"HE DID WHAT?!" Zarkon roared, making Zanthea flinch and Delilah cry.

"Zarkon calm down! Child... explain please." Elara said, taking Delilah from Zanthea.

"Well... It happened for sure." Zanthea said nervously, a silver and purple engagement ring caught both Zarkon and Elara's attention.

"Show the ring already." Elara said.

Zanthea showed off her left hand and there it was.

"Now that is a ring..." Elara said, staring at bling.

"Focus woman! He never once came to us first!" Zarkon hissed, snatching Elara's attention.

"Zarkon, he's human. He doesn't know everything about Galra traditions, and he'd have to fight you like you did with my father, besides, I know we can trust Shiro." Elara said.

"How? How do you know?" Zarkon snapped.

"Has Zanthea ever complained to us about Shiro? Has she ever cried because of him? Even the Black lion has never acted up against him. That's all enough for me to trust and you know exactly how high my standards are for her and Bella." Elara said.

Zarkon has lost many arguments against her, but this is the toughest one of all, in his eyes Bellatrix and Zanthea would always be his little girls and he'd kill anyone to keep them safe. He took a long moment the think it over and then he remembered how he briefly struggled to gain permission from Elara's father so that he could pop the question, Shiro would go through the same thing he did, he soon made his decision.

"Alright. Your mother is right... again. Shiro wouldn't hurt if his life depended on doing so. I know you two will be very happy together." He said.

Zanthea hugged her parents, she was over the moon that they wouldn't snatch Shiro's soul. That evening she told the rest of the family of her engagement and boy did Bellatrix smother her sister with wedding plans immediately.
