After few months of world tours, Kazanari Tsubasa and Amou Kanade finally come back to Japan. They currently riding a private jet to get home.

Kanade: *look outside the window* Woah...!! I can see Japan from here!

Tsubasa: Right. We finally home.

Tsubasa is a girl with long blue hair with a bit of her hair tide at the side. She sometimes shy but good in fighting. Kanade is a girl with long red hair to her waist. She is a bit noisy and always called Tsubasa's uncle as old man.

Kanade: It feels like it's been long since we come back.

Tsubasa: Yeah.

Kanade: Let's turn on the television to see what happened in the past few months.

She turn on the news.

TV: -And that's all for the weather. Now, let's change into the news about Noise.-

Kanade clench her fist when the word Noise came out. She really angry when think about her family when they were killed by Noise.

Kanade: Noise...!

Tsubasa: Kanade...

She worried about her friends when it come to Noise. The alien like creatures has been terrorising the area ever since they appear.

TV: -Noise attack has been increasing in this past month, making the casualities increased. But that is wrong, two armored man appeared out of nowhere and able to defeat the Noise and save the citizens.-

Both of them are suprised when the footage of Kabuto and Gatack were shown. They able to beat the Noise without using any Relic. In a blink of eyes, the Noise already defeated.

TV: -No one know who these mysterious man are, and the goverment has no connection with them. Everytime Noise come and attacking people, they appear and defeat the Noise all by themselves. After that...-

Kanade turn off the TV while their eyes are still widen. Kabuto and Gatack able to beat those Noise easy than they did.

Kanade: There are others who can kill Noise...

Tsubasa: Do you think the commander knows about this? Or about who they are?

Kanade: No idea. But home change a lot when we were gone.

In there mind, they are thinking who are those mysterious man.

Kanade: I'm sure the red one is a cool guy, and the blue one is clumsy, I think.

Tsubasa: Kanade!

At Sun Rise

Sun Rise is a local restaurant where Hiroto and Raiga work as part-timers.

Hiroto/Raiga: Achoo!

Raiga sniff and rub his nose and Hiroto did the same.

Raiga: Did someone talk about us?

Hiroto: No idea...

Then they continue doing their work. Hiroto is the cook while Raiga is the waiter.

This restaurant serves almost any Japanese food like ramen, takoyaki, okonamiyaki and others.

Raiga the orders and serve the food to the customer while Hiroto do the cooking. Cooking is one Hiroto's specialty after he learn many things from Tendou.

???: You too work so hard.

Raiga: Oh! Boss!

They look at an old lady wearing pink apron. She smiles at them and do the cleaning. Her name is Anko.

Anko: It's look like you need a raise.

Raiga: Really?!

Anko: That's a joke.

That makes Raiga anime fall while Hiroto laugh a bit. Then he look at Anko.

Hiroto: Boss, how have you been?

Anko: Just fine. Sorry, make you guys to the hard works.

Raiga: This easy.

Hiroto: Raiga, take the orders from table 4.

Raiga: Ah! I forget!

He apologies to them and take their orders. Most of the customer here are girls about a private school for girls are not far from here.

It'a the Private Lydian Music Academy. Like it name, it provide teaching for music and art. All of them know the Zwei Wing singers went there before they become famous singers. Many girls who like music attend there so they can achieve their dreams of melody.

Then the door was opened and reveal someone that familiar to Hiroto and Raiga. They are Tachibana Hibiki and Kohinata Miku. They are locals here at this restaurtant.

Hibiki has short cream coloured hair with two red hair clip at the side of her head. Miku has shoulder-length green-black coloured hair with some of her hair tied behind with her bow.

Hiroto: Welcom-Oh! It's just you two...

Hibiki: Hey! What kind of greeting is that?!

Miku: Since we locals here, of course he'll say that.

Raiga: Hibiki-chan! Miku-chan! Like usual?

Hibiki: Yes please!

Miku: I think I want the miso-mackerel.

Hiroto: On it.

They sit at the bar table area that look at the kitchen. Hibiki and Miku always want to sit there so they can watch Hiroto cooking.

Raiga: So, how's school?

Hibiki: Like always.

Raiga: Hah? Again with that...

Hibiki: The school always like that. And Hiroto, why don't you make some posters about this place? Everyone would die for you and Grandma's cooking!

Then Hiroto stop and point toward the light.

Hiroto: Tendou Souji once said, "A local place doesn't need posters to be popular, the food itself already enough."

Then he continue cooking.

Hibiki: *sigh* Again with those Tendou Souji's quotes...?

Miku: It's look like this Tendou Souji is wise man to you.

Raiga: Of course. Senpai look up to him because he is--

Hiroto: Raiga, take these meals.

Raiga: H-Hai!

He went to the kicthen to take the food until Hiroto grab his hand and look at him.

Hiroto: *whisper* Don't tell them that we're Kamen Rider! It's not the right time yet!

Raiga: *whisper* S-Sorry, senpai!

Then he takes the food to Hibiki and Miku.

Raiga: Thanks for waiting. Okonomiyaki for Hibiki, and miso mackerel for Miku.

Hibiki drooling as soon as the food is placed in front of her. Miku just stay normal like she always does.

Hibiki/Miku: Itadakimasu!

They eat the food. Hibiki just keep eating it in rush while Miku keep talking her to eat slowly.

Then Hibiki choked. She hold her neck like she was gonna die until Hiroto went to their table and give Hibiki a glass of water.

Hiroto: Here.

Hibiki take it and drink the water. She place the glass on the table and sigh in relief while holding her chest.

Hibiki: Ah... I thought I was gonna die...!

Miku: That is why told you to eat slowly.

Hibiki: But it's too delicious!

Raiga: So did you two know about the Zwei Wing Concert that going to be held today?

Hibiki: Of course! I and Miku are going to our very first Zwei Wing Concert!

Miku: I got two ticket so both of us can go. I won the tickets by the lucky draw that Hibiki force me to enter it.

Hibiki: *puff her cheek* Hey! Don't say make it sound like I'm a bad guy! 

Raiga: I see! So you two are going? I will go there, too!

Hibiki: Really?

Raiga: Yeah! I buy a ticket through the online orders. I barely got it because this is the only one left in online booking!

He take out the ticket and kiss it. Then Raiga rub it at his face with dreaming.

Raiga: I hope I can shake their hands and take their autographs! I love Kanade-san and Tsubasa-san!

Hiroto: Don't forget that the money you used is mine.

It makes Raiga flinched. He slowly turn to Hiroto while Miku and Hibiki were suprised that Raiga use Hiroto's money.

Raiga: I-I'm really sorry, senpai...

Hiroto: You better pay it back, or else.

Raiga: Y-Yes, sir!!

Time Skip

Hiroto is helping Anko to clean up the restaurant after the busy day. Raiga have to went home early because he'll be going to the concert with Miku and Hibiki.

Then the restaurant's door was opened.

Hiroto: Sorry, we're closed. Come back tomorrow.

???: Hiroto!

He turn to the door and saw Miku. She's already wearing her casual green dress while holding the concert ticket in her hand.

Hiroto: Miku? Why are you here? Aren't you supposed to go to the concert? Hibiki and Raiga might be waiting for you, right now.

Miku: Um, Hiroto... I have a favor to ask you.

Hiroto: Favor? What is it?

At the concert stadium

At the futurastic stadium, Hibiki and Raiga are among the crowd, waiting to get into the stadium. Raiga is looking at poster in his phone showing Kanade and Tsubasa in their pop idol outfit.

Raiga(In mind): *blushing* I get to go in my first live concert!

Hibiki: Eh?! What do you mean you can't come?

It makes Raiga startled and look at Hibiki. She is talking in her phone with a suprised and disappointed face.

Miku(Phone): Sorry, my grandma at Morioko got into an accident. We're packing up to go and Dad's drive us there now.

Hibiki: But Miku, I and Raiga barely know about this place.

Then Raiga speak up.

Raiga: Yeah. I never been here before!

Miku(Phone): I'm really sorry, you two. But don't worry, I have someone to acompany you guys.

Hibiki/Raiga: Who?

Hiroto: A wise and gentle man.

Hibiki/Raiga: Eh?! Hiroto!/Senpai!

Hiroto: I only here because Miku ask me be with you guys. Since both of you have bad sense of direction.

Raiga: That's not true!

Hiroto: Where is the center of the stadium?

Raiga: Well, umm....? Uhh...?

Hiroto: That's the proof. And I like to watch the Zwei Wing in live action.

Hibiki: Eh?

Raiga: Really?

Hiroto: Hey, how many song that hear? If it the best song, I like the Zwei Wing the most.

After entering the stadium, they went to buy some glowstick. Then they are walking in the stadium while looking around.

Raiga: This stadium is so big...!

Hibiki: Yeah! When it come to mind, how old are you two?

Raiga: Huh?! We've been friends and you don't know how old I and senpai is?!

Hibiki: Oh, sorry.

Hiroto: I'm 16. Raiga is 15.

Hibiki: So Raiga is one year younger than you. That is why he keep calling you 'senpai'!

Raiga: That's--

Hiroto elbow him at the stomach causing Raiga to yelp. He hold his stomach while look away in pain.

Hibiki: I didn't expect that Miku would pick you to accompany us here.

Hiroto: *point up* Tendou Souji once said, "Being with friends is always better than being alone."

They continue their way to the seat area.

Inside the stadium

At the backstage, everyone is preparing the stuff for the concert. The lights, the microphone, the speaker and all the stuff that they really need.

At Tsubasa, she is sitting and fold her legs, next to a container while wearing a white cloak so her outfit for the concert won't get dirty. But at her face, she seems worried. She's hoping so she can do the best and hoping that the Noise won't come here.

???: You still worry, don't you?

She look up and saw Kanade, also wearing a white cloak that keeping her outfit clean. Then Kanade sit on a crate next to her.

Kanade: It's hard to fill in the time, isn't it? Just before the show starts is the hardest.

She remove her hood and scratch her head.

Kanade: I'm going to go wild on the stage, but now, he won't let me.

Tsubasa: Yeah...

Kanade: Oh, oh, Tsubasa. Don't tell me you nervous.

Tsubasa: *embarrased* That's just normal! Sakurai-san said so especially...

Then Kanade flick at Tsubasa's forehead making her look at Kanade.

Kanade: Why are you so serious?

???: Tsubasa, Kanade, there you are.

Tsubasa: Commander...

Kanade: Oh, if isn't Old Man Genjuro!

They look at the side and saw Genjuro. He is a man that usually wearing red clothes. He is Tsubasa's uncle and the leader of the 2nd Division.

Genjuro: I trust you understand that today is--

Kanade: Of paramount importance, yeah. We know. No sweat.

Genjuro: I'll hold you to your word then. The show tonight will decide the future of mankind.

Then he called Sakurai Ryoko. She is the researcher that help them to research the Relics. Under the stadium, they are doing a research about a Relic, the Nehushtan.

Ryoko(Phone): Cheerio! Sakurai Ryoko speaking. We're done with the preparations.

Genjuro: Got it. Be there soon.

He hung up and look at Kanade and Tsubasa.

Kanade: Leave the stage to us!

Genjuro nod and walk away until Kanade speaks again.

Kanade: Wait!

Genjuro: *glance at Kanade* Hm?

Kanade: Will be the two armored man will appear here?

Genjuro: I can't see why they will come to a place like this. It's a concert, not a battlefield.

(Hiroto, Raiga & Hibiki)

Hiroto/Raiga: Achoo!

Hibiki: Huh?

Raiga rub his nose while looking around.

Hibiki: Are you two okay?

Raiga: Of course! I've been thinking that there really is someone that is speaking about us, right senpai?

Hiroto: There's a possiblity. And, this stadium is really huge.

They enter the center area and the seat are full with people while the stage is in front of them.

Raiga: So huge...!!

Hibiki: The concert is gonna be...!

Raiga/Hibiki: Awesome...!

Hiroto: Hmph. You two has no different at all.

Raiga/Hibiki: Hey!

Then they went to their seat while Hibiki holding the glowsticks. Then she give one to them.

Raiga: A blue stick!

Hiroto: Red?

Hibiki: I'm sure that is your favourite colour!

Raiga: It is!

Hiroto(In mind): *sigh* But this colour is the same as our armor.

Meanwhile, on top of the stadium, at the roof window, KZ and GZ are watching from outside. GZ has a small flag with Kanade's name on it.

GZ: Kanade! Kanade! Kanade!

KZ: What is wrong with you?

GZ: I'm cheering for Kanade! It's not like Kagami ever bring to a concert before!

KZ: And Tendou never spend time with me.

GZ: We can't think for ourselves before! This time, I'm a free bug with life!

KZ: And an idiot partner who just follow my partner.

GZ: Hey!

KZ: It has begin.

GZ: Really?! Kanade! I LOVE YOU!!!

KZ(In mind): Compare to Kagami, I rather be with him than GZ that has become more like human... *sigh*

Back inside the stadium, after the lights are on, Kanade and Tsubasa are shown in their singers outfit and start singing to the crowds.

Raiga and Hibiki get excited while hearing their song. The crowd really happy when Kanade and Tsubasa sing. Their song give the crowds hope to keep moving.

Hiroto just waving his glowstick boringly until when he look closely to Kanade and Tsubasa. He remember something in the past.

Flashback

At the ZECT Branch HQ, Hiroto, at age of 9, is waiting for Yagurama to finish his work.

Then he felt tapped at his shoulder. He look up and saw Yaguruma with some of his squad.

Hiroto: Nii-san!

Yaguruma: Yo, Hiroto.

Hiroto: Nii-san, are your job done already?!

Yaguruma: Well...

Hiroto: Here!

He take out a poster from his backpack. He show it to Yaguruma and it was a concert poster.

Hiroto: Nii-san, can you take me to this concert?! I want to go there! And we can hang out togehter!

Yaguruma: That's...

???: Yaguruma-san!

They all turn to see Kageyama running toward them.

Kageyama: Yaguruma-san! There's a Worm sighting at area B01.

Yaguruma: Got it. All of you, prepare the gears.

Squad: Roger!

They all went back inside the building. Yaguruma felt a tugh at his shirt. It was Hiroto.

Hiroto: You busy... again?

Yaguruma: Yes. Sorry, Hiroto.

Hiroto: *look down* I-It's fine... Nii-san, have to work to protect us from Worm, right...?

Yaguruma: *pat Hiroto's head* Right. I'll take you to another concert when I got time, promise.

Yaguruma run to the Machine Zectron. He wear the helmet and ride away along with his squad that follow him using cars and vans.

Hiroto look at the poster. He at least want to spent time with Yagurama for once. Then tears coming out from his eyes and it falls at the poster.

Hiroto: But... you never keep your promise...

He walk home with sad face. The poster fly from his hand toward the sky.

Flashback End

Hiroto(In mind): You never bring me to anything I want...

Then he look at Hibiki and Raiga who is cheering and waving their glowsticks. It makes Hiroto smiles. It's not always he able to smile because of his past.

After Kanade and Tsubasa end their song, the crowd cheer for them.

Raiga(In mind): I can't even look away! This is increadible!

Hibiki(In mind): Amazing! This is my first live concert!

Hiroto(In mind): *smiles* So this... a concert?

This is the very first time he felt really happy in his life.

Hiroto(In mind): Kodega... subarashi...!

Unknown to them, there will be chaos happened. The fate of the citizens life is on the hands of the singers and Riders.

Hiroto: Hello there readers!
