You walked out into the kitchen the next morning, still rubbing the sleep from your eyes. "Does anyone have clothes I can borrow?"
"I bet you can fit into Changbin's clothes." Seungmin said.
You looked over at Changbin. "Do you have anything black?"
He looked down at his outfit, so you did as well, and noticed that black was all he was wearing. "I own the color black." He smiled. "What do you want?"
"Sweatpants and a t-shirt, please?"
He nodded and went to his bedroom, and you caught Jisung's eye as you waited, smiling to yourself.
"Here you go, Y/N."
You looked over and took the clothes from Changbin. "Thank you. I'm gonna take a shower."
Chan nodded, so you went to the bathroom and shut the door. You stripped and got under the hot water, shivering as it hit your skin. After your shower, you put your undergarments back on, then the clothes that Changbin got you. You towel dried your hair a little bit before throwing it in the hamper and going back into the kitchen.
All of the boys were staring at you, and you tilted your head. "What?"
"Can we see your tattoo?" Chan smiled.
"Why?"
"Minho says it's really pretty, and we're all curious." Jeongin said.
You smiled at how they all nodded together, agreeing with the youngest. "Fine."
You lifted the left side of your shirt up to where they could see your tattoo, and they all got closer to look at it. The cherry blossom branch started at the back of your shoulder and made its way around the front of your shoulder, then halfway down your bicep. The names of lost loved ones traced the leaves of the flowers, contrasting nicely with the pink pigment of the blossoms.
"It is really pretty." Jisung said, his voice loud in the now quiet room.
"What are all these names, if you don't mind me asking?" Hyunjin asked.
"People I've lost." You replied.
He nodded, and you slowly put your shirt back down, making Chan clap. "Okay, let's make breakfast."
"Sir, she's definitely in danger, she said she was in a 'little predicament' with the gang."
Of course, Ki-Bum couldn't help but worry about you, so he went straight to Changmin. "Ki-Bum, you know how she is. She's probably scouting them out. If Jisung is also there, she's probably staying just to be safe."
"Staying with them is less than safe, Changmin. We don't know what they're capable of-"
"You don't know what Y/N's capable of."
Ki-Bum flinched back. "She's my sister, of course I do."
"You've never seen her in the field, up against someone. She is far from defenseless, and if something happens, I'm sure that she'll be perfectly fine."
"You're her boss, you're supposed to make sure she's safe."
"I don't have to worry about that, because she thinks about everything that she does." Changmin leaned forward. "The most you can do for Y/N right now, is trust her, okay?"
Ki-Bum sighed and pushed his hair back. "Fine, but if something happens to her-"
Changmin shook his head. "Nothing is going to happen to her. Her mission was to keep Jisung safe, and as long as she's with him and she ensures his safety, then she's doing exactly what she needs to be doing."
"Jisung! You are so in for it!" You yelled.
You were running towards him with pancake batter on your hands, because he had managed to catch you off guard and get it on your face. "Y/N, please!"
"I just took a shower, Jisung!"
"I'm sorry, it was just a reaction!" He turned around and held his hands up. "Please don't attack me."
You looked behind him and saw Changbin, so you sighed. "Fine."
Jisungs shoulders relaxed, then Changbin grabbed Jisung by the neck and pulled him back, smearing pancake batter onto Jisung's cheek. He gasped and struggled out of Changbin's grasp, and he looked accusingly between the two of you.
"You guys are evil!" He yelled. "So mean."
You were laughing hysterically at this point, yours and Changbin's laughter causing everyone else to laugh, even Jisung.
"I'm sorry, Jisung, but that was so funny." You said through your laughter.
"Only a little bit." Jisung admitted.
You looked up and he was smiling happily, and you thought that maybe it wasn't so bad with the gang. If they wanted to hurt you, they would have already done it. You were still staying cautious, however, since you knew that trust had to be built.
After breakfast, everyone helped clean the kitchen, since there was a pretty big mess. As you were walking to your room, Chan joined you.
"Can I ask you something?" He whispered.
"Of course." You replied.
"How long have you been an agent?"
"This is my second year, but I started training when I was seventeen."
"And you're nineteen?"
You shifted on your feet as you nodded. "Hard work pays off."
He smiled. "Yeah, it does. Well, since you've been training for a while and you know what you're doing, can you help me with the guys? I could really use an extra pair of hands."
"Yeah, of course."
"Thank you so much. Being the leader, it's hard to make sure everyone's ready for anything because I'm just so busy. I really appreciate it."
You told him that you were happy to help, and he ruffled your hair before going to his own bedroom. You left your bedroom door cracked and went to the window, just to look at the sky, but you noticed a black car parked on the side of the road. It wasn't near any driveway, just in between the boys' driveway and their neighbor's driveway.
You could see one person in the passenger seat, which meant there was probably someone on the driver side. You tried not to think much of it and shut your blinds, then you laid in bed and fell asleep watching tv.
