Gruvia Wedding
Juvia's POV
"Juvia you look beautiful!" Levy squealed.
My bridesmaids all stared in awe as they wiped the tears off their eyes.
"I'm sure Gray is going to drool the moment he sees you." Mira giggled.
I walked up to the mirror, adoring the dress I chose.
A sweetheart tube, tight along my waist, showing my curves and from the hips down, a ruffled skirt. Gloves were up to my elbows hidding a little skin.
I gasped as tears shed slowly.
Juvia Fullbuster, huh?
"Oh no you don't. No one is going to destroy the make up." Lucy giggled as she wipped of my tears with tissues.
"Gray is a lucky man." Lyon walked in the room with Natsu.
"Lyon, what are you doing here?" Juvia questioned
"Just going to give my wishes to the bride." He smiled.
I sat down on the couch and talked with Lyon.
I noticed Natsu standing by the door staring at Lucy. Lucy didn't seem to mind but neither of them tried talking.
As soon Lyon and Natsu left I stood up by the door getting ready to go to inside the church.
"Let's get you hitched." Cana smiled and I giggled at that.
Gray's POV
I stood up at the altar waiting for my princess. I stared at the entrance eager to see her.
"Hey, you okay?" Natsu asked.
"Yeah, just a little nervous." I shaked.
"Don't worry dude, everything's going to be worth it." He slapped my back, giving me a huge grin.
Suddenly, the music starts playing and the flower girls entered, followed by the ring bearer and the bridesmaids.
And there she was, looking as beautiful as ever, I didn't even notice that my jaw dropped until she came up to tell me.
I held both her hands as she gave me that breathtaking smile.
We said our vows and finally, the one thing I looked forward to, from the start of the ceremony.
"You may now kiss the bride." The priest stated.
I pulled her close and whispered.
"Mrs. Fullbuster, get ready for the greatest adventure of your life." I smirked.
She giggled and caressed my cheek. I then kissed her passionately which lasted for a minute or two.
"I love you Juvia." I whispered.
"I love you too." She smiled as she gripped her hand on mine.
I carried her up, bridal style of course and walked to the car heading to the wedding reception.
Natsu's POV
I gawked at Lucy and Loke as they slow danced in the middle of the room with some other couples.
I then sighed at the corner of the room remebering my past conversation with Lucy.
"Do you trust me Lucy?"
"I--"
I can't believe she said it. I was angered by what she said but I couldn't blame her.
I walked out the room to this huge garden and sat on the bench, trying to calm myself.
"The hell are you doing here pinky?" Sting teased.
"Just clearing my head." I frowned, looking at the bushes full of roses.
"Mind if I sit with you?" He asked.
"I don't mind." I replyed.
"Had another fight with Yukino?" I started
"Yeah, she glares at me when I try to talk to her. She's a pain in the ass." He scratched the back of his head
"My pain in the ass." He added as he smiled.
"I wish I could feel that again." I chuckled.
"Well, you can." Sting said.
"What do you mean?" I questioned curiously.
"Look, Blondie loves you. She's just going through an emotional phase, just do your best to make her smile and she'll be yours." He patted my back.
"How do you know?" I slouched.
I was unsure. I felt uneasy just thinking about Lucy's sickness and how it would trigger if I came too close.
"There are three people I know more than I even know myself. That's Rogue, Yukino and Lucy. I'm sure she'll take you back and I'm sure she needs you more than she needs me." He smiled and stood up.
"Where are you going Blondie?" I teased.
"To Yukino, I figured it out." She smirked
"Figured what out?" I asked.
"I figured out how to fix it up." He winked and ran off.
If I knew better I'd say he was talking about his situation with Yukino.
But that doesn't matter, what matters know is how I figure it out with my situation with Lucy.
One thing's for sure. I shouldn't be out here moping around. Plus, it's Gray's wedding. I should be there for him.
Lucy's POV
"Since it's our last day of the deal. I'd like to dance with my love." Loke stated as he offered his hand.
I accepted his offer and we danced in the middle of the room.
"Lucy, do you love me? Have you made up your mind?" He asked desperately.
"Yes, I have." I sighed.
"I'm all ears milady" He smiled nervously.
"Loke, I don't love you as something more than a friend. Trust me I tried but I just can't, you deserve someone better, someone who can love you the way you want to be loved, but that's not me." I explained.
I know I still love him. Only him, that'll never change, but my trust has been shattered and I don't know how to mend it.
Loke hugged me one last time.
"Thank you for giving me a chance." He smiled and walked away.
I sat on the assigned seat, by the corner of the room near Juvia and Gray's special table.
I sat alone thinking about what I said to Natsu.
