Fallon ran towards the blossom tree, hoping Noah would be alone underneath it. Her heart stopped when she saw another girl under the tree with him. Her upset turned to anger when she realised who she was. It was her supposed friend Victoria, the only one she'd told about her feelings for Noah. She stepped closer towards the tree to hear every word of their conversation.
"Noah. Over these past few weeks I've really developed feelings for you." Victoria admitted, her hands behind her back and her cheeks turning pink. "I've fallen in love with you."
"Victoria, I didn't know you felt this way. What about Aiden?" He asked, looking at the girl in front of him. Fallon desperately prayed to any god that Noah would reject Victoria.
"I realised I don't love him. I love you." Victoria insisted, holding his hand.
"Well... I love you too Victoria." Noah accepted her confession, sending a tear ran down Fallon's cheek. She ran away towards the school, fuelled with anger and despair.

Fallon ran around the school, searching for one of her other friends. She wasn't looking where she was going before crashing into someone.
"Watch where your... Oh!" The person began to scold her for crashing, but stopped when she realised who it was. Fallon also realised who she'd crashed into, Hana. Hana offered her hand to the dark haired girl to help her up before noticing her tear stained face. "Fallon? Are you ok?"
"N-no." Fallon let out a loud sob before Hana put her arms around Fallon and let her cry on to her shoulder.
"What happened?" Hana asked, genuinely concerned for her friend. Fallon wiped her eyes before telling Hana.
"I told Victoria I had feelings for Noah, and she just confessed her feelings for him under the blossom tree from the school myth." More tears fell from Fallon's eyes, and she was too depressed to wipe them away.
"That's completely out of order." Hana gasped, shocked one of her closest friends would do that to one of her other close friends. "I can't believe she would do that." Hana shook her head and gave her crying friend another hug. "Let's go home." Hana said, leading Fallon towards the exit of the school.

The next day, Victoria decided to pay a visit to Hana's house. Fallon had stayed at hers that night, as Hana was determined to make her friend feel better, and worried Fallon might try something stupid.
"What are you doing here?" Hana asked coldly as Victoria stood in the bedroom doorway. Victoria was taken back by Hana's sudden rudeness, then she saw Fallon in the room. Fallon was sat looking out the window, broken.
"I can't just come to my friends house?" Victoria retorted, putting one of her hands onto her hip. Hana looked at Fallon, who was frozen in place looking out the window.
"Not when you brutally betray someone. That was pretty low." Hana shook her head, still looking at the broken girl by the window.
"How did I betray and how did I betray them?" Victoria asked angrily, stepping into the room.
"Me." Fallon said quietly. Both girls turned to look at Fallon, who was now looking Victoria dead in the eye. "I told you I had feelings for Noah, and you took him from me." She stood up, wiping the tears from her eyes. "You promised you wouldn't take him from me. You betrayed me in the worst way possible." Fallon shouted at her ex-friend. If Fallon had a sharp object, she would've stabbed Victoria to death right there and then. Hana had moved all the sharp objects away from Fallon, fearing she would attempt suicide or self harm after seeing how depressed and empty she was.
"I'm sorry." Victoria said unconvincingly. Fallon shook her head, she could never accept Victoria's apology.
"No." Fallon said quietly, looking down. "You're not sorry. Why don't you take the knife you left in my back and stab me in the front like a true friend would." Fallon said coldly, her voice laced with anger. She then sat back down ion the same position she had been in when Victoria arrived.
"I think you need to leave." Hana said, pushing Victoria out and closing the door behind her.
