Taehyung hurriedly checked his appearance once more as he heard the knocks coming from his front door.

He immediately took all his things, speed walking going to the front door.

A smile instantly formed on his lips upon seeing the ravenette standing outside his house, looking so hot and breathtaking.

"Hi." Taehyung greeted, seeing Jungkook sexily biting his lip as he checked him out.

"Hey. Ready to go?" Jungkook asked, a playful smile plastered on his lips as he stared at him.

"Yeah." Taehyung fights off the embarrassment he's been feeling from the way Jungkook looked at him.

He went out of the house, making sure the door is locked before walking with Jungkook toward his car.

One of the perks of dating the Jeon Jungkook is that Taehyung gets to enjoy having free rides going to school and returning back home.

"Are you sure you don't mind picking me up for school?" Taehyung asked which made Jungkook smile.

"I'm sure. Now get your sexy ass inside before I change my mind." Jungkook winked to which Taehyung just rolled his eyes.

They drove in silence with Taehyung occasionally asking random questions that popped in his mind.

In the middle of the drive, Taehyung felt Jungkook's free hand reaching out for his own, intertwining their hands together which made him blush.

He looked at their clasp hands as his heart started beating like crazy.

So this is what it feels like to date someone....someone he really likes.

He turned his attention on the road, smiling like a lovesick fool as he basked in the warmth coming from the ravenette's hand.

"Not going to lie.. I find one of our professors sexy." Jackson boyishly grinned, making the others laugh.

"Who?" Jimin asked in a curious tone.

Jackson leaned forward, whispering the name to Jimin whose face became comically disgusted upon hearing the name.

"Your taste sucks, Jackson." Jimin grimaced, making the latter snort.

"I'm not the one dating Min Yoongi so my taste is perfectly fine." Jackson retorted back, making the rest laugh but not Jimin and definitely not Yoongi.

"Ha-ha very funny." Jimin pouted, clinging his arms around Yoongi.

"My Yoongi is the best boyfriend." Jimin uttered, planting a soft kiss on Yoongi's cheek.

All of the people sitting around the table grimaced at the obvious public display of affection.

"Get a fucking room." Yugyeom commented which everyone agreed.

Taehyung just laughed when Jimin began defending Yoongi to everyone. He was enjoying his time with Jungkook and his friends when he felt a hand on his back.

He turned to look and saw Jungkook staring at him. He leaned forward, whispering to Taehyung's ear.

"Do you also think I'm the best boyfriend?" He asked which made Taehyung huff.

"First of all, we just started dating like today." Taehyung grinned when he saw Jungkook pouting.

"And second... This is the first time I've ever dated so there's no really a point of comparison." Taehyung felt embarrassed as he looked down on his hands.

"No way.. seriously?" Jungkook asked in an amused voice.

Taehyung bit his lower lip as he nodded his head.

"Woah.. That's cute." Jungkook smiled, leaning his head toward Taehyung.

"That means I'll be your first... in everything." He whispered low, making Taehyung gulp.

He turned to look at the ravenette, noticing how his face is impossibly close next to his own.

Taehyung's eyes travelled down Jungkook's lips as the sudden urge to kiss him surges.

"Hey, the two of you! Get a room as well." Jackson called out to get their attention.

Taehyung quickly moved away, feeling his cheeks burn in embarrassment.

"Why do you have to make us feel so fucking single?" Yugyeom commented which made Jimin snort.

"Just date each other." Jimin suggested which earned a laughter from the two.

"No way!" Jackson and Yugyeom said in unison, making the lovers laugh.

"See? You're very synchronised." Yoongi finally joined the teasing.

They started bickering and Taehyung just watched them with a smile. He was enjoying himself when he felt Jungkook's hand on his thigh.

"Should we go?" He whispered to his ear.

"Where to? I have a class in an hour." Taehyung responded which made Jungkook smile.

"That's perfect. We still have a lot of time." He took his hand and forced him to stand.

"Hey, we'll be going to the library." Jungkook excused the both of them.

"Library my ass." Yoongi commented to which Jungkook just laughed as he pulled Taehyung and dragged him out of the cafeteria.

"Where are we going?" Taehyung asked, staring at their clasped hands. He could hear other students murmuring about them which made him anxious.

"My ears hurt listening to their whines. I want to take a nap." Jungkook dragged him out and into the university's garden.

They stopped under a huge tree before Jungkook asked Taehyung to sit on the grass.

The blonde didn't protest as he followed. He flinched when Jungkook sat next to him before slowly lying down on the grassy field, head now resting on Taehyung's lap.

"I have a class in an hour, you know." Taehyung pointed out but Jungkook didn't comment.

"Why do you seem so sleep deprived? Did you stay up late last night?" Taehyung asked, trying his best not to sound too happy about their situation.

"Whose fault is it?" Jungkook asked which earned a scoff from Taehyung.

"Why does it sound like I'm at fault here?" He asked, arching his brow to the ravenette who's too comfortable resting on his lap.

"It's really your fault. Since you agreed to date me, I haven't slept all night." Jungkook confessed, making Taehyung's eyes grow wide.

He wasn't able to say a word, feeling his heart beating loudly in his chest.

"Let me sleep for an hour." Jungkook grinned before closing his eyes.

Taehyung didn't protest as he stared at the ravenette for a long while, feeling too happy to have him this close.

"Let's have dinner together.. later after class." Jungkook suggested, still with his eyes closed.

Taehyung smiled, nodding his head in agreement. "Okay."

"Where are your parents?" Jungkook asked as soon as he entered Taehyung's house.

They already had their dinner at a restaurant Jungkook had chosen an hour ago.

Now, both of them were sitting on the couch to Taehyung's house after Jungkook had driven him home.

"Uh.. I live alone." Taehyung answered, sipping on his tea as he looked down.

Jungkook gazed at him. "Is it okay to ask why?"

Taehyung gulped as he nodded his head. "Yeah.. It's not like I haven't moved on or anything.." He laughed, trying to fight off the sadness blossoming in his heart.

"Both of them died in a plane crash two years ago." Taehyung informed.

"How do you... get by on your own, then?" Jungkook asked in a soft voice.

Taehyung shrugged his shoulders. "I got their insurance which is enough to support me on a daily basis. Tuition doesn't cost much too since I'm a scholar and all so it's pretty much enough." He smiled at the ravenette who's now looking at him with proud eyes.

"I'm sorry." Jungkook whispered, hand caressing Taehyung's back to show comfort.

"Oh no. Why are you saying sorry? It's not like you're the one who caused the plane crash." Taehyung joked.

Jungkook smiled. "I'm sorry for asking." He clarified, pinching Taehyung's nose.

"You're too cute and strong. I want to squish you." Jungkook grinned, now pinching Taehyung's cheeks.

"Stop!" Taehyung giggled, placing the cup on the table as he tried to remove Jungkook's hand.

He was struggling hard to get away but Jungkook just effortlessly picked him up, making him yelp in surprise.

His eyes widened when Jungkook placed him on his lap.

Jungkook looked at him with a proud smile.

"You're really amazing, baby." He whispered, caressing Taehyung's face.

"You're too independent and strong." He stared at his eyes for a long time.

"I wish I could be even half as brave as you are." He tenderly placed kisses on Taehyung's forehead, making the latter melt in his arms.

"You are brave, Jungkook." Taehyung said as he allowed himself to rest on Jungkook's chest.

"No, I'm not. I'm a coward, Tae." Jungkook responded in a voice filled with indescribable emotions that Taehyung only heard now from the latter.

"I'm a coward who can't even stand for myself and the people I love." Jungkook said in a whisper that Taehyung almost missed.

He looked up to see Jungkook's serious face.

"What do you mean by that?" He asked, searching the ravenette's face for answers.

Jungkook just shrugged his shoulders and smile.

"Nothing." He answered as he cupped Taehyung's face.

"Won't you kiss me, baby?" He suddenly asked.

Even before Taehyung could respond, Jungkook already claimed his lips in a slow kiss.

His eyes instantly closed, surrendering himself to the ravenette as the kiss deepens.

He gasped, feeling Jungkook's palms gliding on his side, going underneath his shirt and touching his skin.

Every touch left him yearning and burning for more.

Taehyung moaned when he felt Jungkook slowly hardening underneath him.

He shifted, wanting to feel him more, making the ravenette groan.

Jungkook suddenly pulled away, lips swollen as he breathed hard.

"Baby.." He murmured through heavy breathing.

He looked at Taehyung's eyes, mirroring the lust and need on Jungkook's own.

"We shouldn't.." Jungkook said in a low voice.

Taehyung looked at him, cheeks turning beet red as he nodded.

It's too early for them to even do things that are now running wildly in his mind.

"Y-yeah.." Taehyung was able to answer amid his internal struggle.

The ravenette smiled at him, placing a quick kiss on his forehead.

"I should get going now." Jungkook said to which Taehyung just nodded.

He slowly lifted him off his lap, giving him one last kiss on the lips before heading for the door.

"I'll pick you up again tomorrow." Jungkook reminded.

Taehyung smiled. "Okay."

"Good night, Tae." Jungkook said as he opened the door to leave.

"Good night, Kookie."
