Starscream woke up in the hospital the next day and both Ratchet and Knock Out were relieved that he was OK and hadn't received any serious damage other then his burned wings and a few dents and scratches.

Which fortunately would heal on their own and he would be fine after a few days of taking it easy. And was just told not to fly till his wings healed which was fine with Starscream who just wanted to rest for awhile after everything he had just been through.

Then he was told that Night Rain had been taken back to a psych ward that she had escaped from. And Prowl came in and reported that they had also arrested a bot she had hired who had been the one who nearly ran Knock Out off the road that day. And sure enough it had been Night Rain who slipped something into Starscream's energon at the hospital the night before that so she would have the excuse to help him.

That was one missed up femme and Starscream was just glad that she wouldn't bother him again and the nightmare he'd been living for the past week was finally over.

Then all the Autobots and a few vehicons and even Soundwave, Shockwave and Megatron came to him. And much to Starscream's surprise Megatron even apologized for everything he'd done to him during the war.

And they reported that Heatwave had put the fire out and other then his berthroom, kitchen and part of the living room which would both have to be rebuilt they had manage to salvage his home.

Night Rain had apparently broken in through his berthroom and started the fire then snuck into the kitchen where she started another one before confronting Starscream in his living room.

And they all agreed that Starscream could stay at the Autobot base till his house was fixed.

A couple weeks later Starscream was able to move back into his home and everyone surprised him with a house warming party.

Then he was worried when a package arrived at the door.

"Oh scrap not again!" Starscream groaned.

"Yeah wasn't this how that mess got started?!" Knock Out added nervously.

"Don't worry it's just a gift we sent you." Said Steve the vehicon.

"Oh thanks." Starscream said relaxing now that he knew it was harmless. "And thank goodness."

Then Starscream opened it to find a disk inside. That he put in and played then everyone watching was greeted with a video of Megatron acting crazy in the hospital when he was loopy from the painkillers and Tox-en antidote.

"Scrap." Megatron facepalmed seeing the very embarrassing video of him. But even he had to laugh after watching it admitting that it was actually pretty funny.

Starscream was having fun just hanging out and laughing with his friends and he was glad to be safe and that he wouldn't have to worry about Night Rain again.
