It was the day Zarkon dreaded, Valentine's Day, Koltor and Vetza made it a holiday on Daibazaal, liking the idea of Galra spending the day with their significant others and families. This would be his first Valentine's Day without Elara, it hurt him to not get to spend time with her anymore and the wolf version of her wasn't around today at all. It was early in the morning and he was in his room alone when he felt somebody's presence and whipped out a dagger.

"You won't be able to do anything with that." He heard a familiar voice say.

He turned around and saw the one he missed the most.

"Elara? How? My gods are you haunting me? What did I do now?!" He panicked, earning a little chuckle from her.

She looked young again, no white hairs, or anything. She wore a tiara but her casual clothes, like the ones she wore before she was royalty.

"Relax Zarkon, I'm not haunting you. I just came to see how you were doing on this difficult day." She said, her voice had a small echo, perhaps it what death does.

"You remembered." He mumbled.

"I never forgot. Listen, I know this is hard for you, but it's hard for me too, I miss you too." She said with a sad smile.

"I know you're the wolf that shows up but it isn't the same." Zarkon said.

"I know it isn't but at least it's something, in this form, you can't touch me and I can't you." She said with a sad sigh.

"At least I can talk you, it's been six years after all." He said.

"I need to go already Zarkon, I can't stay out for so long." She sighed.

"It's alright. I understand." Zarkon said, he wanted more time with her but couldn't get any.

"I'll try to swing by whenever I can." She said.

"For my first holiday of love alone, it's been a little now that I'm not scrambling to find something for you .at last minute." Zarkon admitted.

"That's true but I'll be seeing you soon. I remember everything Ulaz told me, I know what will happen, and I can tell you you if you want me to." She said.

"Just tell me, no more secrets." He said.

"Alright, 20 years before my death, on the day I found I have limited time left, Ulaz also said that you and Sendak will have limited time, you both had 35 years left, the one going first has 4 years left and isn't the one you expected. I can't tell you exactly who." Elara explained.

"That's enough details for to me to put the pieces together." He said, already thinking of who it could be.

"I need to go now. Now that I see your doing better I can stop worrying." She said.

"Enjoy the stress free after life." Zarkon said.

"Oh I will, anything else you want to say?" Elara asked, grinning a little.

"No, I'll get sad." Zarkon mumbled.

"Come on, you'll be fine, say it." Elara said,

"No!" He shouted.

"Please. I haven't heard it in six years." Elara pleaded.

"Don't you dare the the puppy dog eyes and the nickname." Zarkon growled.

"Please Zarky?" She asked, using his weaknesses.

"I love you." Zarkon sigh, giving instantly.

"Aww I love you too, now bye." She said and she was gone.
