Sorry for not updating

"Akate.....leaves work at 12:30 am. comes home at 1:00 am........" Kiori muttered as she scribbled down notes on her paper. "Taketa....stays at home all day. Leaves for food every Wednesday and Sunday at 1:00 pm...."

She tapped her chin with her pencil. 'Maybe I shouldn't target fatty....He's quite famous around here, after all.'

Her head snapped up as she heard some noises coming from an alleyway nearby. She dusted her pants and walked towards it slowly, making sure her henge was on.

She blinked as she stared at the mess in front of her. Organs littered the ground with remains of a body......along with an unattached head of Akate, her next target.

"Oh my lord....." she muttered. "Who...." she looked around but found no one. She walked deeper into the alleyways to find a few crates, boxes and ripped clothes here and there.

She looked up. No one. And sighed. She squatted down and picked up the flesh, stuffing it into separate plastic bags before stuffing them into a larger bag. 'I think the leg's gone....man I wanted that part. Nevermind.'

She put the bag aside and fished out a spray can, spraying the floors and walls so that no one could see the blood.

'Done,' she grinned and skipped towards the forest of death.

A pair of eyes filled with fear and shock stared at her from the shadows.

The door creaked as it opened, Kiori stepping into her apartment in clean clothes and a bag.

"Naruto?" No response. "Guess he's asleep."

She headed into her room, throwing a glance at Naruto's sleeping figure as she sealed her flesh into a storage scroll Iyoro made.

With a sigh, she laid on her bed and pulled the blanket over her.

1 week later

"Uchiha, at point A. 17 meters away from the target."

"Kurayami, point B. 14 meters away from the target."

"Haruno, point C. 9 meters away from the target."

"Huh.....Oh. Uzumaki, point D. 11 meters away from the target."

"Naruto, you're too slow."

"Target in sight. In 3....2....."

"ONE!!!!" Naruto screamed as he leaped onto Tora the demon cat, holding it in his arms as it scratched him all over. "AGH!!!! STUPID KITTY!!!!!"

Kiori eyed Naruto's scratch wounds and backed off. If she gets scratched and doesn't get wounded, she'll seem suspicious.

"A ribbon on the right ear, target confirmed. Capture Tora the cat mission is complete," Sasuke reported.

"Alright, head back to the mission office," Kakashi said.

"I HATE CATS!!!!"

The genins sweatdropped as Shijimi squished the cat with a squeal, walking out of the mission office.

"Now, let's see...one more mission for the day. What about pulling out weeds from the Daimyo's garden? Oh wait no, maybe...this, potato pulling in the fa-"

"NO!!!!" Naruto put his hands up in an 'X'. "No more stupid missions!!!!"

Kiori sighed. He seems kind of annoying, no, scratch that, HELLA ANNOYING, as time passes. He's a troublemaker and he shouts everything he says. But she can't shout at him, she can't ruin their relationship or he may tell someone else about her being a ghoul.

She'll be dead fo sure.

Well unless she kills everyone in the village.

At that moment, she wondered. Could she kil every single person in a single village? Well maybe not a village as big as Konoha, but maybe she could.

What are the extents of he- "Kiori-chan, Kiori-chan, what do you think?"

"What?" Kiori asked in an iritated voice. He really is hella annoying.

"Don't you think we should get a better mission???" Naruto asked.

"Well yeah, I guess," Kiori muttered.

"See, jiji!!! Even Kiori-chan says so!!!" Naruto shouted.

'Ugh, when can he stop shouting?'

Hiruzen sighed as he blew from his pipe. He gestured for Iruka to hand over a file which the Umino obeyed.

"What about...an escort mission?" Hiruzen asked.

He actually agreed?

Naruto's eyes sparkled.

"It's an escort mission to the wave....it takes about 18 hours to get there at chunin speed, so if you're walking it should take about...3 days to get there," Hiruzen said. "It's a one week long mission."

"Who are we escorting??? A princess?? A daimyo???" Naruto jumped in excitement.

Hiruzen chuckled at Naruto's enthusiasm before shaking his head. "Iruka, please get Tazuna in here."

"Tazuna?"

The door soon slid open to reveal a drunk old man standing at the door. "Whaaaat? These brats are gonna protect me????"

That's the client?

"Huh? Who's he, jiji?" Naruto asked.

"What do you mean, Naruto? That's your client," Hiruzen smiled.

"WHAAAAT!?!!?!?"

There was a purple blur as an ANBU in a cat mask appeared nearby. "Hokage-sama."

"Neko?" Hiruzen raised his eyebrows. "I'm...giving out missions here."

"Shimabukuro," Neko said.

Hiruzen's eyes widened slightly. "I see....we'll discuss about that after this."

"Hai," the ANBU responded before disappearing.

'Shima...bukuro?' Kiori narrowed her eyes. 'Sounds familiar...'

Her eyes widened. 'Shimabukuro....Shimabukuro street. That's the area I hunt in! Did they find out? But there's no way...I made sure to clean everything up!'

She gritted her teeth. 'I have to know what they're going to talk about...but how?'

She bit her thumb nervously, glancing at the Hokage. 'Ugh.....'

"Jaa, mata!" Kakashi smiled before disappearing in smoke. Kiori blinked. Huh? What did they say? When is the mission? What???

"Oi, Naruto," Kiori whispered. "When are we setting off? What do we do now?"

"Uh, we're setting off tomorrow at 9 in the morning. We can head home now," Naruto answered.

"Okay, thanks," Kiori sighed and walked out of the mission office. "You didn't leave anything at my apartment right?"

"No," Naruto replied.

"Good, can't have my brother knowing you came over."

'Shimabukuro...should I go see what's happening?' Kiori thought as she walked down the streets towards her apartment.

"KIORI!!!!" She stumbled forward as someone leapt onto her from behind. She clicked her tongue in annoyance, eyeing the figure behind her. "Iyoro, get off me!"

"I haven't seen you in so long~" Iyoro pouted. "Well? Did you graduate?"

"Yeah," Kiori grumbled and continued walking.

"As expected of my imouto!!!" He grinned proudly, sparkles surrounding him. Kiori sweatdropped. "So, who's your sensei?"

"Kakashi," Kiori answered.

"Ohhhh, Kakashi-taichou!?!??!" His eyes sparkled. "He passed your team!?!?!?"

"Yes, he did," Kiori sighed. Why is everyone around her a loudmouth? It's so troublesome.

"So? When are you getting a C-rank mission?" Iyoro asked.

"I just got one today..." Kiori said.

"Whaaaat????? I wanted to spend some time with you," Iyoro pouted. "You're leaving as soon as I come back..." He clenched his fists, the pout not leaving his face. "Damn that Hokage! I shouldn't have let you become a ninja!"

'And who's the one who said I need friends...' Kiori sweatdropped.

"Monkey," A figure appeared right next to the siblings, startling them. "O-Oh! Neko-senpai!"

"We have a mission, an investigation," Neko said. "I was hoping your team can help me in this mission."

"O-Of course, Neko-senpai!" Iyoro saluted.

"Meet me at the headquarters with your team at 12," Neko ordered.

"Hai!" Iyoro nodded. Neko disappeared. Iyoro sighed. "Damn, Neko-senpai is kind of scary when she's serious," he pouted at me, swallowing me in a hug. "I wanted to spend some time with my imouto!!!!"

"Just go," Kiori sweatdropped.

Kiori's eyes shifted to the kagugan as she bit into a piece of flesh by the river. Did the ANBUs found traces of her killings? What did they discover? She was sure she didn't leave any traces. She was never caught killing in her own wor-

Her thoughts were cut off as she heard a gasp and a thud nearby.

Her eyes widened as they met with another man's.

"You...." the man muttered in horror, eyes wide.

'Damn it.....' her eyes narrowed. 'I have no choice but to kill him!!!'

She charged forward at a jonin speed, punching the man into a tree. "I'm sorry I have to do this. You shouldn't have came here."

"W-Wait!!!" The man raised his arms up, blood trickling down his chin.

Her eyes widened as a memory flashed through her mind. "AYATO!!!"

"Just die already!!!!" She growled, kicking the man in the chin which sent him into another tree. She grabbed his collar and was about to punch him when he cut her off. "I'm a ghoul!!!"

Kiori froze.
