2016 ― Tree Hill, North Carolina
"Hey guys," Deb Lee greeted her twins Nathan and Logan Lee when they walked into her bar, Deb's Den once they got back from school. Their father, Dan Scott had married their half-brother Lucas' mother, Karen Scott nee Roe. Deb's parents cut her off when they found out she was pregnant and not married, but Deb refused to get rid of her children like they wanted her to. Logan and Nathan were the biggest blessings of her life.
"What's up, Mom? We got the mail," Logan said as Nathan was holding the stack in his hands. The twins came and sat down at the bar.
"Some uh... bills, a letter from Uncle Cooper, and uh... this," Nathan said as he dropped a college application on the counter. Deb picked it up and Logan smiled.
"Are you thinking about taking some classes, Mom?" Logan asked.
"If they offer a course in making ends meet," Deb said. Logan's smile got a bit sad, but she understood her Mom was trying to lighten the mood.
"Do you ever regret it? Your folks cutting you off?" Nathan asked. Even though her parents cut her off, her brother Cooper does send her extra money from time to time since he is a professional race car driver. He's been a big help to Deb. When Logan and Nathan were younger, he was around more often and had a hand in raising them. As they got older and Cooper's career as a professional race car driver took off, Deb thanked her brother for being there for them but told him to finally live his own life.
"Not for one second, Nate. Otherwise, I wouldn't have the two of you," Deb said as she laid her hand down on her daughter's cheek. The twins smiled and Nathan nodded. "Besides, money buys you nothing but misery. I mean... look at Dan, Karen, and Lucas," She said.
Logan has noticed her older half-brother around school. He's the star basketball player and she's a cheerleader, so they have crossed paths, but they barely talk. She thinks Lucas is an asshole and she doesn't like the way he treats his girlfriend and her best friend, Peyton Sawyer. He's a jerk to her as well as everyone else.
"Well, you know, you could up the traffic in here by hiring some... hot girls to dance on the bar," Nathan said. Otis, one of the Den's regulars laughed as he pointed in Nathan's direction.
"There you go, that's a good idea," He said and Nathan shrugged.
"Just saying," Nathan said.
"I think Mom will pass on that one," Logan said. Deb nodded but she was still smiling. The three of them were so wrapped in their conversation, that they didn't notice when the door opened and Nathan and Logan's best friend Haley James, along with Nathan's other best friend Roman Castillo walked in.
"Speaking of hot girls. Sorry, I'm late. Roman here forgot to fill up his tank and we ran out of gas," Haley James said as she approached the counter. Logan laughed and shook her head. Roman and Nathan have been friends since they were little, and Haley has also been their friend since they were little. Nathan met Roman through basketball. Logan met Haley in elementary school and the four of them have been close ever since they were kids.
Logan also had a huge crush on Roman, which Haley knew, just as Logan knew that Haley had a huge crush on Nathan. The boys also reciprocated their feelings, but the girls had no idea of this.
"Yeah, where were you guys today?" Nathan asked.
"They had that field trip to the planetarium, remember?" Logan said.
"At least one Lee listens to me," Haley said. Logan laughed while Nathan rolled his eyes.
"Okay, alright. I just can't believe you went out in public with that hat," Nathan said as he pointed to the hat she had on. Nathan, Logan, and Roman laughed.
"I tried to tell her it was a bad look, but she wouldn't listen," Roman said. Haley scowled as she looked at her two male best friends.
"Remind me why I'm friends with the two of you again?" Haley said.
"Because you and I met first, Nathan came with the territory and he had unfortunately met Roman and they soon became a package deal as well," Logan said. Haley smiled as the girls laughed, whereas the boys rolled their eyes.
"Nathan, this is from that basketball camp," Deb said. She was opening the mail and didn't realize the one she opened was actually for Nathan until she read the first couple of lines.
"Yeah, I'm a finalist, it's no big deal," Nathan said.
"No big deal? Nate, High Flyers is a huge deal," Roman said.
"Roman is right, honey. It's a huge deal. I'm really proud of you," Deb said.
"Yeah, me too!" Haley exclaimed.
"Me three," Logan chimed in.
"Congratulations. Well, we'll have to celebrate later. Right now, dirty dishes are beckoning. You rock, don't let it get to your head," Haley said before walking back into the kitchen. Logan laughed. Logan, Roman, and Deb all gave Nathan a knowing look.
"You know, you're going to marry her one day," Logan said. Nathan rolled his eyes and brushed her comment off.
"Yeah, you and Roman first," Nathan said. Logan rolled her eyes while Roman laughed. "Haley and I have known each other forever, we're just friends," He continued.
"So are me and Roman, so case closed," Logan said.
"Actually, for all of you. Friendship sounds like a great place to start," Deb said. The three of them exchanged looks with each other and Nathan laughed as he turned to his Mom.
"Keep dreaming."

The next day after school, Logan, Nathan, Haley, and Roman were at the Street Market Docks. Roman and Nathan were sitting on the same side, the girls were across from them. Nathan had been telling them how Logan's other best friend, Brooke Davis had come into the boy's locker room and tried to get into the shower with him.
"Sounds like Brooke," Logan said as she shrugged.
"She was totally naked?" Haley asked in disbelief.
"As the day she was born," Nathan said as he shook his head. "Only a lot more... curvy," He continued. Roman laughed and Logan shook her head.
"Well, what happened then?" Roman asked.
"I got the hell outta there, man!" Nathan exclaimed and they all laughed.
"You and Brooke Davis. Captain of the 'Cheersluts,' that is hard to picture," Haley said. Logan turned to her with a fake offended look on her face.
"Excuse you, I am one of those cheersluts," Logan said. Haley laughed as she turned to her best friend.
"Obviously, not you," Haley said.
"And I'd say hard is the right word," Nathan said with a smirk on his face. Roman laughed as the two of them shared a fist bump while Logan reached over and smacked the side of his head.
"Gross," She said. Nathan had been holding a box of cracker jacks in his hand as he was snacking on them, and when he got to the bottom, he noticed the prize inside.
"Okay, what's this?" Nathan asked as he pulled the bracelet out. It was a plastic purple bracelet with different colored flower charms on it.
"Oh, score! A bracelet. Last time, I got some fake tattoo with a random number," Haley said.
"Well, here," Nathan said as he held the bracelet up. Haley held out her arm and Nathan slipped it onto her wrist. "It matches that uh... thing you call a shirt," He said. Logan and Roman laughed. Nathan and Roman were always giving Haley a hard time with her outfit choices.
"My mother made this for me, and shut up!" Haley exclaimed.
"You shut up," Nathan said.
"You shut up," Haley repeated.
"Both of you shut up," Roman and Logan said simultaneously and they all laughed. Nathan pointed at Haley with a smile on his face.
"Don't say I never gave you anything."

"Hey, Logan!" She heard when she was leaving school the next day. She was walking out with Roman and she stopped at the sound of her name, then raised an eyebrow when she saw it was her half-brother, Lucas calling her. He never talks to her, even though she's been a cheerleader for their school team as long as he's been a player.
"Oh wow, the golden Scott child is actually talking to little ole me?" Logan asked and Roman laughed a little.
"It's not even like that," He said as he rolled his eyes. He hated being referred to as the golden child. Being Dan and Karen Scott's son was not easy. His mom was constantly working, and when she wasn't working, she was sleeping with his Uncle Keith, which she thought nobody knew, but Lucas did. And his Dad is a pushover, which he hates.
"Isn't it, though? Anyways, I'm busy Lucas, so what do you want? And don't say sibling bonding, because I'm not interested," Logan said. Lucas shook his head.
"I was going to tell you that you might want to tell your brother to drop out of this game tonight before he gets embarrassed," Lucas said and Logan turned to Roman.
"What game?" She asked.
"Oh, your twin didn't tell you?" Lucas said in a mocking tone. Logan didn't respond to him and kept her eyes on Roman.
"Lucas and Tim challenged Nathan, me, and the guys to a game. Schools basketball team versus us. If Nathan wins, Lucas will back off the High Flyers offer, since the school can only send one player... If Lucas wins...-" Lucas cut Roman off.
"...-Then you and your friend stay on the river court where you both belong," Lucas snapped. Logan nodded to Roman before turning back to her brother.
"Alright, anything else?" Logan asked.
"Yeah... how's your Mom's den doing over there?" He asked and Logan scoffed.
"As if you care. We're doing just fine, no thanks to your father. We can't all be privileged with money like you," Logan snapped with venom in her voice. For the first time, Logan saw Lucas frown. Lucas knew that he'd given Logan no reason to be nice to him, but it did make him sad that they had no relationship with each other. He's never known his sister and part of him hates that because he's always wanted a little sister.
"Hey... having money isn't always what people make it seem like," Lucas said in a softer tone.
"Oh, I know. I can see the misery all over your face," Logan said. At her response, Lucas immediately became defensive again and all traces of his softer side had vanished.
"Just give your brother my message," He snapped. Logan looked at him with a sweet smile on her face.
"Okay," She said, and then she turned to Roman. "Ready to go?" She asked. He nodded.
"Yeah, my car's that way," He said as he pointed. The two of them started to walk away and then Logan stopped and turned around.
"Oh wait, hey Lucas?" Logan called out. Lucas had also started walking away, but he stopped and turned around when he heard Logan call out for him.
"Yes?" He asked.
"You might want to drop out of this game tonight before you get embarrassed," Logan said, repeating his words back to him. Lucas recoiled as if he had been slapped and in a way he had. He quickly recovered his features and his gaze set into a hard glare. Logan laughed as she smiled.
"What? You told me to give the message to my brother."

Later that night, Logan Lee was starting to get worried as she stood on the river court. The Ravens team was warming up, and so were Roman, Skills, Junk, and Fergie, but Nathan was nowhere to be found. Logan knew that her brother wouldn't blow off this game. Nathan had also come to the bar earlier and told Logan and their Mom that their deadbeat father, Dan Scott came by the river court and offered Nathan money to drop his High Flyers application.
Logan suspected that Lucas and/or Dan had something to do with why Nathan wasn't there. Logan was glowering at her older brother from behind his back. When he turned to the side, she saw the smug look on his face. She wanted to smack him so badly. She marched up to him and Tim and turned him around.
"What the hell did you do to my brother!?" Logan snapped. Lucas refrained from recoiling when she said 'my brother,' as if he wasn't her brother as well, but he supposed in a way, he wasn't.
"What? It's not my fault your brother finally grew a brain... little sister," Lucas taunted as he twirled some of Logan's hair between his fingers. She quickly smacked his hand away.
"Do not touch me," She hissed between her teeth. "If you did anything to hurt him, I promise I will make you regret it, Lucas Scott," Logan snapped before turning around and walking back over to the other side of the river court. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. She opened her eyes as she exhaled and that's when she noticed Peyton Sawyer's car approaching the court.
She let out a sigh of relief when she saw Nathan in the passenger seat.
"Nate, thank god," Logan said as she ran over to the car as Nathan got out of it. He barely had time to stabilize himself before Logan had thrown herself onto him in a hug. Nathan laughed as he caught her and gently kissed her cheek.
"I'm fine. I'm okay. It's okay," Nathan said. The two of them broke their hug and Logan laid her hands on his cheeks.
"Go kick his ass, okay? You deserve to go to High Flyers more than anyone," Logan whispered. Nathan nodded and the two siblings rested their foreheads against each other for a beat, then Nathan went and joined his friends on the river court. Logan stayed with Peyton and the friends sat on the hood of her car. "Thank you, for saving him," She said and Peyton looked at her friend.
"Of course," She said.
"Why do you put up with him? Lucas, I mean. He treats other people terribly, and he also treats you terribly," Logan said. Peyton sighed as she shrugged.
"It's a defense mechanism, mostly. I know you think he lucked out because he got raised by both of his parents... but his parents are a mess. You know Karen is sleeping with your Uncle Keith?" Peyton said and Logan's eyes widened.
"What?" She said and Peyton nodded.
"Lucas knows... He suspects Dan knows too, but if he does, he's not doing anything about it. He just takes it," Peyton said. Logan frowned. She felt bad for Lucas, kind of, but not for Dan. He abandoned her and Nathan. If his wife is cheating on him with his own brother, oh well. Call it karma.
"Hmm, well... don't expect me to feel bad for the man who has never acknowledged my existence and the son of his that treats my brother like crap for no other reason than being born," Logan said. Peyton turned to her friend.
"I don't expect you to feel bad for him. I just wanted to help you understand," Peyton said.
"And I do, kind of... but Dan and Karen being shitty parents isn't an excuse. It might be an explanation, but he could choose to be better than both of them," Logan said as she shrugged. When she turned back to the court, she noticed Nathan and Lucas were playing one-on-one and it was no longer a team game.
Throughout the game, both of her brothers were making good shots, but Logan would loudly cheer for Nathan whenever he scored. Lucas went up for a shot, but before he did, he elbowed Nathan hard in the mouth. Logan rolled her eyes, but Nathan called for no foul and his basket counted. They continued the game like normal. Both still making great shots until they got tied, 10-10, and the next basket won. Logan held her breath as Nathan went up for his shot, and he made it, making him the winner.
Logan ran to her brother and gave him a big hug. Nathan lifted her in the air and spun them around a few times. Then Haley hugged him. After Haley, Roman came and congratulated him. The four of them were standing together when Lucas walked up to them.
"Good game. You deserve to go to that camp," Lucas said. Nathan looked confused at his words.
"Thanks?" He said.
"You're going to be okay... just come back to us soon," Lucas said before he turned and walked away from them, disappearing into the crowd. Roman looked at his friend and smiled.
"We miss you, man... just wake up soon," Roman said as he gave Nathan a fist bump and walked off, just as Lucas did, he disappeared into the crowd.
"I love you, Nate. See you soon, okay?" Logan said as she gently kissed his cheek and followed behind her boyfriend and brother. Haley was the only one left. She looked at Nathan and smiled.
"They haven't invented words for how much I love you," She said as she took the bracelet off her arm. "Doesn't look like I'll be needing this anymore," She said as she dropped it onto his palm. "Don't say I never gave you anything," She said.
Then Haley walked off and disappeared too.
Nathan looked at the bracelet on his palm and closed his hand around it. When he opened his hand, the bracelet wasn't there anymore. Instead, it was his wedding ring. When he looked back up, the river court was empty and he was standing there by himself. Nathan's eyes widened.
"Haley! Haley!? Haley!!"

present time
"Hey, Nate... Nathan," Logan gently said to her brother who was calling out for his wife in his sleep. Lucas, Roman, and Logan were in his room. After Logan called her parents, she called her boyfriend and he immediately came. Nathan opened his eyes and took in his surroundings.
"Nate. Hey, it's me, Logan, and Roman. Don't worry, it's okay. It's us," Lucas said and Logan nodded. "Welcome back, little brother," He said and Nathan laughed a little.
"How do you feel?" Logan asked.
"Like I hit a brick wall," Nathan said. Lucas laughed and Logan shook her head.
"Well, the doctor says you're going to be fine," Logan said and Nathan let out a heavy sigh. "You know, what was that anyway? Some sort of messed up, whatever Lucas can do, you can do better?" Logan asked and Nathan shook his head.
"No... you wanna hear something really messed up, though? I thought I died and went to heaven," He said and Logan raised an eyebrow.
"No kidding," Lucas said.
"Yeah... only heaven was a place where Dan chose your mom over ours. Logan actually was my twin sister, and Haley was tone-deaf," Nathan said and Logan laughed. "But that was only a dream. I did kick your ass in one-on-one though," Nathan said and Lucas smiled.
"Well, I guess it was a dream then, huh?" Lucas said and Logan laughed. "I know that you asked me not to, but... I called Haley," He said. Nathan gave him a look. "She's your wife, Nate, and she loves you. She needed to know," Lucas said. Logan knew that Lucas was right, but she also knew that Nathan wasn't happy about it.
"Nate... I need to ask you something. Daytona called and said that where you hit the wall, there were no brake marks on the track," Logan said. When Daytona called and told them that, Logan's heart dropped thinking that her brother might've crashed into the wall on purpose trying to kill himself. That thought made her even more angry with Haley because she knew Nathan wouldn't be thinking that way if Haley hadn't kissed Chris Keller and ran off on tour with him.
"You're asking me if I did this on purpose?" He asked. Logan nodded. Before Nathan could respond, the door opened and Deb Scott was walking inside.
"Nathan!" She exclaimed as she saw he was awake. "Oh, thank goodness," She said. Lucas stood up from the other side of Nathan's bed to allow Deb to go to her son.
"I'll let you guys, uh...-" Lucas trailed off as he headed to the door. Roman looked at his girlfriend.
"I'll be right outside," He said. Logan nodded and Roman followed Lucas out, leaving Deb alone with her children.
"Nathan, I...-" Nathan cut his mom off.
"...-I love you, Mom," Nathan said.
"Me too, Mom. I know I haven't been the greatest lately," Logan said.
"Me too. I've been an asshole to you, to Logan. I'm sorry, to both of you," Nathan said. Logan nodded as she squeezed his hand. She was thinking about what her Uncle Cooper said. Her Mom was just as much of a victim in this situation as she was. Dan threatened to take Nathan and Logan from her if she tried to take Logan back to Karen. Logan fully understands that her Mom was trying to protect them both.
"Me too. I'm sorry for how nasty I've been to you, Mom," Logan said.
"You were both hurting, over two different things, and also the same thing," Deb said. Logan shook her head.
"It doesn't matter. We now know that you were just trying to be a good Mom and protect us from the man you married," Logan said. Deb smiled at her children and reached out for both of their hands, which they both took.
"I haven't been a good mother to either of you, but that's going to change now," Deb said.
"What are you talking about?" Nathan asked.
"I need to be stronger for the both of you... and for myself. So, while you're healing from this, and Lo, while you're healing from everything. I will be healing too, I promise," Deb said. Logan smiled as she squeezed her Mom's hand.
"Whatever it is, we have your back," Nathan said. Logan nodded in agreement and they all smiled at each other. "Do you ever wonder what life would be like... if Dan had married Karen and just stayed out of our lives?" Nathan asked.
"All the time... but then I remind myself that if he did, we wouldn't have Logan, and I know you're not mine biologically, but I wouldn't trade you for the world," Deb said. Logan smiled as she nodded.
"You are my Mom, in every way that matters," Logan said. Deb's eyes started to water as she squeezed her daughter's hand.
"Why do you ask?" Deb said to her son, but Nathan didn't get a chance to answer because Dan walked inside the room and the three of them fell silent. You could cut the awkward tension with a knife because none of them wanted to be around or speak with Dan. Dan also caught onto how they all shut down as soon as he walked in and Nathan was glaring at him, so he only said one thing.
"Glad to see you're awake, son."
⇎⇎⇎⇎⇎⇎
Brooke and Peyton made their way to the hospital. The two of them along with Logan, Lucas, and Roman were back in Nathan's room. Nathan was sitting propped up on the bed and Nathan had told them about the dream he had, with more details. Logan was thoroughly entertained by the story, and she admitted that she had thought about how their lives would be different if she really was Nathan's twin sister and they had just been raised by Deb.
"Sorry guys, visiting hours are over," The nurse siad when she walked in. Everyone frowned because nobody wanted to leave Nathan, but Logan knew her Mom would be staying overnight because only one family member was allowed to.
"You need anything, Nate?" Logan asked. She was lying in the bed with him. Since Logan had lost a significant amount of weight, but was hiding it underneath baggy, oversized clothes, that everyone knew was her normal style anyway, she was able to fit in the bed with Nathan. Everyone else had been sitting around them.
"No, I'm okay," Nathan saisd. Logan nodded and kissed her brother on the forehead before getting out of bed.
"If you do need anything, let Mom know, so she can tell me and I'll run the errand for you," Logan said. Nathan nodded as his sister walked over to her boyfriend. Peyton and Brooke stood up. Peyton also kissed his forehead, while Brooke kissed his cheek. Roman and Lucas gave him their handshakes and hugs.
"I'll drive you home," Roman said as he wrapped his arm around his girlfriend.
"Will you stay the night, too? I don't want to be alone," Logan said. Roman nodded as he kissed her forehead.
"I'll let Josh know," He said and Logan nodded, and then she laughed a little. "What's funny?" He asked as he opened the car door for her. Once Logan buckled her seatbelt, he closed the door and jogged around to the driver's side, got in, and started the car.
"I was just thinking about Nathan's dream. I think my favorite part was when Lucas told me to tell my brother to drop out of the game before he got embarrassed and I did tell my brother the message, just not the brother he was thinking," Logan said and Roman laughed.
"That was my favorite part too," Roman said and they smiled.
"And speaking of High Flyers, it's getting closer. Are you excited?" Logan asked.
"Yeah. I'm still surprised they picked Nathan and me to go. Normally they only choose one person from a school," Roman said.
"It's probably because every game tape of you two since we were like five years old, consists of you both flowing together as a unit. You're a package deal on and off the court. That was probably easily seen through the film and they knew they had to take you both," Logan said.
"Yeah... I guess we are," Roman said.
"I made up with my Mom," Logan said.
"Good. Which one?" He asked.
"The one who raised me. We're going to be okay, now. I recognize that she was just doing what she could to protect Nathan and me from Dan. He threatened her, she was also a teenager and scared. She did the best she could, nobody can blame her for that," Logan said and Roman nodded, then Logan sighed.
"What's wrong, baby?" Roman asked.
"I think I need to go back to the hospital," She said in a low voice. She's been denying it for months, but her disordered eating and purging are worse than it was the last time.
"What do you mean?" Roman asked.
"I haven't been completely honest, with anyone really. I know I told you all I relapsed, but I downplayed the severity. It's bad, Roman. It's gotten really bad. I know you told me to call you whenever I have urges, but I haven't... not every time, because I feel like I'm burdening you, and you shouldn't have the weight of my eating disorder on your shoulders. It's not fair to you," Logan said. Her voice had gone softer and she was near to tears. Roman's silence didn't help.
"How bad is it?" He asked in a soft, non-judgmental tone.
"According to the DSM, I would be in the extreme category... which is 14 or more episodes per week, roughly binging and purging at least 2 times a day," Logan said.
"How often?" He asked.
"Three... after every meal," Logan whispered and that's what made her break down into tears. She felt so guilty and ashamed of her behavior and that she was lying to everyone about it. Roman had made it back to hers and Nathan's apartment. He put the car in park and turned to his girlfriend.
"Take your seatbelt off and come here," Roman said. Through her tears, Logan did as he said. She took her seatbelt off and climbed over onto his lap. Roman immediately wrapped his arms around her and he could feel how much smaller she was. "I should've seen it, I should've known," He said and she shook her head.
"It's not your fault and this is why I didn't want to say anything. I knew you'd blame yourself and you're about to go to High Flyers, I don't want you worrying about me the entire time," Logan said as she shook her head.
"How can I not worry about you, Logan? You've been deteriorating right in front of my eyes and I didn't even see it," He said. Logan saw his eyes watering and she frowned.
"Because I didn't want you to see it," Logan said as she shook her head. "I don't like when anybody sees me like this," She whispered.
"I just want you to be okay," He whispered.
"I'm going to go back to the eating disorder hospital when the school year is over... when you and Nathan leave for High Flyers," Logan whispered and Roman nodded.
"I won't always have access to my cell phone, but we can write letters," Roman said. Logan shook her head as she started crying more.
"That brings me to the hardest part of this conversation," Logan said. Roman frowned as he looked at her.
"Are you breaking up with me?" He asked.
"No... I mean, you might think I am, but I don't think... I just think during the summer we should take a break. You need to focus on High Flyers, and I need to focus on getting better, and you can't focus on High Flyers if you're worried about me," Logan said and Roman shook his head, his watery eyes spilling over into tears.
"Lo...-" She cut him off.
"...-I'm not doing this to hurt you... because trust me, it's killing me to even say this to you, but I've been lying to you, Roman, to everyone and that's not okay with me. You deserve better than that. I have to get better, not just for you but for myself. I have to do this for me, and you have to go to High Flyers," Logan said as she wiped the tears from his eyes, and then wiped the tears from her own.
"Logan... Lo, I love you, please don't do this," Roman whispered. Logan hung her head, pressing her forehead against his shoulders. She thought the irony of him saying he loved her for the first time when she was saying they should take a break was almost funny.
"Oh, Roman... it's because I love you that we have to do this," She whispered back to him before bringing their lips together. Roman's lips immediately moved with hers as he held her close. Logan cupped his cheeks and gently ran her fingers through his hair on the back of his neck. She was the first to pull away and she put her hands on his shoulders.
"Can I still write you letters?" He asked.
"Only when you have time... don't go out of your way to try and do it," Logan said. Roman nodded as he buried his head in the nape of her neck, gently pressing a kiss to her shoulder blade. "I can't believe you told me you love me for the first time when I was semi-breaking up with you," Logan said and Roman laughed. She felt the rumble of his chest against hers as he laughed and it made her feel at peace.
"I've been holding it in for such a long time. I love you, Logan, and if this is what you need in order to get better for yourself, I will wait for you forever," Roman whispered. Logan gently kissed the top of his head.
"I love you, Roman," She whispered as she ran her fingers through his curls. "Can we go inside and replicate this cuddling position but lying down?" She asked. She felt the rumble of his chest again as he laughed.
"Of course we can."
