It was calm.

A sunset.

It was nice.

In a park.

It was just me and him.

The two of us.

We were cuddling.

Screams.

We were so happy.

Gunshots.

It couldn't have been better.

Sirens.

We kissed.

The hospital.

We hugged.

Machines.

We said "I love you".

Waiting.

We said it more.

More waiting.

We smiled.

The news.

We stared.

The tears.

He proposed.

Running.

I cried.

To his room.

We laughed.

I sighed.

We were congratulated.

I smiled.

It was wonderful.

I cried for joy.

It was amazing.

He hugged me in reassurance. 

It was perfect.
