I don't really intend on going anywhere high up with this book, but stealing isn't nice. So please don't steal my work. I've been wanting to do something like this forever but like have always put it off. I don't have a bad life, but I've been through stuff that I don't talk about and I think by addressing some stuff I will be able to clear my head and maybe help someone in the process. I've learned a lot these past couple of years and the biggest one being that only you can help yourself, and I think a lot of times we don't know how. 

Honestly this is as honest and 'raw' as I am going to get. Ever. I don't really believe in the whole 'window to my soul' garbage, but I guess this would be it (internal cringe) Enjoy or don't. Either way have a great day people!
