He's Crazy
James stood on the top deck looking out towards the ocean. His back was away from the entrance. Why can't she accept my feelings? James thought, thinking of Fallon. Why can't she see that we're meant to be together? He sighed, and continued to watch the water. The top deck was small, but had a full view of the rest of the ship. His back faced away from the only door to the deck, as he daydreamed of him and Fallon together. The door opened, and Fallon stepped onto the deck.
"Oh, why did you want to meet me here James?" Fallon didn't need to ask if it was him who wanted to meet her, he was the only one there. He stood up and walked over to her. He tried to kiss her, but she pushed him back. "You really need to stop that."
"Why? I know you want it." He smirked. It was as if Fallon hadn't told him that she didn't want to be with him. Fallon rolled her eyes, she was sick of his attitude. He wasn't like this when they'd first met, it was only after he developed a crush on her.
"Listen, James." She paused to take a breath and make sure he was paying attention. "I don't love you, ok? I don't have feelings for you. You need to back off and stop trying to kiss me. It will never happen." She went to turn back, but he grabbed her hand and pulled her back so she was facing him. His attitude had changed completely. The smirk from his face had disappeared, and in its place was a stone cold stare.
"We're meant to be together, Fallon." He laughed a little before pushing her to the ground. He restrained her using his body.
"What are you doing? James, you're scaring me now." She looked at him, and his face was in that emotionless stare. She tried to push him off, but he was too strong.
"You don't get it." His mouth contorted into a smile, but his eyes remained cold. His breathing quickened, as did his words. "We will be together in the end, you don't have a choice." Fallon tried again to push him off, not allowing the tears in her eyes to show. When she realised she couldn't push him off, she screamed, hoping to get attention from someone on another deck. "We're going to get married one day." He continued, ignoring her screams. Her throat was sore from calling for help. She felt like no one was coming. Who would help her anyway? She let out a sob, and the tears she had been holding back fell from her eyes.
"Get off of her!" A voice shouted. She could hear footsteps near her. She tried to look at who it was, but he was holding her down too hard. She recognised the voice though. It was Noah. He managed to push James off of her, then offered his hand to her. Fallon put her hand into Noah's, just like when they had first met, and he pulled her up. "You ok?" Fallon couldn't speak, she didn't know what to say, and her voice still hurt. She nodded her head, shaking out a tear, then ran back to her room.
