"Hikaru-san!"

hearing the cheerful melodic voice of a certain somebody seemed to bring Hikaru out from his study trance.

"O-oh, (Y/N)-san!" he greeted her as he stood up to properly to welcome her in his room.

"Are you putting pressure on yourself again?" one of her eyebrows rose in question but she knew very well that what she saw is what he is actually doing. He sighed and just nodded, signaling his utter defeat that he was caught.

"Nosaka-kun told me that you've been locking yourself in your room whenever nobody noticed your absence," she eyed at the tablet he was holding behind his back to attempt of hiding it from her.

He was defeated yet again.

"So I thought of something, how about we get out from the sports center and just relax and act like kids again!" the excitement that was hanging on every word of the child-like girl made the boy blown away. He wondered how the little ball of sunshine in front of him was still who she was like before. It seemed as stress and problems does not attack her.

Her mindset was quite different from the other people surrounding her. She did not want to waste any of her energy to feed them off to her negative emotions; instead, she thought of nurturing her positive ones.

"Come on!" she pulled him by the hand and tightly grasped it before leaving his room.

She was known to be the sun itself, hence the name "Manager Sun" given by the team. They were all glad that aside from Endou, she was there to snap them out from their downcast atmosphere to their usual ambiance.

"Manager Sun is here to give free snacks for everybody!" her plan must have some secret hidden meaning within every action she performed. Right now, she was visiting every room of paired up players to give free healthy snacks as she announced her entrance.

Hikaru was left by the corner to carry the basket of treats as he trailed behind manager (Y/N). A few players would notice him and ask him numerous questions whilst (Y/N) was getting some things, talking to other managers, discussing something with the coach or giving a unique yet simple warm-up advice to a player.

"Why are you with (L/N)-san, Ichihoshi-kun, a date perhaps?" the emperor took a peek at Hikaru as the girl was talking to Nishikage, who Nosaka asked to distract her for just a little time.

"I-It's not what you think, Nosaka-san...!" he shyly exclaimed, now with his head hung low as blood began to rush towards his cheeks to settle for a blush.

"It's not?" he tilted his head, his surrounding aura seemingly like an innocent child in confusion.

"D-didn't you told (Y/N)-san that I was overworking myself so she would helo me?" he smiled knowingly before shrugging his shoulders.

"Well, I need to take Nishikage for another round for lunch out, see you later, Ichihoshi-kun," he offered a joyous smile before leaving the room along with Nishikage trailing behind him, holding unto the snacks that (Y/N) was distributing.

"What did Nosaka-kun said?!" her eyes shone in a child-like demeanor with a big grin plastered on her lips, anticipating what the blue haired boy will say next.

Nosaka knew that Ichihoshi had an undescribable feelings for the (E/C) eyed beauty that stood right in front of the said boy with feelings.

Hikaru was uuuuu so drawn by the positive vibe she held on. That was what she wanted to show the team, especially to Ichihoshi; something he is unaware of.

He knew that she had her drawbacks as a human being. She could be clumsy at times, overly-enthusiastic in the wrong time and keep things to herself. He wanted to comfort her like the way she comforted him.

"Hikaru-saaaaaan!" he was snapped out from his excessive thoughts when he heard (Y/N) calling for his attention once again.

"So what is it?" she asked with the same smile. Of course he knew Nosaka's intention, but he was not going to just tell that to (Y/N).

"Nosaka-san said the snacks looks delicious and he'll surely eat it later!" he lied with an enthusiastic tone.

'What are you hiding?' thought the girl who still kept up with her bubbly wide grin. She thanked herself for knowing a few little body languages, this includes if a certain person is lying or not.

"Oh, he'll love it!" she chimed with stars in her (E/C) eyes.

"I listened to his suggestions for the snacks and it's going to be awesome!" she cheered and took his hand yet again to lead him somewhere.

"(Y-Y/N)-san! Where are we going now?" he asked as he stared at the interlinked hands between him and the girl.

"Well, what I actually propose of, silly!" she giggled and pulled him up more so he could run beside her.

"Don't you just love taking in the scenery in front of you?" she asked dreamily, letting her body land on the naturally green colored grass of a nearby area of the sports center. Hikaru joined in afterwards, now seeing what she was seeing after a long time of stressing over their soccer tournament.

"I-I...I don't see this very often," he honestly confessed, his sea foam eyes now focused at what she was witnessing. The clouds gently passing by, its cottony texture blending in with the soft blue sky and its main attraction,

"The sun..." he mumbled under his soft breath of sigh.

"I love the sun, that's basically our source of energy, without it, our dear earth will eventually die, but too much of it can destroy our planet too," she explained even if she knew that the boy beside him knew these common knowledge.

"...just don't depend on something too much because they'll eventually leave y-"

"I won't leave you," blurted Hikaru. When he noticed this, he instinctively slapped his hand over to his mouth, disbelieved that he had the courage to just say it in such a random moment. He sat up and faced (Y/N) which the girl mirrored as well. Her expression unreadable. He was unable to read his own emotions. What he knew was that he had to explain further to clear smoke of confusion between the two of them.

"I-I just think that you're being this positive and that you're probably hiding something."

"Hmm, you might be right, Hikaru-san," she nodded with a wondering smile as if she was still toying with him.

"I'm just telling you that you don't really need to tell me about your conflicts and such but," he took her hands in his in a comforting manner, her hands on top of his as it laid delicately. It is as if he was entranced by the universe-like appearance of her (E/C) orbs.

"I'm somebody you can lean on."

"My real nature is being bubbly yet...I am conflicted as well, so thank you."
