Wait what?

"Lets continue this conversation inside". Uncle Andreas said, releasing us from his grip and motioning for us to go inside.

The interior of the house was even more extravagant than I had imagined. The spiral glass staircase gave the living room a unique look. A chandelier druped to the center of the room. The large flat screen TV was placed on a glass table case at one end of the blue and white painted walls.

The bar was behind the staircase wonderfully stocked with different brands of wines.

"You all have had it rough, so I suggest you freshen up, have lunch and then I'll tell what you need to know" he drew us out of our thoughts.

Neither of us said a word more as he instrusted Jamal to show us to our rooms.

After freshening up, we dressed up in the clothes that were laid for us on our beds. The room was more like a suite. The two rooms connected to each other only to be seperated by a glass door.

We headed down the path we had been shown which led us back to the living room aimlessly wondering about until Aunt Clarissa saw us.

"Kylie! Regina!" she squealed

she looked as beautiful as always and I hadn't seen her in like forever.

"Aunty" We chorused

We speedingly walked to her and gave her an individual hug. While she whispered "I'm so sorry for your loss" in our ears.

"I have been expecting you" she smiled

"Er ehmm" Darnell coughed

"Oh right Aunt these are our friends Ermm that's Sally, and Darnell" I said pointing to them respectively.

"Nice to meet you both" she smiled, she is always so nice. I wonder if she knew what her husband was into.

"Same it's nice to meet you also, you have a lovely house" Sally said

"yes its really nice" Darnell finished.

"Thankyou, I designed it myself, so I'm glad you like it"

"Ofcourse" they both said.

"Now I'm sure you guys are hungry, I've heard all about what you've been through so follow me, I prepared this specially for you all."

"Where's Pablo?, I haven't seen him anywhere"

"Ahh, your cousin is in soccer camp for the summer, so I guess you won't be seeing him. But I'll video call him later so you guys can speak to him"

"That would be nice" I said.

She led us to the dinning room. Where different delicacies were placed in front of us. The last time I was at a dining table something bad happened. I pushed the thought away and we started eating. All of our favorites had been prepared and placed on the table, I was surprised she remembered.

"The last time I spoke to your Mom she was telling me about how much you two loved strawberry tarts"

"Honey!" Uncle Andreas called out in a firm tone while walking into the dinning room and pulling out a seat.

"Right.. sorry"

"It's okay Uncle , we've gone through so much that the mere mention of Mom doesn't push us over the edge anymore" Regina added.

Lunch was eaten in silence. I guess Aunt felt bad and didn't want to bring up Mom anymore. After eating, Uncle announced that we all would be going to the hospital for a proper check up with Aunt Clar.

The drive to the hospital was merely miles away. Aunt only asked us things which held no sentimental value, like what our favourite movies were, songs and things that would not require us talking much about our parents.

"Aunt?"

"Yes dear?"

"Why exactly are we going to the hospital?" I had been very vague in my description when I called Uncle a few hours ago. something doesn't add up

"We are going to see the family doctor. I know its not easy dealing with rape and Andy and I wanted to make sure you girls are okay" she mindlessly said while focusing in the road ahead.

"I never told Uncle about the rape!" I countered. Everyone in the car had their eyes on me

"How do you know about that?"

"Well.. you see.." she trailed off

"Aunt?"

"whats going on?. Did you and Uncle have anything to do with our kidnapping?"

"Gosh Kylie! how can you think that. We would never hurt any of you"

"Then explain to me, how you knew because I clearly do not have Rape victim written on my forehead" at this point I had began shouting.

"Kylie" she sighed while parking the car in the lot of the hospital.

"You can't even imagine how bad I feel for what happened to all of you" she paused looking us all in the face

"I may not be your Mum but I care about you girls, even you two" she said pointing to Darnell and Sally

"You've become part of our family now and I know its hard for you to even talk about it, but please this is just to make sure you all are okay. I would always take care of you girls like I would Pablo. Please dont think of us as the bad guys, we just want to help" she finally finished and paused.

"You still haven't told us how you know Aunt" Regina said with a blank expression on her face.

"You'll have to ask Andy when you get back home dear, now its time to go for your check up, Dr. Lenay is waiting for us". She then got out her bag. Sally, Regina and even Darnell had nothing to say.

"Welcome Mrs. Clarissa, I've been expecting you. Mr Andreas told me you were coming"

"Good day Dr. Lenay always a pleasure"

I was seething with rage, no body wants to tell me whats going on and I'm sick and tired of all the secrets.

"Here they are please go easy on them they've been through a lot" Aunt said directly to the doctor.

"Ofcourse, I would"

"To avoid any unwanted flash backs or any more traumatic encounters I'll have the female nurses do the physical tests on the girls, which include the two finger test, pregnancy tests, and the general extragenital trauma to any area"

I and I'm sure none of us here would like to go through these tests.

"Okay then Ill be in the waiting room,Goodluck girls" she smiled but it didnt reach her eyes. Then she left

"Please, come this way" Dr. Lenay instructed.

The tests took almost two and a half hours before everyone could be done. It was the most uncomfortable thing I've had to sit through. The questions about the rape were too difficult for me to answer and I didn't want to disclose any information on anyone. I wanted to take him down myself.

No one said a word as Aunt thanked the doctor and told him she would be coming for the results in two days time.

The drive home was eerily silent and I had just endured the longest hours of my life and had no strength whatsoever to fight with anyone.

Aunt pulled up in the garage. It was already 5:00pm. Today had been one of the longest days of my life.
We stepped out of the car and saw Uncle sitting in the living room. He greeted us and ushered us to follow him upstairs, while Aunt went to help make dinner.

"How did the tests go?" Uncle Andy asked, corncern laced his features. He turned around and led us up.

"It was horrible" Regina said not looking at Uncle

"I never want to go through that again" this time a tear escaped her eyes,which she wept away swiftly. I glanced over at her and all the girls. I had no strength for consolations.

Uncle Andy led us into his lounge which was right next to his room. He said he usually came here to relax.

We took a seat and he started.
"Its alright sweetie, you all would be fine now, I promise"

"Now, young lady may I know who gave you that information?" he turned looking at Darnell

"Who me?" she asked, acting surprised. I rolled my eyes at her and then she continued

"Oh right.... well My Dad used to work for the 'DSA'. He actually never told me much about it, neither did he tell me what the abbreviation stood for, but we were always surrounded by guns, thugs, and anything shady, living in a dangerous neighbourhood, I also picked up a few things. He never reprimanded me when I referred to him being in a mafia. I always knew he killed people."

"That doesn't still explain what makes you think I'm the head of all 'the hitmen'. Uncle Andy said.
"Doesn't that seem a little far fetched?"

"Well it seems that way because you didn't let me finish" she mumbled. I elbowed her

"Sorry what was that?" he said with a straight face.

"Oh nothing!"
"Please let me finish though".

"Fine" he agreed.

"A few weeks before my parents were murdered, I saw you. Your car pulled up in our neighbourhood and you came straight into our home. I had just gotten back from school and was in my room. I went over to the living room to get something when I saw you. You were so busy talking to Mom and Dad that I went unnoticed, and Dad only referred to you as boss."

"So you assumed I am the head of a Mafia?"

"The question here is aren't you?" Darnell asked raising up her brow.

"Well its more complicated than you think. Who are your parents?"

"Diante and Cassie Monroe" she replied, with her eyes cast downwards.

"Shit!"
"you're their daughter?"

"Seems like it"

"I made a promise to take care of you if anything were to ever happen to them, they were good people"

"Uhmm Uncle? Can you two please fill us in on whats going on here?"Regina asked

"Whats the DSA?"

"There's no need hiding it anymore" he sighed

"It a secret agency, which was established by the government to check mate criminal activities. Nobody knows about us only those who work for us."

"We track down every criminal and prosecute them. The government is very well aware of us as we have our people everywhere. We also have the license to kill"

"DSA stands for Diplomats Secret Agency. A new diplomat is elected after 5 years, and its just been my second year in power."

"Does this have anything to do with what happened to Mom and Dad?" Regina asked, suddenly becoming interested in the converstaion.

"Yes, sadly. You're Dad is also part of this organization and Sergio found out he was in possession of video footages that could very well expose him as a child trafficker"

"Sergio Yamas?" I gasped

"Yes"

"So you knew he had us?"

"Yes, our team was on the case"

"Why can't you just kill him like all the others?" Sally questioned

"He has a lot of influence, in the government so the only way to expose him is by beating him at his own game."

"you said Dad had the only evidence you could use to expose Sergio, right?"

"How did he get it?" I asked

"That's classified information"

"Nothing can be more classified that what you just told us" Darnell added dryly

"Okay, Okay damn you girls are smart"

"He pretended to be a plumber, and snuck into the organization. A lot of people died but he was able to get it"

"How many days before their death was this?"

"Two days prior"

"That was the day Dad supposedly went on a business trip" I said finally piecing everything together.

"Were you the one Dad was on the phone with? the day he, I mean they were murdered?"

"Yes, how did you know about that?"

"I overhead him"

"Come here" he gestured me to come sit with him.

"Its all in the past now and I won't let anything happen to any of you"
he assured us.

"We would take them down, dont worry about it, all we have to do now is get you all registered in a new school, new identity, new look until everything is over. I don't want you getting involved again"

I stood up from where I sat at his side and went over to where Regina was. we had made our decision and we wouldn't change it.

"No Uncle, we have one request" I said

"Anything for you two"

"We won't go to school, if you don't train us"

"Your education is not to be bargained with!" he said sternly

"What do you mean by train you?" he asked.

"We want to be the ones to kill our parents murderers" Regina clarified

"Impossible!" he shouted, getting to his feet and pacing round the room. "Its too dangerous and If anything happens to you, your father would never forgive me, even in death"

"Please, its our only wish and we would do anything you want"
All the while, Sally and Darnell were too stunned to speak. I couldn't just seat back and watch someone kill my parents in front of me and not do anything. That was the risk I was willing to take.

"I have way too many people for that and I can't risk your lives" he frowned.

"Please, Uncle we promise to take good care of ourselves"

"You're barely 17"
"And I have full custody over you two"

"Okay then if you don't agree we will do it our way" I frowned crossing my hands over my chest.

"Don't take that tone with me young lady" he shouted. I knew I was pushing my luck, but it was the only way to get what I wanted.

"You don't understand what we've been through, you can never understand" I screamed and left the lounge heading straight to our new rooms, with the girls behind me.

Hey guys. For those who have read it earlier, I added a lot of details which I omitted previously and also removed some things. I hope its okay.
Woah, that was the most complicated chapter. I had major doubts on what and what not to write. Im not really satisfied with it just yet.
