It was 4am in the morning and Emperor Space Turtle's 10,046th birthday, he is old as hell. Elara decided to play dumb, while Zarkon decided to release his inner child. He was poking her at 4am to wake up.

"Zarkon piss off it is too early for this..." She groaned.

"I don't care." He said and kept poking her.

"I will hurt you..." She hissed as she rolled into her stomach and buried her face into her pillow. Zarkon suddenly had wandering eyes and he remembered the pointers Lance gave him.

"Where the hell did you get all that cake from?" He asked.

"All that what?" She asked, slightly lifting her head from the pillow to look at him.

"This of course." He snickered and poked her behind.

"You can thank my mother, now leave me and my ass alone." She said.

"But it's my birthday..." He said, pouting like a baby.

"It's Friday Zarkon, it's Friday." She huffed.

"Rude..." He pouted.

"I'm just kidding you big baby, I know it's your birthday." She chuckled.

"You're evil you know that right?" He huffed.

"I'm well aware of how sinister I am." She said.

"You are such a bitch sometimes." Zarkon snapped.

"Wow... because the baby monitor is fixed and Delilah is three months old and sleeps in her nursery I was going to let you have your way with me but since you want to be like that I'll take it back." She said.

"I take it back I'm sorry!" Zarkon said without hesitation. She took a moment to think and soon turned around to face him.

"You're forgiven."

Hours later- breakfast-

Zarkon and Elara were in the mess hall for breakfast with the kids, Sendak and Cressida would usually be there but Capella was super fussy and they decided to sleep in a little later. Everything was great until Helthena asked a very shocking question.

"Daddy why was mommy crying last night?" She asked.

"W-What?" Zarkon asked.

The two went pale white. Sure, the kid's room was right new to theirs but they never expected them to hear anything.

"I heard mommy crying last night? Did she have a bad dream?" Helthena asked.

Zarkon shared a look with Elara who had no words at the moment.

"Yes, she did have a bad dream but she's ok now right?" Zarkon said.

"Yeah I'm perfectly fine now, you don't need to worry." Elara said.

"Ok." Helthena said, her were too busy eating, Delilah was chilling on Elara lap since she already got fed. After breakfast the kids went to their room to entertain themselves, leaving Zarkon and Elara in the mess hall in disbelief.

"Did that just happen?" She asked.

"Yes. Yes it did." Zarkon said, wide eyed and more pale than a piece of paper.

"I have no words..." She sighed.

"You didn't last night either." He snickered.

"Yes goodbye I need to change this girl's diaper." Elara said and walked out with Delilah, leaving Zarkon alone with his thoughts.

'That woman was loud as hell last night... You did good Zarkon, you did good.'
