Date

Loke's POV

After Lucy spent time with her parents' home, I went to pick her up.

I held Lucy's hand as we walked inside my penthouse.

I asked her out on a date but I was just planning something simple like watching movies with her.

"What movie would you like to watch princess?" I asked pulling her close to me.

She gave a small giggle and put her arms around my neck. My cheeks instantly warmed up at this sight of her so close to me.

"You pick, surprise me." She smiled warmly.

I rested my forehead on hers.

"I'd prefer watching you instead of a movie." I teased.

"Stop joking Loke. Come on." She laughed pulling me to the couch.

She got two DVDs and she made me choose. It was between this horror movie or this comedy movie.

Of course what a man usually prefers, I chose the horror movie.

Not to show my manliness but to get Lucy closer to me since I know she easily get's frightened.

In the middle of movie Lucy jumped as she covered her face with a pillow.

"Come here princess." I chuckled.

She scooted to my side still hiding her face with the pillow.

"You know princess, there's no use watching this movie if you're just going to cover your view." I looked at her as I pulled her to my lap.

"Y-yeah, b- but it- it's way to-o sca-scary" She shivered.

I stroked her head to calm her down.

"Then let's watch another movie?" I suggested. As much as I wanted to maintain this position, she was just too scared to finish the movie.

"U-uhm I can h-handle this." She choked.

"Princess don't be a scardy-cat." I teased.

"N-no I'm not!" She pouted and removed the pillow from blocking her view.

I was surprised that she finished the movie but she became pale and stiff.

"Princess?" I chuckled while poking her cheeks.

"I-I'm fine." She crossed her arms.

A few seconds later I heard her stomach grumble and she flushed in embarrassment.

"Let's eat piggy." I laughed

She glared at me with smoke coming off her ears.

I carried her bridal style to the dining room.

Natsu's POV

"Oh? You've grown fond of drinking here." Cana laughed.

"That's because you influenced me." I teased her as she gave me the usual beer.

"Eeh? I thought you this was because of the girl you left?" She smirked widely.

"Yeah, I was just teasing you." I sighed.

"Neh, Natsu?" She looked at me with drowsy eyes.

"What?" I asked and gulped down the beer.

"I'm going to this wedding in two weeks. My old best friend is going to be there, well I used to work for her mother, how do I approach her?" She asked.

"Uh, you hug her giddily like normal girls do?" I raised my brow.

"Yeah, but do you think she'll forgive me for leaving her?" She covered her face with her arms as she layed her head on the counter.

"Of course she will, you've been with her for a long time right?" I smiled.

"Y-yeah. I guess." She looked at me pouting.

"Why'd you leave her anyway?" I asked

"Well, my parents moved here for their job so I had to go and take care of them. I left Lucy a note but I'm not sure she got it." She sighed as she looked down at her wine glass.

"L-Lucy huh?" I looked at her sadly.

"Yeah, about her?" She looked at me curiously.

Lucy's POV

After dinner Loke walked to the balcony sitting on a small couch, looking at the gorgeous view of city lights.

I walked out to the balcony looking at colorful lights like stars.

I felt arms around my waist pulling me down.

I fell on Lokes lap, I layed onto his chest like a baby as he put his arms around me.

He rested his cheek on my head and he sighed in comfort. I blushed hard, I could feel his heart beating fast but all I could think about is Natsu.

"I love you Lucy." He said under his breath.

I didn't reply, I couldn't reply.

Suddenly a heard a faint snor, I could tell he was sleeping.

I looked up to the stars wondering what he's doing. Soon after I dosed off.

Natsu's POV

"I can't blame you for leaving but your stupid for not talking to her." Cana said sadly.

"Yeah. Well I have to go, I'll see you tomorrow Cana." I waved goodbye.

As soon as I got home, I walked into my bedroom leaving the lights off.

I noticed the light coming out of the window, I walked over to check it out.

They were nothing but gleaming stars. They looked wonderful, they reminded me of Lucy.

I wonder what she's doing. How she's feeling.
