"What are you doing here Tomoaki-san?" You asked nervously

"The other three are downstair. Don't worry, there's no camera. We are done for the night" Maeno answered as he sat down on the bed "is it a new composition?"

"Yeah, I experienced lots today so..." you hesitated to answer, since the lyrics you made pointed out to him "then, again, what are you doing here?"

"To have a chat" he answered and got your tablet to listen to your new composition "we will leave early morning tomorrow."

"Hmmmm, then you should rest" you told him but he chuckled while listening to your new composition

"I can imagine a cheerful story here. The experienced this afternoon?"

"Yeah" you answered shyly "it gave a different vibes when I'm in Okinawa, but it was fun!"

"You really become great, (F/N). I never expected that you will become a professional in water activities. Then you can compose songs easily, you really become a different person"

"Tomoaki-san too. Watching you a while ago, you really are a different person. Anyway, senpai, tell me some anime recommendations. Of course, the anime you came out, okay?"

Maeno laughed first and he told you lots of anime. In exchange, he asked you to send some of the songs you composed before. You didn't want to but he initiated. And since you are doing two new songs, forgetting the sad melody before, he asked you to send it to him once you finish them.

Not long after, you two heard Suzuki and Morikubo's laugh, followed by your friends.

You two went down to see what was going on and were surprised to see them drunk, except for Aoi who looked so trouble.

"I apologize for bringing these guys here." Maeno sighed "let's go back to our cabin"

"The three of you, go to our room and rest" you told your friends

"You two, are you going out?" Suzuki asked and he was obviously drunk and having fun teasing them "you were watching her non-stop a while ago! And you were so jealous when other men looked at her with that swimsuit!"

"You are drunk, stop it" Maeno sighed and then apologized to you

"No, Tattsun is right!" Morikubo agreed and they made a high five.

Suzuki then stood up and stood between you and Maeno, then wrapped his hand around your shoulder

"You need a guy who will treasure you the most" when he said that you felt embarrassed since it was what Maeno told you that morning

"How did you know about that?" Maeno nervously asked

"You can't say that, Tattsu-nii, Tomoaki-niisan will find out" Aoi followed up emphasizing how he called him, making Morikubo laughed. Your other friends were at lost to what they were talking about

"Ah! You heard?! How?! Is that why you kept on calling me Tomoaki-niisan, instead of Tomo-nii?!" Aoi just made a big wide smile towards Maeno "don't act cute"

"Your mic was already on. We didn't have plan to listen, but then, these two saw you two on the boat... so they asked the sound director... and I couldn't help but also listen to it" Aoi explained "I am doing my best to hide it, but they easily said it."

Morikubo then stood on your other side and also wrapped his arm around your shoulder "a guy like Maeno, or like Maeno-kun, or Tomoaki-kun is better."

"In short, chose that guy named Maeno Tomoaki" Suzuki stated

"Stop that! These two drunkards!" Maeno tried to pull you away from them. But the two were having fun teasing Maeno, who were so embarrassed on what they were saying

"Also, (F/N)-chan, if you want, we can help you sue that local band who hurt you" Suzuki seriously told you followed by Morikubo

"Also, for sure that Maeno Tomoaki over there will help you to be a composer and lyricist. You can make one for utapri, or for vitamin series, or for-"

"Okay, stop. Shouta help me bring these two back to our cabin" Maeno pulled the two off you, but they still kept on speaking. Maeno excused themselves, again apologizing. "Message me later, (F/N). Good night"

"Got it. See you, Tomoaki-san, good night."

As they left, you looked over your three friends who were laughing and teasing you.

"Now I wonder if you will all remember what happened tonight" you sighed. But you were giggling inside from what you heard.

Your three friends continued drinking, and just fall asleep in the living room. Instead of resting and bringing the three of them to the room, you just brought blankets, and you cleaned the center table.

That next day, you woke up late and when you got out of the balcony, the people from the other cabins already left.

You went down to the living room and saw your three friends having coffee.

"You we sleeping so deeply, so we didn't wake you up. Sorry also about last night, we got drunk. We couldn't remember what happened. We were drinking with Morikubo-san and Suzuki-san, what time did they leave" Shina told you but you sat next to her and hugged her "what's wrong?"

"Thank you guys. I totally forgot everything what happened to me before summer vacation. Thanks to the three of you, I met Tomoaki-san again."

The three squealed in excitement, wanting to know the whole story.

~skip time~

Before staying in Shina's place, you first went home to Ibaraki to get more of your things. You also told your parents about meeting Maeno again, and showed them your pictures. You also received the picture from him, and also messaged him back with the picture with him, also telling him that you went home to Ibaraki first.

While in your house, along with your piano, you sang the two new songs that you composed during your vacation. You recorded yourself while singing, and then sent it to Maeno. You were so embarrassed, but you still sent it to him.

Your parents asked you to leave the next day, and so you helped first in the restaurant.

Next day, at 9 in the morning, you left to Tokyo. You messaged Shina before getting on the train since she said she would pick you up, but you were surprised once you got out of the station.

"Shina-san messaged me, she cannot pick you up. Also, it seems like there's a problem in their company, so she will come home late. Are you okay, (F/N)?"

"I am fine with it. But why didn't she tell me, and instead you Tomoaki-san. Also, how did she know your number?"

"She messaged Tatsuhisa, he messaged me, and I asked her number from Tatsuhisa so she explained to me. She asked me to let you stay in my place, for tonight. She was calling you, but she couldn't contact you." Maeno explained then got your luggage "let's go"

"Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait!" You shouted and your face was so red "where am I going to stay?!"

"In my place. Since your other two friends aren't staying in Tokyo. And I am the only person who can let you stay for free."

"No, but Tomoaki-san has hygiene problem..." you mumbled "you are a clean freak..."

"That's a different story" he sighed "let's go, my friend is waiting in the parking lot"

"Friend?" You asked but just followed him

"I saw your message. You have a good voice, and also, the songs are really great! Plus your piano skill!"

"You are complimenting me too much" you shyly responded, turning red, but you were so happy from his compliment

"Maeno!" You looked upfront to see a man leaning on a car, waving at Maeno. You two approached him, and you bowed down, instinctly. "Are you (F/N)-chan?!"

"Ah yes... (L/N) (F/N). Nice to meet you"

"I am KENN, K E N N, KENN. Nice to meet you" he introduced "I finally meet you. Then, is she going with you after lunch?"

"Eh?" You asked confusedly then turned to Maeno who was putting your things on the car's trunk "going where?"

"He has a recording today, he will record for his new character song after lunch. We finished our anime recording this morning. And since I have no schedule until 4 in the afternoon, I volunteered to accompany you while he is recording" KENN answered

"I want to see!" You excitedly pleaded "I want to see and hear Tomoaki-san singing!"

"I don't like-" Maeno objected but

"Okay, let's go eat lunch first!" KENN excitedly agreed

"Oi wait!" Maeno tried to object again, but you and KENN got excited "the other three are also there..." he mumbled nervously

"Its (F/N)-chan" Morikubo chuckled while his hands crossed. Standing next to him was Suzuki, who was emitting a grinning smile towards Maeno. And next to him was Aoi, who was waving at you with a big wide smile

"Ahre... new character song... Quartet Night?" You asked nervously

"You two really are dating" Suzuki was really having fun teasing Maeno "Your sister also approves it, right?" With that Morikubo laughed so loud

"In behalf of this two, I am really sorry, (F/N)" Maeno sighed as he scratched the back of his head "don't mind them"

"Ah, right! Since you are already here, why don't you talk to one of the head director?" Morikubo suggested in which Suzuki and Aoi agreed, but you questionably looked at him "Let Maeno explain that one for you"

You turned to him, but you noticed the dark covering him, though it was an amusing for Morikubo and Suzuki. You went in front of Maeno and nervously told him that he doesn't need to explain if he doesn't want to.

It was then you flinched when Suzuki suddenly shoved your hair, revealing the nape of your neck.

"S-Suzuki-san???!!!"

"I knew it, I am right. The nape of your neck is so sexy, (F/N)" you covered the nape of your neck, somehow felt embarrassed to what he said "Its Maeno-kun's fetish, and I became conscious to it too"

"Tattsu-nii, it sounded so weird though" Aoi commented

"Shouta has a nice nape too"

"You really are the worst" Morikubo commented, and they all laughed except for Maeno and you, who were really embarrassed at the situation you were in

"Anyway, (F/N). Actually, yesterday, when you sent your video, I was with Ishikawa Mark-sensei. He saw your video, and said that your composition can be used in utapri, so he sent it to one of the composers of utapri, and then he sent it to the head director. He is here today, so I'll introduce you to him" Maeno explained, retreating from the farce they were doing.

"Eh... but-"

"You will be fine. Don't worry" he patted your head and assured you "you will be fine"

"Don't flirt in front of us"

"We are not!" Maeno retorted towards Suzuki, and sighed.

Not long after, the Quartet night members were called. The four entered the recording studio, while you and KENN stayed on the other side. A man entered the room, and everyone greeted him. Another one entered, and they also greeted him. They didn't wait anymore and started the recording.

As they started singing, you couldn't help but be amazed on how beautiful and harmonized their voices are. Your eyes were so fixated towards Maeno, and you were daydreaming him singing one of the songs you composed.

In their first try, the two men who entered were satisfied from their recording. They asked them to do one more, for the second voice

You also clapped in amazement, and made thumbs up towards the four of them. It was then you froze when one of the two men who entered called you.

"Y-yes...?"

"You are the one from the video, right?" He asked that made you confused "the one who composed songs and sent it to Maeno?"

"Ahh... Yes... its me."

"Good timing, do you have the music note for this one? We would like to buy some of your composition, especially this one" He asked showing you the video you sent, it was the composition you made with the image of the jet ski experience. "The lyrics and the notes are perfect, and we can partake it to the four of them. This can be used for their special DVD vacation"

"Ah... I have it with me. In my luggage" You answered. He then asked you to talk with him privately.

As you two headed out,

"We we'll buy this and if you want, we will conduct an interview later to hire you properly." You nodded from what he said, and somehow got excited and happy "Well then (L/N)-san, you will received the rightful credit for the song. Also, I heard some of your compositions from Maeno-kun. However, I have things to assure, because last week, I received the same notes with different lyrics" you flinched from what he said "I don't want any trouble-"

"Is that person who sent the composition from Ibaraki too? (girl's name)?" He nodded from you question, and you couldn't help but sigh "I can't believe they really claimed it as theirs."

"But, don't worry. I trust Maeno-kun more, so don't worry. Maeno-kun told me everything, so I trust the person he trusts. Also, later during the interview, we will meet her, do you want to attend together?"

"Yes, please. I'll tell Tomoaki-san to wait me then"

"Well, the other four will be there during the meeting" he chuckled "well then, please get the compositions you made."

As you two returned inside, the recording was still on going. You whispered to KENN to get the compositions from the car. KENN complied to go with you, and so you two went to get it.

"Maeno as a seiyuu?" KENN asked back since you were so confused to how was Maeno as a seiyuu. "He is great"

"That's it?"

"Well, he is really doing his best as a seiyuu that is why he has lots of fans. Lots, I mean lots." KENN answered as he opened the trunk of his car. At that, you two heard something ringing. "That is Maeno's" he headed towards the passenger seat, and there they found Maeno's phone and car keys. KENN answered it, while you get your compositions.

As you were getting your compositions, you could hear KENN shouting in excitement. You approached him once you were done, and he made a peace sign towards you

"Ah, nee-san, I have another call. I'll let you talk to someone else" KENN handed the phone to you and teasingly laughed "its Maeno's sister"

"Nee-san?!" You asked surprisingly then talk to her "nee-san, its me (F/N)"

"(F/N)?!" You literally knew that she shouted, "you are in Tokyo?! With Tomoaki?!"

"Yes, I will stay in his place tonight since my friend can't today" I explained and you could hear her laughing loudly "nee-san?"

"Ah, sorry. I can't help but be excited to this turn of events. So you will stay in his place. As you know, you need to be careful with my brother, okay?"

"What do you mean by that?"

"Your brother didn't tell you?"

"Tell me what?"

"The reason why we broke up?"

You listened to her as she explained what happened. You couldn't utter any words, and you wasn't expecting that reason.

"(F/N)" KENN approached you, but apologized when he noticed that you were still on the phone

"Ah, no, we're done talking" You nervously answered "what is it?"

"Do you remember the way back to the recording studio?" He asked and you nodded then asked why "actually, I needed to leave now. So just give that to Maeno. For your things" he got your luggage, and pulled it towards the car that was parked near his car "I'll put it in here"

"Whose car is that?"

"Maeno's." He laughed "he actually parked his car here. Then I picked him up here." He put your luggage, locked the car then handed the key to you "sorry, I need to leave. I want to send you back... but..."

"Its fine. I'll find my way there." You assured him.

KENN made sure you entered the building first before leaving to his schedule.

You entered the building, holding Maeno's phone and car keys, also your composition. As you were waiting for the elevator, your body froze when a familiar voice called you.

"What are you doing here, (F/N)?!" Your ex-boyfriend asked, with their manager aka 'the composer' of their band. "What is that in your hands?"

You didn't respond and just ignore him.

"Don't tell me you applied here?!" (Girl's name) asked in disbelief then laughed at you.

You sighed and was about to retort when the elevator opened, and Maeno frantically ran towards you

"I thought you left with KENN! Where did you go?"

"Ah sorry, I got something on my luggage. Oh and here, you left them in KENN-san's car" you handed his car keys and phone then chuckled "nee-san called and I talked to her."

"Then, where is KENN?"

"He already left for his schedule" you answered but flinched when he shouted "what's wrong?"

"You... talked to my sister...?"

"Yeah. Anyways, what are you doing here? Are you done with your recording? Also, you are blocking the elevator"

Maeno gasped and apologized to these people who were still here. He moved to my side and was still embarrassed "actually, I supposed to get my phone and car keys in his car. Then I will buy ice americano for the others."

"Is that so? Then I'll go with you. I'll buy one for myself-"

"I'll buy one for you" Maeno cut you off and smiled "let's go."

"Well then" you shifted your eyes towards your ex boyfriend and smiled sarcastically "see you around"

"You know them?" Maeno asked as you two walked away

"Yeah, the one I told you. My ex-boyfriend and his girlfriend." Maeno stopped and looked at you in grimace but you laughed and grabbed his hand "don't mind them. Let's go"

On the long table inside the meeting room, you sat down on the left side of the head director, and next to you were (girl's name) and your ex boyfriend. The Quartet Night members were sitting across you, drinking ice americano.

The director who talked to you was there, but there was someone who seemed has the higher position.

"I read your new compositions. Even the compositions before. Both are good, with one problem" you all looked at him confusedly and the smile from his face disappear "they are the same note, just different lyrics"

Your eyes widened and glared at the girl next to you. You didn't know how she got a copy, but you couldn't believe that they again claimed something from you.

"I can testify that (F/N) wrote it herself, the notes and the lyrics" Maeno stated "I was with her while she was writing this" he added showing the composition you made about the jet ski experience

"It was about us after all" Morikubo followed

"And this one, I am sure that this is about the boat date they had that morning" Suzuki also back you up, but you felt embarrassed since you remembered that they saw you

"You can't say that though" Aoi sighed and also back you up

"We cannot put that in account. We can say that you are being bias. But well, we always have this kind of situation, so" he smiled and handed a music sheet.

"4/4" you commented and the director nodded

"Yes, our composer made it, and so your job is in an hour, at least make lyrics for this. I don't expect you to finish it. We will call you tomorrow what will be the decision" Then he handed an ipod to the two of you "you can listen to it. And so everyone we will leave the two of them here"

You smiled at the Quartet members who worriedly looked at you. You assured them that you would be fine, as you change your seat and started listening to the melody.

~

Before the time ended, you stretched your arms and was satisfied to what you wrote. Maeno was the first one who entered the room, and you waved at him energetically

You handed the music notes with the lyrics you made then approached the Quartet Members

"How was it?" Maeno worriedly asked

"It was fun. When I listened to it, I felt a dark sweet story from it." You responded then chuckled "in any case, whether I will be hire or not, I had fun writing. Besides, someone applied me here"

They laughed at your carefree response and they couldn't help but just agree from it. Even though (girl's name) and your ex were talking to you, you were totally ignoring them.

Suzuki suggested to eat dinner after, but because Aoi had a schedule, he wasn't able to join.

You were having fun, since again Suzuki and Morikubo were both drunk. Maeno didn't drink since he knew that it would be his responsible to send them.

~later that night~

"So you can stay in my room, I'll just stay in the living room" Maeno told you as you entered his room.

Once he left, you roamed your eyes around his room, and you were really amazed how clean and organized it was.

As you sat down on his bed, your heart beat faster, and you could hear it clearly.

"Gosh! Why did they even tell me that?! I am being conscious now!"

"You know (F/N)-chan, Maeno-kun was glaring your ex-boyfriend a while ago." Morikubo started

"He was mumbling, [I didn't leave her there just to be with this bastard here! Using her and also cheating!]" Suzuki followed then laughed "He really likes you"

"Those two really love to tease me. If nee-san didn't tell me that, then probably I would believe that those two were just teasing me"

"It was a mutual decision when we broke up. We both decided to stay become friends. The reason? Because we both found out that even before we started going out, he likes her for a long time. Even now"

"Nee-san... I don't get what you mean"

"Before I even meet your brother, my brother has this one-sided love towards the daughter of his favorite restaurant. But because I dated her brother, he stepped back and hid his feelings. To the extent that he left Ibaraki, to pursue his dreams and also to try and forget his one-sided love. Well, when I told him that I broke up with her brother, he immediately asked how did she react? Was she okay with it? He didn't ask if I was okay with it, nor her brother, but he only cared about the sister of my ex-boyfriend. Even though he wanted to ask her out, he hold back, because he didn't want her to think that her loving brother broke up with his girlfriend because of his one-sided love"

"That..."

"That is why, (F/N)-chan, make sure to be careful around Tomoaki. I also don't know his limit, but its been years. Well, I am expecting a good news, so let's hang out next time. Ah and also..."

You lied down on his bed, and gripped your chest tightly. You could hear the loud beating from it. "What should I do?"

"(F/N!)" You jolted when you heard Maeno calling you. You hurriedly went down and he was smiling widely. "(F/N)!" He again shouted in excitement

"What's wrong, Tomoaki-san?" You asked as you slowly approached him "You look so excited"

"The director called me and the composer loves the lyrics you did! Though he said he changed some, there were only minor changes." 

You immediately hugged him in excitement, in which he hugged you back. But silence covered the two of you, and you two felt the awkward ambience.

As you two moved back, he chuckled and then put his phone on the center table "I will get something to eat"

You nodded as you sat down on the big sofa. You sighed loudly to calm yourself. It was then you noticed a message from Maeno's phone. You didn't want to read it, but you noticed that the message was from his sister. But your eyes widened when you read it,

"At least try to hold yourself. Don't attack (F/N) even though how cute she is."

"Y-You r-read...?" You flinched when he spoke behind you. You looked away and shook your head, but he again asked

"Okay, I give up!" You stood up and faced him "Nee-san told me the reason why they broke up. It was a mutual decision between the two of them."

"Ah... that..." Maeno chuckled and lowered his gaze "It seemed like I was the reason-"

"No, didn't I say it was a mutual decision? Nee-san's message, if you think that you were the reason then think it like that. However, they said that thanks to that decision, they are both happy to what they are now. They found their true happiness, and so they want you to find yours too" You told him, and silence again covered "This is so awkward"

"Find... My happiness... huh?" He mumbled and slowly approached you while his eyes seriously looking straight at yours. However, you instinctively moved back, but Maeno grabbed your hand, and pulled you towards him, planting his lips on yours. He held the back of your head, and pulled you more to him. It was intense, but you didn't want to move back. 

As he pulled back, he immediately caged you in a tight embrace

"T-Tomoaki-san..." You called him under your breath

"Then, I will not hold back anymore. This feeling I have for a long time, I will let you know. I will never let you go again. I will not let you be hurt again."

You couldn't help but be moved hearing his sincere serious voice. You hugged him back and chuckled. "Tomoaki-san, then that means you also like me?"

"Also...?" He moved back and looked at you, who was having a genuine smile. "(F/N)..."

"I apologize that I didn't recognize you when we had our reunion again. But when you reminded me, it also reminded me how I like watching you secretly. I cried when you graduated and left Ibaraki."

Maeno again caged you into a tight embrace, and you knew that he was weeping. "Stay here in my place. You don't need to work in your restaurant, or do that dangerous part-time in Okinawa. Just stay here with me, and have an easy life. Stay by my side, (F/N)"

"I want to. However, you know that I need to tell my parents about it." You chuckled as you caressed his cheeks "But I am sure, they will be fine with it"

He nodded and again his face moved closer to you. You closed your eyes, and that instant you again felt his soft lips. Compare to what he did earlier, the kiss was sweet and you could feel his passionate feelings.

"I love you, (F/N)." He told you between kisses, in which you responded through your actions. You wrapped your hands around his neck.

And when he gave you time to breath, he leaned his forehead to yours

"For now, I will hold back to my inner thoughts." He wrapped his hand around your waist and pulled you more to him "You better sleep now, or else I don't know what I will do next"

"What you will do next?" You tilted your head and grinned "But I don't mind, if its Tomoaki-san"

He sighed as he grabbed your hand and led you towards his room. The summer reunion with him reminded you of the past, and also the start of your future with him.

Am finally done with my essay... I just need yo wait for December 7, and my last Fall Term in University will be over!

And then, I will make sure to catch up with the events and anime I haven't watched... also, Kirafes2017! 😍😍😍
I will do a reaction video when the package arrive, since its my first Kirafes Bluray/DVD!
