It was the next day. You almost didn't sleep. Everything was going the wrong way.. your relationship with Draco, your entire life actually. You had a busy day, filled with classes. You felt very tired and hardly had any energy left to do anything.

'Go to bed Y/N..' Amneris said.

She was clearly worried about you.

'I'm fine.' You said before yawning.

'You're not..'

Amneris sat doen besides you. Willow and Jacind went to the lake but Amneris decided to follow you.

'I think you and Draco should talk about your relationship. You can't continue fighting like this.'

'It'll be fine.'

'Stop saying that. It's not going to be fine. Something is twisted in your relationship. If you don't fix it you'll end up in a break up. You have to fix this Y/N.'

'Draco is the problem. He doesn't have any feelings anymore. He's just angry. All the time..  I asked him to talk to me but he won't.' You explained. 'I can't keep trying to push us forwards while he keeps pulling us back.'

You sat back a little and sighed.

Later that evening Draco made his way back to the common room. Amneris talked to him about what you said to her. He felt pretty bad. When he entered the common room.

The common room was busy with talking students. He looked around to find you. He found you laying on one of the couches. You fell asleep. He smiled a little when he saw you.

He walked over to you and crouched down infront of you. He was tired too. He also couldn't sleep last night. It hurt him that you weren't talking to him. He stroke your cheeks but you didn't wake up.

Draco decided to pick you up. He took you up to the girls dorm and laid you down on your bed. He put off his robes and jumper. He loosened his tie and took off his dress shirt. He looked at you but didn't hesitate. You were his girlfriend. He couldn't let you sleep in your clothes like that.

He slowly undressed you until you were only in your underwear. Making sure you didn't wake up. He put the dress shirt on you and laid you under the blankets. He kissed your cheek and covered you with the sheets. Draco laid down on your bed, facing you. He didn't even cover himself with the sheets. He just stared at you.

'I'm an idiot.. I keep doing these things behind your back to take all this weight from your shoulders but it's all messed up.. I wish I could make it easier for you but I can't. I shouldn't let out my anger on you..' Draco whispered. 'I love you.'

Draco closed his eyes and fell asleep besides you..

The next morning you woke up. You were confused. You were sure you fell asleep in the common room.. and in all of your clothes. You looked besides you and saw Draco. He was paying on his back.. not wearing his shirt.

You smiled slightly and laid down on your side, facing his. You stroke his hair and Draco slowly woke up. He turned his head to you and smiled when he saw you.

'Hey.' You smiled.

'Hey.'

You leaned in a pressed his lips against his. Draco kissed you back immediately. You hated him at times but also knew that you couldn't live without him. You pulled back.

'I'm sorry.. I'm an arse. I shouldn't let out my anger on you.'

'It's fine.' You smiled.

'It's not..  I don't want to break up.'

'We're not breaking up.' You smiled and you kissed him again.

A lot happened after that.. Ron drank from something that was poisoned. Everyone was beginning to worry. You and Draco faught less and spend more time together to try and get your relationship back on track.

'Where's Draco?' Amneris asked while you sat down at the slytherin table.

'He said he'd catch up. He'll be here soon.' You smiled.

You saw Katie Bell walk into the great hall. You just stared at her and saw Harry get up.

'Katie... how are you?' He immediately asked.

'I know what you're going to ask harry... but I don't know who cursed me. I've been trying to remember, honestly... I just can't.'

Harry couldn't leave her alone for a minute? You sighed and looked at the door. You smiled when Draco walked in.

Katie looked at him with a terrified look. Harry slowly turned around. Draco looked at Katie with a nervous look. What was happening here?

'I know what you did Malfoy... you hexed her, didn't you?' Harry asked.

Draco turned around and walked away. You got up and hurried after him. No shit Draco was running away if he was falsely accused.

You ran through the hall and heard sobs coming from the boys bathroom. You recognised Dracos cries. You entered and saw him holding two sinks. His jumper was laying on the ground.

You ran over to him and hugged him from behind. Draco just stood there. You hated to hear him cry.

'It's okay.. I'm here.. please don't cry I know you didn't do it.'

Draco turned around so you had to let him go.

'I did do it Y/N!' He cried.

You looked at him. He moved his hand through his hair. You couldn't believe this.. He had been lying to you?

'And I also poisoned Dumbledors drink.' He confessed.

You saw tears rolling down his cheek. You wanted to scream at him for lying to you.. but he felt so bad and you just had to support him. You laid your hands on his cheeks and wiped his tears away with his thumb.

'Why did you do it?' Was all you asked.

'You didn't want to kill Dumbledore so I tried to find alternative ways.. they weren't meant for Katie and Weasley. Y/N I'm so sorry I just didn't want you to interfere in it.'

You hugged him and he slowly calmed down.

'You're so sweet.. I'm not angry at You Draco. I love you and thank you for trying to help me.' You spoke, hoping that you were comforting him.

The door opened. Draco let you go and you turned around. Harry was standing there. You looked at Draco and then back at Harry. You saw Draco teaching for his wand. You quickly grabbed yours and castes a spell at Harry.

Harry casted a spell back and Draco jumped aside. He pulled you with him, behind the toilets. The spell hit the sink and it was spraying water all over the bathroom.

'I'll protect you, don't worry.' He whispered at you.

You couldn't help but smile at him. You heard Harry run into bathroom. Draco looked passed the toilets and quickly cast another spell before standing back. You got down and casted a spell at Harry.

Draco grabbed your hand and pulled you with him. You were followed by Harry. Draco pushed you back into the place it all started. The ground was filled with water. You saw Harry. Draco was standing besides you. You pointed your wand at him.

'Sectumsempra!' Harry yelled.

You prepared yourself to get hit by the unusual spell but nothing happened. You looked around and when you looked at the ground you saw Draco. His chest was bleeding badly.

You looked at Harry and fell down on your knees. Draco was slowly dying on the floor.

'Do something!' You yelled at Harry.

He just ran away. You grabbed Draco's hand.

'Stay with me.. please.. why did you do that?' You just asked.

You laid your forehead against his and broke down crying.

'Get up.' You heard above you.

You looked up and saw Snape. You got up and moved aside. Snape started mumbling a song like spell. The effects were amazing..  the blood slowly made it's way back to Draco and the wounds started closing.

'Go. He needs to medical care.

You made your way out of the bathroom. You were devastated.. if Snape wouldn't have been there.. You didn't even want to think about it.

In the corridor you heard Harry, Ron and Hermione talk.. You used to be friends with them but you seriously hated them right now.

'Y/N..' Hermione said while you past. You still had blood all over you clothes.

'Y/N.. I'm so sorry.. I didn't know what that spell did. I didn't know Draco would jump infront of you.'

Yoiu didn't even say anything. Harry grabbed your wrist. You stopped but didn't turn around.

'I'm just glad I didn't hit you.' He said.

You turned to him. Tears stinging in his eyes. He was happy that he didn't hit you.. so it's okay that he hit Draco? You wanted to scream at him but you didn't. You pulled your wrist out of his grip and walked away.
