"Sorry for the wait, (L/N)."

"No it's fine. Good morning" (F/N) bowed down and smiled at Kaji who just arrived in front of the VIMS agency. She was wearing a (color) dress and a flat shoes. "Thank you for bringing me along with you. Please look after me today"

"No, no, don't worry about it. As your senpai, I'll look after you. Let's go, my car is over there"

Kaji was assigned to look after (F/N), who became a new seiyuu in VIMS. The two of them were heading to Kaji's schedule. (F/N) was told to learn from him and Kaji was told to teach her.

Kaji opened the door of the passenger seat and let her in. He immediately sat in front of the wheel and drove off.

While driving, he couldn't help but glanced to (F/N) who was enjoying the scenery outside. Her window was fully down. Her elbow was leaning out of the window and her chin was resting on her arm. He also rolled his window down and let the wind in

"Say (L/N)-"

"Hmmm?"

"It was surprising that you like to be a seiyuu"

"I didn't apply for it" she answered immediately and chuckled "I applied as a staff, same with Mia and Yoko. But the director who interviewed us liked my voice, so he hired me as a seiyuu instead."

"Ah, the director has a voice fetish. It's actually quite useful" Kaji laughed but still (F/N) wasn't looking at him. She was busy with the buildings outside

"Well, as long as I can get paid for it. But, it won't last. I told the director, he insisted"

"W-what do you mean by that?" Kaji asked as the traffic lights turned into red. He stepped on the brake and looked at (F/N) "It won't last?"

(F/N) faced him and just smiled. She crossed her arms and chuckled "By the way, this is the third time we talk outside the school"

"Third? When was the second time?" Kaji asked and again stepped the gas once the light turned to green.

"The day when we met again, then you asked my number and explained to me that I needed to attend sessions for couple of weeks and then take some lessons. Well it was just couple of weeks ago compared to years ago" She shook her head and pouted her lips to show him how she got disappointed for not remembering

"Ah, right"

"Anyway, close your window. It will snow any minute" She said closing the window at her side

"How did you know?" Kaji asked but did what she said. Two minutes after, a light snow came, and not long after, it became a heavy snow "Woah, it really snowed"

"The wind a while ago, it was unexpectedly cold" she answered and started scribbling letters on the foggy window

"Unexpectedly cold?"

(F/N) nodded and wrote the kanji of snow on the window "There's a complicated explanation, so let's leave it like that. Also, there was not much of sunlight, and the clouds were combining a while ago, while I was waiting for you"

"You can be a meteorologist" Kaji chuckled in awed "You were great"

"Can I? I only like yuki (snow). I like snow better (Yuki no koto motto suki dayo)."

"Ah, snow, right?" Kaji asked trying to reassure as he drove in the parking lot of a certain building

"Yeah, is there anything else?" she innocently asked him and chuckled "So we are already here?" she curiously asked but Kaji shook his head.

"Not yet, we just need to wait for someone here. Someone with the same schedule with me" he said then he got his phone and called someone "Ah, we're here in the parking lot. Okay then"

"Seiyuu?"

"Yeah, Miyano Mamoru-san. You know him, right?"

(L/N) shook her head that made Kaji surprised "Sorry, I don't know any seiyuu actually. It's my first time to work as a seiyuu." She answered in low voice and noticed that Kaji became quiet and he seemed troubled from her answer. She then laughed that made him lost to what was going on "I'm just kidding. I know him, and he's from Gekidan Himawari, right? I actually know Kayano Ai-san, KENN-san, and even you when we saw you on the train station. I know lots of seiyuu, and I actually went to events. I event attended Kiramune. Ah, I like all the members, especially Kamiya-san, ah, also I like Okamoto-kun"

"Did you just make fun of me?" Kaji faced her with dumbfounded face but he quite enjoyed it "Wow, I've been deceived by my classmate I haven't seen for a long time"

"Yes, you are" she immediately answered and made a winning smile towards him. But her eyes widened and then bit her lower lip

"I'm not asking though" Kaji answered then glanced at his back, but again looked back at her shaking his head

"I know. Ah, I was joking actually"

"Your words really are confusing. My classmate is really making fun of me"

"Well, it's your fault for not going to any class reunion. You didn't see any of your classmates" she teasingly told him "Ah, but I'm not the one to say it. Since I never had a chance too. I didn't even went to the graduation party after"

"Ah, right" Kaji moved his body facing her more, he nodded and pointed at her "Right, you left and moved to another city after the graduation. How could you just do that? Leaving us like that?"

"My family moved a lot." She explained briefly and her body froze. Her eyes widened and she closed her lips. She looked away and moved her head down.

"What's wrong? Ah, are you deceiving me again with your acting?"

She shook her head "No, I'm trying not to laugh" she answered and glanced towards Kaji but again gazed back down

"As if I will believe in you"

Once he said that, (F/N) unlocked the door from her side and the door on Kaji's side opened that made Kaji jolted in surprise once he felt someone touched him. He shouted so loud when he turned around and saw Miyano Mamoru laughing so hard

"MIYANO-SAN!" he shouted breathing heavily

"Ara, Kaji-kun, did I interrupt you on your date?" Miyano playfully asked waving at (F/N) "Kaji-kun's girlfriend?"

"A high school friend, and a kouhai from the same agency, (L/N) (F/N), nice to meet you" (F/N) answered that made Miyano laughed so loud

"Just now did you just dumped Kaji?"

"No? Why would I? Did he ask me to go out?"

"You two-!" Kaji sighed then looked at (F/N), "Why didn't you tell me?"

"He gestured me to keep silent, and also, his face was so funny. He already arrived quite some time ago. The time you looked back, he went down and hid. Then his face was slowly going up, and his eyes were so big and were looking at Kaji-san. Then he put his head between his hands, leaning on the window. Is he really a seiyuu, or a comedian?"

"He is an entertainer, but the entertainment himself." Kaji answered then looked at Miyano-san, "go seat at the back now. It's so cold"

Miyano sat down next to Kaji and closed the door that made (F/N) laughed to their situation "But I want to sit next to Kaji"

"You are so close!" Kaji complained but was laughing on their situation. Miyano moved closer to Kaji and unfasten his seatbelt. He then put it back, but this time, he fasten the seatbelt with him and Kaji

"Then should I drive instead, and let you two talk at the back seat? Ah, but I don't have a driver's license"

"Ah, then (F/N), should we sit at the back and talk?" Miyano suggested unfastening the seatbelt and (F/N) nodded in response, but found their situation amusing, since Kaji was really in pain but he was laughing

"Aist, Miyano Mamoru, hurry up and go at the back seat. We need to go"

Miyano pinched Kaji's cheeks and laughed before he went to the back seat.

All the way, to their recording studio, Miyano was teasing Kaji, and he was making (F/N) laughed. He never failed to make the mood so lively, and making sure that (F/N) was having fun, except for Kaji's mood who he never failed to make fun off.

As they arrived on the recording studio. Kaji watched (F/N)'s movement as Miyano introduced her to the seiyuu casts of Durarara. However, Kaji realized that she didn't act the same with other new seiyuu who got really excited seeing a pro seiyuu up close.

They started their recording and (F/N) was there watching them. Luckily, the director needed an extra seiyuu, so Kaji volunteered (F/N). As for her first job, she did a good job since Kaji told her what to do.

After the recording, the director talked to (F/N) privately and surprisingly gave a script to her for a drama cd. It was a character closed to Kaji's character, and she happily accepted it.

"So I heard you got the part" Kaji excitedly told her and she nodded in response. The other casts saw them, and Miyano again started teasing him.

They again went to Kaji's next scheduled, and this time, she watched him recording for a game. She watched quietly and took notes on what he was doing.

The recording for the game took time and again, Kaji volunteered her for a role.

"Ah, so tiring." Kaji sighed while driving. "Do you want to eat on a restaurant first, my treat? Since I dragged you everywhere"

(F/N) nodded and faced Kaji "You looked so tired. Let me treat you this time, our reunion. Since, you are the first one I saw for a while, from the same high school"

"You didn't meet anyone?"

"I did but she's dead" she answered in low voice and looked at Kaji who was really surprised "I'm just kidding"

"E-ehh?" Kaji was at lost to what she just said "That was a joke? You shouldn't joke like that" Kaji was serious when he said that, and it just made (F/N) chuckled

"Then, that's not a joke"

"EHH? Wait a minute?! What should I believe?"

"Who knows?" She sighed and leant her head to the foggy window "But someone really died" she said in low voice and started telling stories "I mean, she was crazy for a guy. We were exchanging mails, calling each other, and then we met two years after graduating in high school. It was summer and the weather was so nice. She was with her boyfriend. But a week after, she called me, cursed me, and said lots of awful things. I didn't know why, but once I got out of my school, her boyfriend was there." She chuckled and started drawing on the window however Kaji immediately pictured what happened to her "I rejected him immediately, but he went day after another day. It was troublesome."

"Did he stop?"

"He died" she answered immediately and Kaji didn't believe in her "I'm serious. In front of me on a rainy day. He was killed by her, when she suddenly went to my school, ah that was to kill me because she thought that I snatched him away"

"Then, she was caught by the police?"

"Eh? You believed in me?" She asked Kaji that made a full stopped and looked at (F/N) "Don't worry, what I said was the truth, and you are the third one who believed in me." she shook her head and chuckled "She didn't get caught since they paid the judge and said that it was a self-defense. After that, we again moved to another place, since my mom thought that she would target me again. That was when I met Mia and Yoko" She stretched her hands and yawned loudly "Ah, I really don't like rain and summer. I like winter the best, really" she looked at Kaji who was looking at her with face showing how worried he was "Datte Yuki daisuki. The traffic light is already green"

That day, Kaji got one thing, (F/N)'s words hid different things and complicated things, but he was caught up with her words and fell for her.

"So cold!" Miyano said as he moved closer to Kaji and gestured (F/N) to do the same. (F/N) did what he said and Kaji was squished in between the two of them

"So close!" he shouted pushing the two away.

"But (F/N)-chan, isn't it nice? You finally got a big role after a year. You did lots of drama cds, but this time, a real anime. And today, our last recording"

"Yes, my first and last!" she excitedly said and went in the recording studio

"What did she mean by first and last?" Miyano curiously asked

"I don't know. Since then, her words are so complicated to understand. Especially during winter. It was hard for me, I don't know what to do" Kaji answered and followed (F/N).

After two hours, the recording was done and (F/N) looked so satisfied that Kaji noticed. Miyano wanted to bully Kaji more, but he needed to go to his next schedule and the two went back to VIMS building. Before entering the building, (F/N) stopped and looked on the sky. Kaji curiously looked at her and noticed that she was so happy

"It's going to snow" she giggled and breathe in "I'm waiting for this year's snow." Kaji also looked at the sky and sniffed, but only sniffed the dusty cold air

"Ah, again winter. Last winter, every single day, she kept on saying 'yuki daisuki'. I somehow thought that she was saying that to me, but no" he shook his head and again looked at (F/N)

"I really like Yuki" she said with a smile and went in

"Ah, again" he followed her and he went for a meeting. (F/N) went to a meeting too, but with a different director.

An hour after, Kaji was on his way to the second floor lobby when he saw (F/N) standing next to the window and watching the snow falling.

"So you are done too. (L/N) really likes snow" Kaji stood next to her and put his hands on his pocket

"Yeah, so white" she commented then looked at Kaji who also looked at her at the same time "I, really like Yuki" She said in low voice

Kaji took a deep breath and scratched his cheeks. He faced (F/N) and seriously asked her "That, can I ask which one?"

"Eh?"

"That Yuki, are you referring to the snow, the bravery, or Kaji Yuki?" Kaji sighed and then scratched the back of his head "Somehow just now, you are not referring to the snow"

(F/N) looked at him and smiled. She nodded but made Kaji more curious since not just her words, (F/N) was quite complicated to understand "Yeah, I'm not referring to the snow. But, I will not tell you" she patted his shoulder "See you"

"Ah, again with this. My winter will be over again with 'yuki daisuki'. Ah, what a painful winter love is this?"

"Should I ask why do you fall in love with her in the first place?" Kaji jolted in surprised as Morikubo suddenly spoke behind him "Her words, there are meaning to it. She's hard to understand"

"Probably I fall for her because she keeps on telling me 'yuki daisuki, yuki daisuki'?" Kaji curiously asked but both of them shook their hand and made a deep thought

"Ne, do you know where is (L/N)? It's been a month since she last went here" Kaji asked Mia and Yoko who were both sitting at the first floor lobby "Ah, did she become busy with recording? She should at least call me or message me"

"Kaji-san, you didn't know?" Mia asked in low voice

"Know what?"

There was a minute of silence and the two looked at each other. Kaji asked again and they remained silence until Yoko answered "(F/N), she is currently comatose"

"What do you mean?"

"She had an operation last week." Yoko added and again Kaji asked to explain further "She didn't want to tell us what exactly her disease is, but she was scheduled to have an operation on April next year. But last week, she passed out and she needed to do the operation"

"But she applied for a job here even though she is sick?!"

"Yeah, but the job she applied was for temporary only. She explained her sitation, but the director said that it was fine until April, so she accepted being a seiyuu."

"Even though she said she likes winter, she actually doesn't like it, right?" He mumbled to himself realizing that after winter she would be having an operation

Mia and Yoko both shook their head and smiled "She really loves winter because of the snow. She kept on saying it. But to us, it seemed there's more to it, since her words, there's a more deeper meaning to it"

The two gave the hospital name and even the room where (F/N) was to Kaji. Luckily, the day he visited her, she already woke up but still weak from the operation. He put the flower on the vase and sat silently beside her bed. She was sitting and smiling. Kaji could noticed that she became so thin and so weak

"So you heard. Ah, I'm so ugly right now since I don't have my make-up. Why are you here?" she jokingly said but Kaji flicked her forehead. She pouted her lips and sighed "Ah, flurries" she excitedly said

"Why didn't you tell me?" (F/N) looked at him and shook her head that made Kaji curious from her actions "You really are so complicated to read"

"Really?" she chuckled and again gazed back outside the window "I don't want you to worry."

"Now, I'm worried you know." He scratched his head and then folded his arms "Then, are you going to live?"

She raised both her shoulders and again snickered "Who knows? I still have one more operation. That's when I live or not"

Kaji sat down beside her and held her hands that made (F/N) surprised from his actions "Then live"

"Eh?"

"I'm begging you to live"

"Kaji-san?"

Kaji gently stroked her hands and then he looked straight to her eyes "I don't want this feelings of mine to be like that snow. Coming and then disappearing. I want it to stay. After your operation, you better live, since after that, you will be my girlfriend. Whether you like it or not. I'm confessing to you, but I want to confess again after your next operation" He kissed the back of her hand and seriously looked at her "I don't know, but I really fall for you, (L/N). Probably because of your misleading words. Also, that 'yuki daisuki' was quite a blow to me"

"Yuki Daisuki" (F/N) said that made Kaji sighed "Some of them, I meant the snow, but some, I meant you, some I meant both" Kaji's eyes widened and somehow he gripped her hand so tightly "I confessed to you multiple times, stupid" she laughed but then Kaji couldn't take it and embraced her tightly. (F/N) hugged him back and chuckled "But, because I'm a person who can disappear anytime, I don't want you to feel trouble and worry about it."

"I don't mind. I'm happy that you like both snow and me" Kaji said sweetly and he realized that his heart was beating so fast, and surprisingly he could feel (F/N)'s too

"You don't remember the first time you talk to me, do you?" Kaji pulled back and blinked fast as he pointed himself then pointed (F/N) "ah, it was the winter of third year, and it was the first snow that year. You talked to me with that big goofy smile of yours. That was the time I found out I was sick." She clicked her tongue and then grabbed his hand "I don't know what will happen, but for now, thank you for smiling to me that day, and always. If I survive the operation, will you please tell me once more?"

Kaji nodded and it was then both of them shifted their eyes outside as the flurries became snow, and the outside became pure white. Kaji stroked (F/N)'s right cheeks and planted a soft kiss to it, making (F/N) to blush.

The feelings that started in winter, came like a snow and stayed on the ground for a couple of months, but melted away when spring comes, ending the cold season of love.

"Ah, it's winter again, forecast says it will snow. What do you think Kaji-san?" One staff asked as he buckled up himself with his thick winter jacket

Kaji made a big wide smile and stretched his hands as he walked out of the building "I'm fine with it. Because 'yuki daisuki'! Ah, let's do our best today too. Yosh! Let's go!"
