Cressida had pulled Elara aside for a chat, the two were in a lounge room and Elara could tell that her sister-in-law was nervous about something. Being the intelligent lady she is, she automatically knew what was up.

"Elara... does Sendak really love?" Cressida asked, her hands shaking a bit.

"Of course, everyone knows it, I know him better than anyone and I can that he loves you more than anything." Elara answered with a genuine smile.

"Well I need some advice." Cressida said.

"What's up?" Elara asked even though she already knew what was happening.

"Well... I'm pregnant and it's a girl." Cressida blurted out.

"I know and a girl?!" Elara said happily.

"Huh?" Cressida gasped.

"Your scent is off, you've eating a bit more, and you're already glowing." Elara said.

"So you're not mad?" Cressida asked.

"Of course not! I've always wanted a little niece. He was taking so long." Elara sighed.

"I'm glad you're happy but how do I tell him?" Cressida asked.

"He falls for everything so easily so here what I've got in mind, it's really simple but it will blow his little mind...."

Hours later-

Everyone was in the mess hall and Cressida and Elara had come up with a way to let the family know of the incoming family addition. Cressida started dropping hints and Elara pretended to be completely oblivious. Sendak noticed there was more food on Cressida's plate than normal.

"You're gonna eat all that." Sendak asked.

"For sure.. for some reason I've been really hungry." Cressida said before chowing down.

"Did you go to Ulaz?" Sendak asked, genuinely concerned.

"Yes, he said I'm perfectly fine but I'm always tired and I get nauseous all the time, it's ridiculous..." Cressida said.

It then dawned on Sendak, he knew what exactly was going on. His one went wide instantly and Zarkon nearly choked on her drink.

"Oh shit..." Sendak gasped.

"Hehe surprise!" Cressida said happily.

"THIS WAS NOT IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS!" Sendak screamed and bolted out of the room.

"We're getting a cousin?!" Bellatrix and Zanthea asked in shock. Cressida nodded sadly, thinking Sendak didn't want the kit, but the news made the two teen girls squealed happily.

"I thought you said he'd be happy?!" Cressida sobbed.

"I thought he would!" Elara said.

"Clearly he's not!" She continued to cry.

"Don't worry, I'll set him straight for you!"

With that being said, Elara exited the room and went to find her brother and didn't fail. Once she found him, all hell broke loose.

"SENDAK!" She boomed at her brother who knew better than to walk away.

"IM NOT READY!" He panicked.

"It's still your kit! It takes two to conceive a child! Besides I've been waiting..." Elara said, pulling out a little outfit for newborn baby girls that said 'sassy like my aunt.' Sendak's heart immediately melted.

"NEVER MIND IM READY!" He said, running back to the Mess hall, once he was there, he hugged Cressida and cried.

"Show her the gift sister please!" Sendak sobbed.

Elara shedded some tears of joy as she held up the tiny outfit. Cressida started bawling, the mood swings got to her. Bellatrix and Zanthea were sobbing, all the tears made Koltor, Helthena, and Farah cry too. Zarkon stood up and hugged his emotionally unstable wife, she hugged back and kept sobbing.

"So uh... can we-"

"No." Elara sniffled.

"Ok." Zarkon said and rubbed her back.

The day was full of emotion and tears. Elara was over the moon to be an aunt soon, Zarkon felt weird about being called 'Uncle Zarkon.' Bellatrix and Zanthea couldn't stop thinking of way to spoil their cousin once she was born. The baby would have a very scary, but loving family.
