You walked into the common room. You still couldn't believe that you were Draco Malfoys girlfriend. You liked him for so long. You walked in with a big smile on your face. You saw Hermione sitting on the couch with Harry and Ron. She looked at you and got up.

'Y/N.. I wanted to apologise. You were right, I went to far... are we okay?'

You were a bit surprised... what happened?

'Of course we are Hermione.'

You gave her a hug and sat down next to Harry on the couch.

'So, were have to you been?' Ron asked.

'At the lake, I love the snow. Just sitting outside and thinking about stuff...'

Like Draco...

'Share your thoughts.' Harry said with a smile.

'I just can't wait to go home... I've missed my friends and family.'

'I agree.' Hermione responded.

And so the week passed. When you met Draco in the corridors you have him a smile. You didn't have time to meet up. You were both to afraid that anyone would find out and you were packing. But now it was time to leave.

'Bye guys! Have lots of fun here!' You hugged Harry and Ron who were going to spend their Christmas at Hogwarts.

'Bye guys, see you in two weeks!' Hermione hugged the two boys as well.

'Let's go!' She continued.

You walked with her towards the boats. You got into one with Hermione, waiting for two other people to come and join you. You saw Draco and Vincent. He looked at you and gave you a warm smile. He walked towards the boat.

'Shove it mud-blood.' He commanded.

'Go find your own boat Malfoy.' She bit.

Draco sighed and got into the boat. He sat down next to you and Vincent sat down next to Hermione. The boat started to move.

'You really hate me, don't you?' Hermione stated.

'I wouldn't call it hate... I would say, strongly dislike.' Draco said with a smirk.

Hermione rolled her eyes and stared into the distance.

'So, what are you going to do this Christmas?' You asked Draco.

He looked at you with his sliver eyes.

'Not much... just celebrate I guess. You?'

'Go outside, meet my family... god I'm so excited.'

You smiled and made Draco smile. The boats stopped and Draco got out first, helping you to get out of the boat.

'Thanks.'

You walked towards the train and Hermione started walking beside you.

'Sorry, but he is really annoying.'

'Nah...' you disagreed.

'I don't get how you can stand being around him! Calling me mud-blood all the time... With his stupid sidekick.'

You laughed.

Sidekick...

'What?'

'Nothing.' You said with a smile.

'No! Now you have to tell me Y/N.'

'Sidekick is just a funny thing to say. They are friends. I could call you my sidekick as well.'

Hermione laughed.

'You would be my sidekick.'

You looked at her and raised your eyebrows.

'And why would I be the side kick?'

'Because I'm freaking awesome!'

You laughed.

'So I, Y/N Y/L, am the sidekick? Have you heard my name?!' You joked.

'Pulling that up, huh?'

You walked into the train and you and Hermione tried to find an empty carriage. At the end of the train there was one carriage with only two people in it. Draco and Vincent.

'No way Y/N. I'd rather sit right here!'

You sighed and knocked on the door. Draco and Vincent looked up. Draco gave you a warm smile. He got up and opened the carriage door.

'Do you mind?' You asked.

He laughed.

'No, come in.'

Hermione looked at you and shook her head. You lift your shoulders and walked inside. You sat down and Draco sat down opposite of you. Hermione walked in. She sat down next to you.

'Vincent, take this and get me some candy will you?' Draco said while he gave him some money.

Vincent took it and got up.

'Can you take some for me aswel?'

You held out some of your own money.

'Y/N, are you crazy? Are you going to trust him with your money?'

'Do you want to do it for me?' You asked.

Hermione sighed and grabbed the money.

'Be right back.'

She walked with Vincent. When they were gone Draco sat down next to you. He looked at you and kissed you. You kissed him back. It had been a week since you were alone with him. Lack of air broke the kiss. You smiled at him.

'Hi.' He said.

'Hi... are you excited for today?'

'Yes! But I had one question... do you also want to meet my parents?' He responded.

'Yes!' You said enthusiastically.

'Great... but one thing. Don't tell them that you are my girlfriend.'

You looked at him with a confused face.

'My dad hates love. My mom doesn't really care but you really can't tell them. Your parents also shouldn't tell them. You really need to promise me.'

'Erm... okay... I promise.'

'Good.'

He gave you a small kiss and sat down opposite of you. A few seconds later you heard:

'Y/N! Catch!'

You looked at Hermione who opened a chocolate frog. It jumped towards you. You caught it and ate it.

'Nice.' She said before sitting down next to you.

Vincent walked in and sat down next to Draco.

'Here you go.'

He gave him some candy.

'Thanks.'

He opened a chocolate frog. He ate it and looked at you. Vincent opened a box of weird jellybeans. He grabbed an entire hand and put all the jellybeans in his mouth.

'Come on Vincent! What did I tell you like a thousand times?!'

Vincent said something with his mouth full. You couldn't understand it.

'Just let it go Draco.' You laughed.

Draco sighed while shaking his head. Vincent just continued to eat. I took one from his box and ate it. You had a nice one with strawberry flavour. You looked through the window. The landscapes were even better. Snow made everything look more beautiful. A few minutes later Hermione said:

'We'll be arriving soon. I'm going to put of my robes. Are you joining me Y/N?'

You nodded and walked with Hermione.

When the train stopped you almost ran out of the train and you grabbed your stuff. You waited for Draco who found you shortly after.

'Let's go.' You said.

He nodded. You looked around the station and found your parent.

'Over there!'

Draco followed you and you stopped. You gave them a hug.

'We missed you! You have to tell us everything.' Your mom said.

'Mom I want you to meet someone... This is Draco... He is my boyfriend. But you can't tell his parents... because reasons.' You said with a smile.

'Draco Malfoy.' He said while shaking your mom's hand and after that your dad's hand.

'Excuse me... Draco Malfoy?' Your mom asked.

'Yes. Well ectually it's Draco Lucius Malfoy.'

They were quite for a moment.

'Well well... miss and mister Y/L... it has been a while.'

A man with long white hair and expensive clothes was standing behind your parents.

'Hello mister Malfoy.' Your dad said.

'Erm... dad.. I want you to meet my best friend...'

'Y/N Y/L... I can see that Draco...'

'Nice to meet you.' You said with a smile.

Another lady joined his side.

'Hello Draco! Is that your new friend? Nice to meet you! I'm Dracos mother Narcissa Malfoy.'

'Pleasure to meet you.'

'Listen Lucius, let's not make this a big deal.' Your mother said.

'No... but as soon as I notice something that can become a problem, I will make it a big deal. I'm watching you...' he said before turning around.

'Erm... mom can you take my stuff? I have to talk to Draco... in private.'

'Okay dear, we'll wait at the car.'

Your mom and dad walked away.

'I will take your stuff. See you later Draco. Bye Y/N!'

'Bye!'

She walked away. You looked at Draco.

'Your dad is going to make a big deal out of this, isn't he?'

'Yeah... but not in front of you guys... The relationship between your parents and my dad is kind of unstable.' Draco said while scratching the back of his head.

'Why?'

'Well... your parents and my dad were enemies and I think at one point he tried to kill your parents... death eater stuff...'

You sighed and looked at the floor.

'Hé... They don't have to decide what we do.'

'I know... I just don't want your dad to get angry at you... and I thought he excepted it.'

Draco pulled your chin up and gave you a sweet smile.

'I will survive... It will all be fine. I promise.'

He gave you a kiss.

'I'll see you after Christmas.'

'Bye Draco... Make sure you write me.'

He smiled.

'I will!'

He walked away. You followed him and walked towards the car.

Draco

My dad hadn't talked to me in the car. I'm sure he is thinking about the situation. I thought I was allowed to be friends with her. I like her... A lot.

I took my luggage inside and walked upstairs. I put everything in my room. I sat down for a moment, my mom walked upstairs.

'Draco, your dad wants to talk to you.'

I looked up and nodded. She wanted to walk away.

'Mom... wait.' She turned around and looked at me.

'I have to tell you something, but you have to promise not to tell my dad.'

She sat down next to me. I sighed, I wanted to tell her... I had to tell her.

'Y/N isn't my best friend... she is my girlfriend.'

She looked surprised.

'Erm... that's fine Draco... I won't tell your dad. Thank you for trusting me.'

I smiled at her and got up. I walked downstairs towards my dad. I knocked on the door.

'Come in.'

I opened the door and closed it behind me.

'Have a seat Draco.'

I sat down.

'You know that I accept you being friends with Y/N Y/L right?'

I nodded.

'Mom told me.'

'That's good... stay friends with her. It will be really... handy.'

'What do you mean?' I asked confused.

'Draco... I think your ready... ready to be a death eater...'

I looked at him with big eyes.

'A death eater?! Dad.. With all of my respect... I'm not ready yet. I will never be ready! I don't want to be a death eater. I told you this so many times!'

'Draco... you are a Malfoy, you'll have to accept your faith.'

'Give me a little bit more time dad... Please!'

He was quiet for a moment. I didn't know what he was going to say.

'Draco... I will rethink it... now get out!'

He will rethink it? I got up and walked out.

Narcissa

I saw Draco walk upstairs. I got up and walked into the room.

'What did you tell him?' I asked.

'That he will be a death eater... That he's ready.'

I crossed my arms.

'And what was his respond?'

'He needs more time... I said I will rethink it.'

'But your not going to do it?.. I know you lucius.'

He got up from his seat and looked out of the window.

'Of course I won't... The dark Lord is waiting for him... and for Y/N Y/L...'

Y/N

You walked upstairs and put your luggage away. You walked back downstairs and grabbed something to drink.

'Y/N, we have one question about your boyfriend... why Draco bloody Malfoy?' Your mom asked.

I looked at her.

'Do you have a problem with me falling in love with him?'

'No honey I-'

'It sounds like you do mom.' You interjected.

'It's just... His dad tried to kill us...'

You got up from the couch.

'He isn't like his dad! His dad is a death eater! O my gosh mom!'

'I didn't say a thing... I shouldn't have started about it. If you like him, you can be with him. I haven't met him so I'm sorry..' she gave in.

'Thank you.'

You sighed and sat down again.
