I don't want the Hound Program to be the only thing shut down. I want the Frost Sisters to destroy his mind or at least make him a prisoner it in and try and replicate what he's done to every poor soul he's twisted into a Hound. I want someone to smile as they stare into his eyes that are either wide with terror or unfocused from having his twisted psyche reduced to nothing. 

All my hope is on him finally paying today for everything. I don't believe there's a single remediable quality and so what if some people from that horrible gathering or employed by him gets in the way. Acceptable losses and we're just evening it out. They've taken so many and we've barely scratched the service in payback.
