Before school:
I got up at a fairly decent time to the sound of rain. It wasn't as bad as yesterday though. My friends texted me and told me not to worry about picking them up since she was sick and her boyfriend was staying home with her. I got my dad to finish signing paperwork before leaving.

Homeroom:
Nothing much happened. I got some reading and writing done and I turned in my paperwork.

Period 1:
We started with two puzzles which didn't take long. We then added some more gestures to our warmups and played the clapping game. We had the option to either graph 25 equations or gesture 6 of the equations for a grade. Obviously the class chose to gesture them instead.

Period 2:
We watched a very cheesy 20 minute movie on health care careers and the actors were so bad. We then got to work on 3 word find puzzles until the end of class.

Lunch:

I just read more of the Expiration Date by MikaelaBender, I highly recommend this book, it's so good.

Period 3:
Our choice of the morning was either a hummingbird sized elephant or an elephant sized hummingbird. I think being a giant hummingbird would be so cool. We played this or that and I feel called out. One of the questions was Friends or the Office and I've seen neither of them so I had to stand in the middle of the room. We then reviewed email etiquette. To finish up the class we were given an orange and had a small competition of who could peel their orange in one piece the fastest. Someone peeled theirs in like one second but I was happy I got mine in one piece. I haven't eaten an orange in years since I've lived in Florida, and I remember why. They just don't taste as fresh as just picking them out of an orange grove. 

Period 4:
We just made sure we had our volunteer locations and our tests done. Teacher went over how she had to take us together to check out. I ended up leaving the school at 1:40 but it was raining so I decided not to drive to my volunteer location since I already knew how to get there. I only need 4 hours a week so as long as I do 2 hours for two days a week I'll be fine.

After school:
I ended up having to drive my friends to work. I ended up parking next to my manager who was sitting in his car and it was awkward. I grabbed some food which my coworker may or may not have only made me pay 5 dollars for three entrees. I think I'm going to finish up my word search puzzles tonight though.
