Dr : I would suggest her to maintain a good posture while sitting or standing , Prop yourself up when sleeping by putting some pillows under the upper body in a semi-sitting position. It reduces the pressure that the uterus places on the lungs. and also do breathing exercise while sitting comfortably just relax your self , inhale good fresh air and I will give you medicines and no need to worry at all and for you it's early so I need to give you medicines so that it won't be more worst for you

S : but aren't this too many ?? Those are the one she eats vitamins so...and this

Dr : she needs to for herself and baby

A : I..will shiv

Dr : okay and do as I said the exercise and don't push yourself to hard , just let it be relax and do the things and ya the most important don't cry

S : okay Thank You

Shivaay holded her hand and they headed out of the hospital and sat in car
