Zarkon had just been informed of a human holiday called Valentine's Day by Zanthea in a message. He was curious and wanted to give it a try, because why not? He found his space kitty in their chambers reading on a holopad while five month old Delilah slept on her chest after a painful feeding session, because her fangs were started to come in. He had a gift for her, a very unique one. He wasn't sure how she'd react. Elara heard the doors open and close and looked away from her holopad, and saw a small purple box in his hands. Right as she was about to say something he spoke.

"It's strange, yes I know, but it's for you." Zarkon said and sit on the edge of the bed next to her. She would be lying if she said she wasn't confused.

"Are you feeling alright?" She asked putting a hand on his forehead.

"I'm perfectly fine. Just hurry up and open the box please, the anticipation is killing me." Zarkon said.

"Ok then..." She said and opened the box. Her ears perked up and her eyes wide when she saw nine silver heart necklaces.

"I'm intrigued now... Please explain." She said, stilling staring at the necklaces.

"Well, a human holiday has come to my attention and I wanted to try it out." He said.

"And that holiday would be?" She asked.

"Valentine's day." Zarkon said.

"I've heard of it. I didn't think you'd take much interest in it though." She said.

"For once you're wrong." Zarkon said.

"Blah, blah, blah..." She mumbled.

"Look in the necklaces." Zarkon said.

"In the necklaces?" She asked, she thought she was going crazy for a moment.

"Yes woman hurry up please." Zarkon said.

"Ok, ok." Elara sighed and squinted an eye each time she looked in the little hearts and she was speechless when she saw tiny pictures of one of the kids as babies in each necklace, one of Lotor as a baby, one of Bellatrix as a baby, one of Zanthea as a baby, one of Helthena as a baby, one as Farah as baby etc. There was also one of her and Zarkon before the whole quintessence situation. So far, she looked through eight.

"How? How did you do this?" She asked.

"I know people of course, and I'm scary. You missed one." He said.

She looked in the last necklace and her heart stopped instantly, she saw a scan, like what a human would know as an ultrasound, of the little girl she never got to meet, the one she miscarried before she and Zarkon even met. Her little Allegra. She was crying and didn't even realize it.

"Where did you find that?" She asked, her voice cracked.

"I had Ulaz go back into your medical history and find the scan so I had it put into the necklace." Zarkon said.

"You adorable bastard..." she sniffed and then broke down completely, it was good that Delilah was a heavy sleeper.

"Not the greatest way to say thank you... but I'll take it." Zarkon said, and let her cry on him.

"I'm paying you back for that..." she sniffled and continued.

"You don't have give me any mon-... oh... you're not talking about money..."
