"Hmmmm"

You looked at the male sitting across you, who was yawning and looking on a blank space. You were on his place, checking the assignments of your students.

"Wataru, if you are that tired, you don't need to help me." You commented poking his cheeks using your pen.

"Eh?" You chuckled from his response and shook your head

"I can do it by myself, go and rest. Look, Mugi-chan is already sleeping" You pointed at the cute cat that was sleeping on the box "he is is surely sleeping peacefully"

He agreed to what you said and he got the answer paper "I still can do it. I promised you after all"

"Well, you did, but you don't need to do it today. I mean, you are busy after all in your work"

"Talking about yourself?" He asked that made you looked at him confusedly "As a high school teacher, are you okay looking after your students?"

"I am fine, I am fine!" You answered enthusiastically "compare to a seiyuu, I am fine. Wataru, I know you ever since we are young, we are best friends, I know that you are troubling with something."

He sighed and pouted his lips, your eyes kept coming back and forth to him and to the assignments you were checking.

"(F/N), I feel hopeless now" he started in low voice

"About what?" You asked

"For having a love life"

"You are asking now?" You responded in which he looked at you horrified, since he wasn't expecting your response. "What? I mean, what is expected when you are too busy with your job? And you have Mugi-chan"

"No! No! No! No! No!" He shook his head and laughed in disbelief "so you are just saying that I am really hopeless to find one?!"

"Well you can say that" you chuckled and rested your chin on your palm "if you want to find one, find someone who can look after you, and of course can understand that you are busy that you cannot go on date that much"

"Is there someone who is fine to that?!" He asked you and you gazed away, silence was your response "your response just now... you mean there's none, right?"

"Wataru, fighting!" You made a peace sign and resumed checking the papers in front of you. Your best friend slumped his head on the table and whined, you were laughing at him. "Then, why all of a sudden?"

"Just... a listener of 2D love asked me and Terashi, and somehow I realized that I might be hopeless in finding one, since we are in this age"

"Hmmmmm... Then my condolence" you laughed and he again pouted his lips "Well, I cannot say that to my students though."

"Of course you can't. Don't make your students feel pitiful, (F/N)!"

"I will not, especially right now that I became a counselor for students"

"Councelor?" He asked then he also continued checking the assignments

"Yeah, listening to their problems, giving advice, chatting with them. Ah, hear this, Wataru!" You excitedly remembered "today, a couple went to hide in my room"

"Couple? Why?"

"You see, the guy is very famous in school and he got a girlfriend, in which everyone didn't expect, since she isn't a person that stands out"

"Well, if they like each other then that's not surprising at all"

"Yeah, I asked them that if there's a problem with that, but they said that because he is popular, his fans couldn't accept it" you sighed and stretched your hands then checked the time "its still 10"

"Do you want something to eat?"

"What do you have here?" You asked and followed him towards his kitchen. Without waiting for his response, you opened his refrigerator and found box of cake, and also beers. You got them and he just laughed, since you served yourself.

"Then, what did you say to those two?"

"Well, I told them that its really doesn't matter what others think, the important thing is what they feel about towards each other, and how they support each other"

"Why can you give a good advice to others and not to me?" He complained, and you could see him sulking "You are good in giving advice, and here I thought you can give me good advice to my problems"

"Ahre? Aren't you a seiyuu? And also have this 2D love radio? And Terashi-san even said that he wants to get married to you"

"(F/N), what are you saying?" He passed a glass to you, but you laughed also asking the same "you are my best friend, but time to time I don't understand you at all"

"Don't worry, sometimes, I also can't understand myself" you agreed and pour half of the beer on the glass and handed it to him. You got spoon and ate the cake from the box. He sat next to you, and also joined you in eating. While eating, you two were talking about work.

That next day, you felt sloggish and your head was aching.

"I shouldn't drink beer last night, and then slept late" you mumbled to yourself as you walked on the way to the counselling room. Once you entered, there was a male student sitting, waiting for you.

"Ah, good morning sensei" he greeted in low voice

"Kenji-kun, what's wrong? You don't look okay, did something happen?" You asked as you sat down across him "what happened to the audition?" You asked him. Since he went to you three days ago to inform that he wouldn't be able to go to class so he could audition to be a seiyuu.

"I couldn't even advance to 3rd round" he said and started to grip his hands "I knew it, I have no talent in being a seiyuu!"

You somehow felt bad since it was you who pushed him to be one, but, you patted his head "but it doesn't mean you need to stop now. You are still young, and don't give up. I guarantee you, you have a good voice."

"Sensei, its because I have a good voice doesn't mean I can be a seiyuu"

"But I also know that you can change the range of your voice, and can mimick people. Ah, have you watched Kami Voice?"

"Kami Voice?"

"I think, the you right now needs inspiration and motivation, so, I will lend you a DVD and watch it okay?" You told him and got your phone, to call someone. But it kept on ringing only "is he still sleeping?"

"Ha...i... Hatano Wataru speaking..."

"Wataru, did I wake you up?"

"Thank you for waking me...up..."

"No, I called you because I need... no nevermind, anyways, what time is your work?"

"2pm, what's up?"

"Can I ask a favor? Can you go to my house and get my Kami Voice DVD?"

"Kami voice? Why?"

"Can you? Please?"

"I'll lend you mine. I'll drop by to give it to you"

"Thank you! Then I will see you later, Wataru!" The call ended, and you turned to your student, having a peace sign "then, I'll give you the DVD later"

"Can that help? Sensei, you expect too much from me"

"Because I know you can do it." You immediately responded "I am here, because someone also told me that. Then, hurry up and go to class. Its almost time"

"Wataru! Thank you!" You hugged him once he got off his car

"Alright, alright... its on my bag" he patted your back and went on the trunk of his car to get the DVD. He handed it to you, noticing your excited face "why do you need it?" You told him what happened, as he listened to you silently "I see, you really can't leave your students alone"

"Of course"

"Then how about bring him to the recording studio?" He suggested but you tilted your head in confusion "he needs more motivation, so why don't show him how seiyuu works?"

"No... I mean, can I?"

"You went there multiple times, I will talk to the director and you can bring him there on Friday after class"

"Wataru! I really love you!" You cried and again hugged him "thank you very much!"

"Yes, yes, we are best friends after all, so we need to help each other."

You pulled back and smiled as response "y-yeah... I will message you later, for confirmation. Thank you, Wataru"

"(L/N)-sensei?" The two of you turned behind and a male teacher was walking towards you

"Atsushi-sensei, good afternoon" you bowed down "you just arrived?!"

"Ah, yeah... I have a morning appointment" he answered then turned to Hatano "he is?"

"Hatano Wataru, her best friend" your male seiyuu friend introduced himself "then, (F/N), message me later. I need to go now"

"Ah, yeah. Take care on your way to your work" you waved at him, and once he left, you sighed loudly "and he left"

"Sensei?"

You again sighed and turned around to return inside "Anyway, let's go inside. I need to give this to my student"

You found your student and gave him the DVD, also, you informed him that you would bring him somewhere on Friday after class.

~the next day~

"What did your student say about the movie?"

"Well he didn't know that I know you personally, so he doesn't know that he will be seeing the seiyuu on the movie he watched and doesn't know that he will be watching how you record an anine. Also, he did say that there won't be miracle in real life. But its surprising that he watched it immediately" you chuckled "Wataru, you are out of milk, Mugi-chan drinks everything" you shouted over the phone as you wiped the mess his cat did

"Then I'll buy later before going home" you heard him responded "Thank you (F/N), for looking after him today"

"Come on Wataru, I've been looking after Mugi for how many times now. Besides, you are always a great help to me" you heard him laughed, still cleaning up his cat's mess "ah, the sensei yesterday said he forgot to introduce himself. His name is Atsushi Shun-sensei"

"Hmmmm... ah... yeah... I didn't hear his name."

"What's with that reaction?" You asked and then heard on the background that someone was calling him already "then see you later. I'll stay here with Mugi-chan. See you Wataru."

Once you ended the call, the cat approached you and rested on your feet.

"Mugi-chan, your dad is really unbelievable" you lifted him up and caressed his back "let's go and sleep"

"Why is she sleeping in my bed? And Mugi-chan really sleeps well with her" Hatano commented as he put his things down. It was then he noticed a message came on her phone

"I will bring the one you asked Frida. Also, are you free after class on Friday? I have a place I want you to see. -Atsushi Shun"

"Isn't this the teacher's name? Friday after class? She will be with me"

"Ahre, Wataru?" You called but you again dozed off to sleep. Hatano chuckled and covered you and Mugi-chan with blanket

"Good night"

~Friday~

"Sensei, did you read my message?" Atsushi-sensei asked but you tilted your head in confusion to what he meant "you didn't receive my message?" He asked in disbelief giving the book you asked

"Sorry, there was no message from you when I woke up" you answered and thanked him "what was your message, Atsushi-sensei?"

"Ah, are you free now? I have a place I want you to see"

"I apologize, actually I have somewhere to go today." You said as your phone vibrated and a message from Hatano arrived, saying that his manager would come and get you "sorry, sensei, I need to go!" You bowed down and searched for Kenji

"Sensei, where are we going anyway?" Kenji asked as he sat at the back seat

"You'll know." You hummed, busy with your phone, exchanging message with Hatano.

An hour after, you arrived on the recording studio and noticed your student's face; he was in loss of words.

"(F/N), did you tell him that you already arrived?"

"Yes, he said to just go there" you answered his manager and as he left, you shifted your eyes towards your student and led the way, reminding him not to tell anyone about their field trip.

You again messaged Hatano, and on the elevator, you rode it along with one familiar seiyuu; Terashima Takuma.

"Its been a while, (L/N)-san" he greeted then noticed Kenji-kun beside you "brother?"

"Ah, my student." You answered

"Hmmmm... eh, student?! You really became a teacher?!"

"You didn't hear from Wataru?" You questioned but you could see that he was really surprise "by the way, Terashi-san, this kid needs motivation to become a seiyuu"

"I see, eeto, Kanji-kun, right?"

"Its Kenji" he corrected, "nice too meet you"

"He really has a good voice" Terashima commented.

He talked to your student the whole time, and you remained silence since you somehow felt satisfied seeing your student enjoying his time with Terashi.

"Kubodera...Tatsumo...?" Your student mumbled as Hatano Wataru stood in front of him

"Hmmm, so this is your student. Nice to meet you, I'm Hatano Wataru" he introduced and your student was frozen

"Sen...sei... you know him...?!"

"Yeah, he is my childhood friend and bestfriend" you answered and Hatano took him and tour him inside, even introduced him to the directors.

Since they knew you well, you sat down inside the recording room and had a chat with Terashi. Not long after, the recording started and your student sat next to you, feeling excited to watch them recording.

An hour after, they were given a break. Hatano sat next to you as you handed him a water bottle.

"How was it, Kenji-kun?" Hatano asked your student

"Its interesting seeing you doing it. I felt nervous and excited by just watching."

"Then, do you want to to try it?" They all looked up as the director approached them. "Here, because we needed a young Haru, so do you want to try it? Hatano-kun, why don't you give him some advice. Of course, (L/N)-san too"

"Again?" You chuckled and received the script from him

"Sensei is also a seiyuu?" Kenji-kun asked but you shook your head

"Just side characters if they needed female characters" then whispered to Kenji, though enough for Hatano to hear "cause someone is so annoyingly persistent asking me to practice with him"

"Did you say something?" Hatano pinched your cheeks and then wrapped his arm around your shoulder "but she is also good, you'll see, right director?"

"Yeah. Well then, we'll start in 10 minutes." As the director said that, your student went beside Hatano, and while reading your lines, you were glimpsing to them. Hatano was teaching your student.

The recording for you was done immediately, and this time, it was your student's turn. Hatano was also watching your student's turn, as he was saying his lines with Terashi, since the scene was the present Haru (voiced by Terashi) was talking to his young self.

First run was an NG, but Terashi gave him a good advice, and so he perfected it the next try.

Once done, the seiyuu inside the studio clapped at him for doing a job well done.

After the recording, the director talked to your student in private. As you waited for him, Hatano was grinning at you

"What's with that look?"

"You look satisfied."

"Yeah, because it went well. And of course, I'm glad that you again saved me. You always saved me. Thank you, Wataru" You smiled at him, showing how grateful you were.

Once your student return, he excitedly told you that he got the part of young Haru for good and Morikawa Toshiyuki, who was also part of the anime, asked him to train in AXL-ONE. You got excited for him and couldn't contain your emotion.

"That kid, he might fall for her. Even though its forbidden, there's a chance, and he is in his second year"

"What are you saying, Terashi-kun?" Hatano asked his friend, but inside him, he knew what he meant.

"Well, you are saying you are hopeless to have a lovelife, but you realized it already, right? You are falling for your childhood friend. That you even deleted the message of her colleague" Terashima patted his back.

Because you noticed how tired Hatano was, you insisted to drive. You sent your student on his house, reminding him to keep it a secret for now.

On the way home, your phone rang, stopping the music playing on Hatano's car. Since you connected your phone on his car, you lowered the volume and answered the call

"Sensei?"

"Ah, Atsushi-sensei, what's wrong?"

"Since you are not free today, are you free tomorrow? Me and the other teachers are planning to go out in the afternoon, do you want to go?"

"Yeah, sure, please message me the address. I am driving so I will read it later"

"Sensei has a car?"

"I only have a licence, I'm driving Wataru's car"

"Ah? That bestfriend of you is letting you drive?"

"I insisted since he is so tired." You answered then glimpsed on your bestfriend who was looking at you "if you are awake, just say something"

"Since when did you connect your phone on my car?" He asked in low voice, yawning in process

"I couldn't remember." You laughed and told your colleague in work that you would hang up, and again he reminded you

"You will go?" Hatano asked leaning his head on the window

"Yeah, Wataru, are you okay? Are you sick?" You asked worriedly looking back and forth to him and to the road

"I am fine, just tired. Have fun tomorrow"
