aren't you uncomfortable in this dress,you should change

Mahi:I will ,I had kept clothes in this apartment as earlier we used to do sleep over here often,I hope Sidharth you have not thrown them?

Sid:I have not thrown Mahi ,it's in the drawer in Mom's closet,I think

Mahi:thank god atleast aunty has kept them nicely

Kaush:Mahi please change my room,I can't sleep with your husband

Jay:kyu bey

Kaush:what if you do something to me in the night

Jay:shut up Kaushal, I am straight

Kaush:phir bhi tere pe bharosa nahi

Sid:Kaushal chup chap so ja warna chale ja

Kaush:meri toh fikaar hi nahi hai kisi ko(whining)

All chuckled hearing his whines while Jay smacked his head.Soon everybody went to their respective rooms.Mahi and Shehnaaz talked for a while and then went into deep slumber.

Next morning Shehnaaz woke up by the sunlight falling on her face.She stretched her arms slowly not to disturb  Tara.She rubbed her eyes and slowly moved out of the bed.She unlocked her phone and was checking if there were any calls or messages but suddenly she felt a sharp pain in her head.

Sana:Fuck,Why I am having a headache....I didn't got drunk yesterday, ahhhh,I need coffee

She slowly opened the door and came out.Entering in the kitchen she started looking for coffee.

Sana:shit yaar coffee kyu nahi mil rahi aur mera headache argh it's increasing

Sid:are you looking for something

Shehnaaz jumped on her place hearing the voice.She turned around and saw Sidharth standing there tshirt and shorts.She kept a hand on her chest and relaxed.

Sana:you scared me

Sid:sorry,good morning

Sana:morning

Sid:were you finding something?

Sana:yeah actually my head is paining so I was finding coffee to reduce the pain

Sid:is it paining a lot?

Sana:hmm

Sidharth moved forward towards her and now both were standing infront each other with a little distance between them.Sidharth slowly pressed his fingers a bit on her forehead while Shehnaaz looked at him.She looked into his eyes and could see the care for her.Shehnaaz kept looking at him without blinking. He is so caring she had misunderstood him earlier, she thought .

Sidharth felt her gaze and realized what he was doing.He quickly moved away from her and cursed himself. He didn't understand why he felt this sudden feeling of care for her.

Sid:you sit,I will make coffee for you

Sana:thank you

Sid:welcome

Sidharth moved towards the fridge and took out milk .Shehnaaz sat on the stul that was placed in the kitchen.Sidharth started making the coffee while Shehnaaz kept looking at him.He was looking so damn hot with those messy hair,sharp jawline and brown orbs .She kept staring him until she realized what she was actually doing .

Sana:Shehnaaz what the fuck are you doing, stop it...how can you drool over him,god uff(in her mind)
