Last part, with the crew realising that they've been found out- they started their run to the portal to Dalkan early.

However, their run got stopped by Commander Ufisator- who flew above Quilline's crowd of human shields, and then fell on top of her to pin her down with his giant golden body.

Seric's P.O.V.

"Metallic, keep Quilline's face protected- we can't lose her yet!" Amandeath shouts which interrupts my thoughts, and I can see that Metallic is already crouched on the ground over Quilline's head. Quilline herself is being pinned down by Ufisator's thick legs- and one of his arms as well, with her squirming doing nothing under his weight.

"Ok- she can still teleport us since Metallic isn't RIGHT on top of her face, good." I think to myself as me and the crowd of people are still being teleported around a little bit. In a smaller area as well but- it's still something.

That aside- with his free arm, Ufisator starts launches restraints out from his palms at Quilline's limbs- which are somehow made of electric bolts. But thankfully the electricity disappears a second later and Quilline's arms are freed- Elio must have shut them off.

"Karia, Seric- do something since the others clearly can't!" Quilline curses as Ufisator's trying to pull Metallic off of Quilline- which thankfully isn't working yet.

"Teleport some people farther away from us then, no room to move right now!" Karia sassily replies, but Quilline thankfully seems to agree as the crowd of people get teleported a bit farther away from us. The second she does that though, Ufisator slowly raises his arm up and points his glowing palm at Karia.

But so, so thankfully the light seems to turn off a second later- thanks Elio (even if Quilline is still teleporting us around regardless).

And with that out of the way, Karia shouts "Spirit of Kodan: Strike!" and punches the air, causing a giant red translucent fist to slam into Ufisator's side. But the second it hits the bot- the fist explodes like a red firework, and only manages to make Ufisator shake a bit without even leaving a dent.

Karia grits her teeth, then shouts the name of her blessing over and over again to send a barrage of giant red fists at Ufisator's chest and head. But still- nothing at all!

Then, with a lot of his weapons being shut off- Ufisator starts pummelling Metallic's chest and head with his giant hand to try and move him away from Quilline. That hurts to see, but Metallic seems to be tanking it fairly well at least- aside from some pretty nasty looking dents on his already damaged body...

"Seric!" Karia calls out to me while panting, and I look at her to see that she's... chopping her hand through the air?!

"Huh?!" I reply back- am I not as sharp as usual due to being so scared?

"Do what you did to Virile back on Birzion!" She says- and after a few seconds I realize what she means.

"My knife should be able to cut through his arm!" After a second of pumping myself up- I jog towards Ufisator, and raise my arm up mid-stride to get ready to let the momentum of the knife drag my arm down when I summon it.

I finally get close enough to his arm that's pinning Quilline and say, "My Best Fr-"

*CRASH*

"OW..." Is all I can think to myself, after Ufisator swung his arm down at my head before I could even summon my knife. How is he randomly moving so quickly sometimes?! And I... I'm lying on the floor, and I can't move.... why can't I move?!

"Wait- wait, there's liquid dripping out of my head. Must be blood. Right- I'm just paralyzed for a bit until my head heals itself." I manage to have a coherent thought, which calms me down a bit as my vision unblurs. The first thing I see is a furious looking Metallic standing above Quilline and gritting his metal teeth, while he grips Ufisator's giant hands to stop him from moving his arms anymore.

Suddenly a hole slides opens in Ufisator's chest and starts to glow- but it closes an instant later due to Elio shutting it off I assume. That doesn't seem to stop the bot much though, as he's slowly moving his arms a bit- which is also pushing Metallic back and away from Quilline.

My hearing comes back and the first thing I hear is, "Elio- hurry the fuck up and shut him dow-"

Ufisator finally goes limp with a loud whirring sound, and Metallic pushes forward to make the bot fall backwards instead of forwards with a loud thud. That thankfully- or unthankfully, frees Quilline's legs.

While she stands up- Metallic runs right towards me with a limp, "Pal!! Are you alright?"

"Just pick him up! He's paralyzed for now but he should heal soon, just like when Amandeath shot him in the head!" Karia shouts, and Metallic seems to debate listening to her for a few seconds- until he finally relents and digs his arms under my back to carry me bridal style.

Elio raises his head again and speaks up, "Guys- focus! Not sure if Ufisator has any backup power sources, and I can't get through the energy barrier-"

Karia interrupts, "I'll break it, Quilline, get the crowd out of the-"

"Done~" Quilline says after teleporting any of our "human shields" away from the white glowing barrier, and she then teleports Karia right in front of it.

"Spirit of Kodan: Strike!" She shouts and throws a punch in the air, causing a giant red fist to appear from thin air and smash a hole through the wall of pure white energy.

"Small but good enough, off we go!~" Quilline hums as she runs forward and crouches down to awkwardly get through the hole- and she then teleports us along with her past the barrier, with Metallic still carrying me.

With that done- the door to the first stairwell at the end of the hall is ahead of us now. No one else is in the way either, so once again Karia breaks the metal door down with her spirit of kodan- and we go through the door and start heading down the stairs.

"Oh fuck I'm gonna pass out, I used my blessing too much back there." Elio complains as he's actually running down the stairs now, since Quilline can only teleport him on flat surfaces. The same goes for the civilians too, which is why we have no "human shields" being teleported with us anymore... which is good. Of course.

"You're dead if you do pass out, so don't." Is all Amandeath replies to Elio.

"No- you- you don't get it. It's like something is shouting at me to die or give up. To just stop. This is so awful, I can't-"

"Get philosophical once you're not dead, we're almost down the stairs anyways~" Quilline cheerfully replies, and I close to my eyes to try and retain my composure since I still can't move yet.

"Seric, we're gonna need you soon- try and heal faster if you can." Karia says as I can feel that Metallic's running across a flat surface now.

"How in the world do you expect him to do that?!" Metallic snaps at her.

Karia scoffs, "It's worth a shot asshole! Also, Spirit of Kodan: Str-"

"Oi! Gas masks on before the door goes down." Quilline commands, and I open my eyes to see everyone standing in a narrow, empty hallway in front of a big metal door at the bottom of some stairs.

Everyone (minus Elio and Metallic) starts to pull their black, heavy-duty masks off of their harnesses- and put them on their faces. Metallic also drops me to the ground for some reason,

"Hold on pal, I'll put yours on for you." Metallic exclaims as I hear his joints creek while he bends down, and he flips me over right after that to yank my gas mask off of my harness. He then awkwardly and slowly wraps it around my face, which gives me a look at his face that seems... scared is the only way to put it.

"Hurry up!" Karia shouts.

"It's done you damned traitor!" He shouts back at her- and pushes himself back up after my face is fully covered. Karia uses her blessing to break the door down without any hesitation after that, and we then run- or immediately get teleported into the main celebration room.

"I can at least look around." I think to myself and notice that the massive, table-filled, dark room we're in seems to be completely evacuated of any people- that's good. The teleporter to Dalkan at the end of the room is easy to spot as well, due to it's bright blue glow.

...But after a few seconds of staring, I notice that a ton of floating silver things are hovering in front of the teleporter.

"Must be William's drones. Damn it! I thought he wasn't going to interfere!" I think to myself with a bit of panic as Quilline keeps teleporting us around the room- to make sure we don't get shot I hope.

"Elio- shut down the drones!" Karia commands as she pulls out her fairly small laser rifle from her harness again, and fires it- but hits nothing. The drone she aimed at swerved away from the shot with ease.

"Don't take them out too quickly though, I'm still looking forward to killing the other Commanders. Besides, you're not allowed to leave until we fight them anyways according to William~" Quilline casually says with a hum as she and Amandeath seem to be using their poisoner guns, which are launching out canisters that are spraying toxic gas across the entire celebration room.

Elio raises his head again, "Shit- I turned off the all the drone's weapons, but Ufisator's back on! I-I can't find whatever switch is running his backup power source, there's way too many-"

"Try harder! We don't have any other way to deal with him!" Quilline hisses with venom in her voice, as she leaps away from the door we came through and teleports us along with her.

And good thing- as the giant golden bot loudly runs through the open doorway we came through less than a few seconds later. At least he still can't fly but- does that even matter if he can still run?!
