Kenny's crashed right into the women with enough force to knock her onto the ground. Her finger must have nicked the trigger because his ears ringed. He couldn't hear what Violet was saying, it felt like someone stuffed Cotton into his ears.

He vaguely saw Clem push herself off the floor, before the women frantically tried to punch him off her. He managed to avoid the brunt of the blow, but she managed to graze his cheek bone.

He immediately went to pin her arms down, however she wasn't going to go down without a fight. Her blows were messy, yet they had power behind them. Him grabbing onto her wrists weren't doing much for him.

Kenny was getting real tired of her struggles, so he let one of her hands go in order to punch her square in the face. Her nose was definitely broken if the crack was anything to go by.

His already bloody knuckles were now stained with her blood, he went to punch her again, only to squeezed his eyes closed, as screamed in agony.

When he opened them again he saw that she hand gotten ahold of the glass shard in his thigh and stabbed him the abdomen with it.

In the blink of and eye she threw him off her. "I wasn't expecting to see you off all people" she spit a glob of blood next to him. "You should have died a long time ago, but you know what they say. Cockroaches always crawl back."

He forced his eyes to focus on her, rather than the pain shooting through his body. "Lilly!" He hissed.

"Kenny!" She hissed back. Her eyes narrowed down at him. She opened her mouth to speak only to close it a few seconds later.

Her eyes flickered to girls behind him, before clicking her tongue and running away.

"Kenny!" Clem and Violet shouted in unison. Both of them dropping to their knees next to him.

"Fine" he grunted. "Let's get out of here. Clem, you have some explaining to do." Clem nodded sternly, then helped Violet get him on his feet.

With their combined efforts, they managed to get inside their apartment complex quite fast. It seemed the delta already started to clear out. Clems defense plans were no joke.

They passed many injured on their way to their room. They, however looked like they were already patched up. Poor Clem was bombarded by questions, all of which she assured would be answered at a later date with their leader.

That wasn't a total lie, but they weren't even sure Javi was still alive. He's strong, however this attack caught them by surprise.

Kenny wasn't even sure what happened until he was bleeding out on the floor. Pushing the thought away, he braced himself to see the distraught looks on his hellions faces.

Speaking of hellions, Violet needed some time to get her suppressed emotions out before she breaks down. Tenn was all she had left of Minnie, and now he was gone.

The moment they opened the door to the apartment, many of the kids forced themselves to stand. Each one of the them looked relieved to seem him, however that relief was gone as quickly as it came once they saw his abdomen and thigh bleeding.

"Get him on the couch! Aasim get the first aid kit! Louis get some water! Brody some more towels please!" Ruby immediately started to bark out orders.

Brody looked reluctant to leave the passed out Marlon, yet she dropped her hold on his hand and went to the small closet. Aasim and Louis were the only two that looked like they got through this unscathed.

"Where's Aj?!" Kenny franticly looked around for any sign of the poor boy.

"He's downstairs with the guards, Rosie's with him. He was restless and wanted to be of help" Ruby explained calmly.

The tension in Kenny shoulders slowly faded. Ruby was pleased he finally calmed down enough for her to get started.

Aasim was turned into some kind of nurse from the moment he got back with the first aid kit. When Louis got back he helped him drink water in order to hydrate him.

He didn't like how he was treated like some old man, he was old, but he could drink water on his own for fuck sakes.

"Clem, the explanation please" he narrowed his eyes at her.

She looked extremely guilty. She looked at anything in the room except him. "Clem." He said a little more firmly.

She bit her lip, before finally looking up at him. "Lilly's alive."

Kenny gave her the most deadpanned look he could muster up. "She with the delta....." Kenny's blank expression never wavered.

"She's one of the deltas head generals. She usually among those who frequently attacks our people. Happy?" She rolled her eyes.

"What's with the fucking attitude? You better dial it back. Now why didn't you, oh I don't know tell me that Bitch is alive before today."

Her jaw clenched, as she sent him a dirty look. "Because I know what you'll do!"

He scoffed. "Oh really? How about you enlighten me what will I do."

"You'll go off on your own with no regard for anyone else!"

He scoffed yet again, which only seemed to make her even more angry. "Carver! Jane! Arvo!" She seethed. "I can't lose you again! You always act so fucking recklessly!"

"Alright enough!" The now awake Marlon shouted.

"Stay out this vanilla ice." He turned his attention back to Clem "Like your one to talk, miss I'm going to go off and lure walkers away after a god damn car crash!"

He noticed some shuffling in the the corner of eyes, however his attention was brought back to Clem. "I wonder what did you say happened to Ben after you found out what he did." She crossed her arms.

"Who was the one who decided to go off with a random man in Savannah?" He glowered at her.

Clem clenched her hands. "Why you—"

"STOP!" Aj shouted causing them to flinch. They must have went and gotten him.

"Aj" Clem turned to look at him and kneeled down to his level.

"No!" He brushed past her and stood right in front of the two like a angry mother who was about to scold her quarreling kids. "This isn't the time or place to be fighting!"

"Aj—" he started, but was quickly shut down.

"No, I get that your both mad about this Lilly person, but whatever beef you two have can wait." The silence that followed was deafening.

Everyone was either too scared to speak or too shocked. Violet whistled After a few seconds and ruffled his hair, which got her an angry swat in return.

Clem could do nothing but blink at him while Kenny was stiff as a board; ultimately making it easier for ruby to stitch him up. All those lessons with Dr. Lingard were paying off.

"I'm going to go check in with the other guards and then find Javi." Clem signed tiredly.

"Cool down while your at it" Aj rolled his eyes; a bad habit he picked up from Violet.

Kenny swears one of theses days all of his hellions would all end up rolling their eyes till their eyes pop out of their skulls.

Nonetheless, he was forced to push the thought out of his head when Ruby decided it was time to tackle the wound on his thigh, having finished patching up his abdomen.

Kenny cursed under his breath the moment the pain shot through his body. It was safe to say he would be glaring daggers at the girl till she finished.

"Fuck!" Violet screamed.

"I'm going back downstairs" Aj stated calmly, as if he hadn't just kicked Violet in the shin after she tried to touch his hair yet again.

"Have fun kiddo" Kenny saluted him on his way out. He then turned his attention back to Violet who was in the process of cursing Aj out in her mind.

Yeah... not touching that with a ten foot pole. He thought to himself. He snuck a glance at the rest of the kids who were all trying to keep themselves distracted from the situation on hand.

He couldn't blame them. Marlon was awfully fidgety though. He'd have to come back to that later. "Alright, I'm done." Ruby slapped his thigh making him hiss in pain. He got distracted and wasn't able to watch her every move.

"Ouch" he glared at her.

"You'll live" she smiled, as she peeled the bloody gloved off her hands. "Now is anyone else hurt that I don't know about?"

Everyone simply shook their heads. "You guys better not be lying to me, or else I'll leave you worse than a stuck pig in the middle of a hot burning day."

Whatever that meant, Kenny did not want to find out. "Thank you Ruby. Now everyone, I want you all to try and get some rest before Clem returns. Something tells me shit is about to go down."

"Uhh.... didn't shit already do down. Don't tell me this is a bad case a diarrhea" Louis plugged his nose and waved his hand in front of his face, in order to blow the 'stinky' air away from him.

Broadly only groaned and slapped his shoulder with much more forced then needed. "Gross" she did a gaging motion.

Kenny only sighed for what felt like the umpteenth that day, before slinking away to the kitchen.

"Chips anyone" he said quietly to himself, so no one could hear. He didn't want to share, but he didn't want to deal with them saying he never offered.

The chips were stale, like most food nowadays, however they were still a delicacy in this time and age.

Kenny was surprised that he managed to snack away without any interruptions. It seemed the kids were more interested in their little conversations to pay any attention to him.

Before he knew it, he almost finished the entire bag. Who knew getting stabbed would make you so hungry.

Too bad the peace was broken a few seconds after he resealed the bag with a hair band.

The door swung open with a creak. Clem, Aj, Javi, Kate, and Gabe all walked in; each one of them, except for Aj, looked as if they just walked through hell and back while being showered in blood.

Javi folded his arms, as he surveyed the group. "We need to to talk"
