You waited in the common room. Draco still wasn't there... did he miss the carriages. He already missed the sorting session. You looked at the door. 

'Don't worry to much Y/N.' Amneris said.

'Yeah he can't be dead. That's the positive side.' Willow said.

'And if he's dead, I'll eat his food.' Jacinda said.

You sighed and looked back at the door. It opened and Draco walked in. He was dressed in his robes and he walked over to the table. He sat down besides you and kissed your cheek.

'Hello Draco. Little late aren't we?' Willow asked him.

'Oh shut up.' He sneered while grabbing some food. 'What did I miss?' He asked you.

'The sorting session.. What were you-'

'Very best of evenings to you all.' Dumbledore interrupted you.

You sighed and turned your head to Dumbledore. One or the speeches that don't mean anything at the end of the year because all rules are broken anyways, mostly by Harry.

'First off let me introduce the newest member of our staff. Horace Slughorn.'

A older teacher got up and waved for a moment. Everyone clapped. It wasn't really a surprise that there was a new teacher.

'Professor Slughorn, I'm happy to say, has agreed to resume his own post as potions Master.'

Potions teacher.. did that mean that..

'Meanwhile the position of Defence Against The Dark Arts will be taken by professor Snape.'

Snape? He was getting the post he always wanted.. yet he didn't seem happy. He never did so..

You looked at Draco. He was staring at the table, his head leaning on his hand. You were really worried about him. He was depressed.. again. This wasn't Draco. You really had to talk to him.

'As you know, each and everyone of you was searched upon your arrival tonight... and you have the right to know why. Once there was a young man, like you...'

You didn't know where Dumbledore was going with this.

'Sat in this very hall... walked these corridors, stepped under this roof... He seemed to whole the world a student like any other. His name? Tom riddle.'

You looked back at him. Tom riddle? He was going to talk about Tom Riddle right now?

'Today of course, he's known all over the world with another name... This is why I stand looking out upon all of you tonight, I'm reminded of a sobering fact. Every day, every hour, this very minute perhaps... dark forces attempt to penetrate this castles walls. But in the end their greatest wapon is you. Just something to think about... now of to bed.' He finished.

Your friends got up and so did you. Draco was still dreaming. You laid your hand on his shoulder. He looked up. You offered him your hand but he just got up and walked out. You followed him immediately. He couldn't go to bed without talking to you.

You caught up with him in the common room. You grabbed his wrist. Draco turned around and looked at you.

'I need to talk to you.'

'Again?' He asked you.

'Yes.. just wait a second okay..'

Draco sighed and sat down on a couch. Slowly everyone went to bed. Until you and Draco were left.

'Tell me.'

Draco looked at you in confusion.

'Tell you what?'

'Tell me.' You said again.

'What? Tell you what?'

'Tell me what's wrong.'

Draco sighed and sat back. He clearly wasn't happy with this.

'I already told you.'

'Clearly you didn't. You're still be irresponsible. If you're going down you'll pull me with you. Now talk to me.'

'I already told you.' He still said.

You got up and crossed your arms. You rolled your eyes while doing so.

'Stop lying Draco! Jeez just tell me. It's okay to be vulnerable.' You said.

'What the hell do you want from me?! I told you in then train didn't I?!' Draco almost yelled.

'Okay first off all don't yell at me.' You hissed.

'I'm not yelling at you.' He sighed again.

You decided to just continue.

 'Second of all, I'm trying to help you. If we want to get through this together, you have to talk to me. You have to tell me what's going on inside your head.'

'There is nothing going on inside my head which I haven't told you.'

'Oh my god Draco stop saying that!'

'Stop asking me then! Do you honestly expect me to say anything else.'

'I'm worried about you! Why aren't you honest with me!'

Draco got up in anger and let out an annoyed sound.

'I have been honest Y/N! Do you think that shit just disappears in one day?!'

'I don't believe you.' You stated.

'Then you don't!' He yelled at you.

Amneris came downstairs. She looked at the scene.

'Guys-'

'Go away.' You and Draco yelled at her in unison.

She immediately went back upstairs. You turned back to Draco.

'What is your problem?!' Draco asked.

'My problem?! That you're not telling me what your problem is! You have yo accept that we are in this together! If we want to do this and keep our relationship alive, you have to talk to me! Don't you think I'm scared?! I'm going through the same thing! Plus, I have a murderer as a father!' You screamed at him. 'So don't say that there's nothing. Because if you keep this up, I don't know if I want to be around you this year!'

Draco looked at you in shock. His face completely changed.

'Are you.. breaking up with me?' He asked you.

'No, I'm telling you to think about what you're doing.' You hissed before walking upstairs.

You opened the door to your room. Amneris, Willow and Jacinda looked at you.

'I'm sorry Amneris.' You immediately said.

'I only came to warn you two that everyone could literally hear you. Because you didn't listen, you now screamed that your father is a murderer, making the change about a thousand times bigger that people are going to find out.'

'They won't find out. It would be too cliche.' You sighed.

You sat down on your bed dropped yourself backwards. You stared at the ceiling. You hated fighting with Draco. It was the most awful thing in the world.

'Sounded pretty rough.' Willow said.

'It's nothing.' You sighed. 'He's an idiot.'

'Did you break up?' Jacinda asked you.

'No.' You immediately answered. 'One fight isn't going to break us up.. I hope.'

'Don't worry. Draco can't do this without you.' Willow said.

'I hope that isn't the only reason why he's dating her.' Jacinda sighed.

You shot her a look.

'What?'

'Not helping.'

'Who said I was helping y-'

Amneris hit Jacind against her upper arm.

'Ouch!' She hissed.

You sighed and got up.

'Let's just go to bed.'

You decided to get changed. Slowly everyone went back to their beds. You switched off the light and climbed in bed. You covered yourself with the sheets.

It didn't take long before your roommates fell asleep. But you couldn't..  your head kept you awake. It was awful..
