Scott's arm was wrapped around Mitch and his hand was ever so gently set on his waist. Mitch normally would shoot a glance at Scott for the action, as he was fully aware of what could happen next. But it seemed extremely inappropriate for this scenario. And for that reason, he trusted Scott.

So when there was a light tug on his waist, he didn't worry about Scott and what he might do. Instead, Mitch scooted closer to the blonde, then leaned into his side.

Recording sessions were never particularly stressful yet it felt so relaxing, so soothing to be this close, this wrapped up in one another. No one surrounding the two ever really questioned it. Maybe if the two worked with a new producer they would, but definitely not out loud.

Instinctively, Mitch reached out and placed his hand on Scott's knee. It was a common enough gesture among the two of them, but Scott instantly relaxed under Mitch's touch, much like Mitch had done earlier.

Just as Mitch squeezed Scott's knee, Scott's grip on Mitch tightened. It was once again a simple action that wouldn't draw too much attention, but they suddenly couldn't think of anything else.

Neither one of them looked at the other, but they were both sure that the other had a smile on their face.
