At those words, Marley smiled and said

"I finally get to meet her." Sebastian walked in with Rachel, and Rachel was shocked and Marley said

"Sebastian talks about you all the time." Sebastian blushed and said

"I do not." Marley giggled and said

"Then why are you blushing cousin?" Rachel giggled, and Marley looked at Rachel and said

"It's all good things, I once told him to distract me from being in here, and he spoke about you, never a bad word about you." Rachel smiled at her, and said

"I'm glad." Marley then turned to Sebastian, who helped her sit up and she said

"Your dad came for a visit Sebastian." Sebastian was shocked and said

"Really, what did he want?" Marley sighed and said

"He wasn't happy that I made you my emergency contact, but then I explained to him why, and he came around, and then he told me some good news." Sebastian was curious and said

"What did he tell you?" Marley smiled and said

"He told me, that when I get out of here, and I recovered at home, I get to go to Dalton with you." Sebastian was pleased and said

"I'm glad, it will be nice having you at school with me, and Rachel won't be the only girl." Rachel smiled and said

"I won't be, it will be nice having a girl there." As she said that, some doctors walked in, and Sebastian said

"Let's go Rach, we need to let Marley rest." Rachel stood up and said goodbye to her, as did Sebastian. Rachel followed Sebastian out of the hospital, and Sebastian said

"I know you want to know." Rachel stayed silent, and Sebastian said

"She suffered bulimia, really badly, she's recovering." Rachel didn't know what say, as Sebastian continued

"It was a girl at Crawford, Dalton's sister school. She convinced my baby cousin Marley that she was fat, that she wasn't good enough and everything else, even showed her how to make herself sick. It was bad, I tried to help her, but she kept pushing away. I was hurt, devastated that my own cousin who is like my little sister pushed me away, and then one day she took some laxatives, and she ended up being allergic to them, and she's been here ever since. It breaks my heart seeing her like this, I felt like I failed her when I got the call saying she was on her way to the hospital." Rachel put a comforting hand on his arm and said
"You haven't failed her, if you had you wouldn't be seeing her everyday, and she wouldn't have smiled brightly at you when she saw you walk in." Sebastian looked at Rachel and said

"That's what Thad always says." Rachel smiled and said

"Maybe you should listen to your friends more often." Sebastian smiled as he got into his car with her and said

"Maybe I should." Rachel buckled up as Sebastian started his car and she said

"I won't tell anyone about her, she obviously means so much to you, and you seem to care about her deeply." Sebastian was grateful for Rachel and said

"Thanks, I worry about her, worry that she won't get better." Rachel sighed and said

"She will get better, she's there to get better, and she will, knowing that her older cousin cares about her." Sebastian gave a small smile and said

"I hope so. She's basically my best friend, and I don't want to lose her." Rachel looked at him and said

"You won't lose her, I know you won't, and she seems to be getting better each day." Sebastian smiled as he kept his eyes on the road and said

"She does doesn't she, I just hope she recovers." Sebastian pulled into Dalton and Rachel said

"She will over time, all you have to do is be there for her, and be patient with her." Sebastian stopped the car and said

"I know, and thank you." Rachel smiled and said

"Your welcome, and thank you for letting me meet her, it distracted me a little bit." Sebastian smiled as they got out the car and he said

"I'm glad, and if you ever want to see her again, let me know and we can go." Rachel hugged him and said

"I will." Rachel pulled the hug, walked to car and said

"Goodbye Sebastian." She waved at him, and then got into her car and left. She drove home and wondered if it will be so bad, if Sebastian knew her secret. All of it, and not just parts, since he showed and told her his secret, and thought maybe Sebastian isn't so bad after all, and maybe he isn't the same person who almost blinded Blaine and blackmailed her. Rachel saw a different side of Sebastian, and wondered if the one she saw today was the real one, as he seemed to care about his cousin deeply. Sebastian walked into Dalton, and walked to the campus cafe where he saw Thad, who said

"How did she take it?" Sebastian sat down and said

"Surprisingly very well." Thad smiled and said

"And?" Sebastian sighed and said

"I love her, and I don't know what to do." Thad was shocked at his friend's confession and said

"The only thing you can do, is make sure she doesn't know yet." Sebastian sat back in his seat and said

"I know." Sebastian knew it would be hard to be around Rachel. Rachel walked inside, and was attacked by Ava and Lexi in a hug, and she led them to the kitchen where they started baking with Quinn and Beth. While their muffins were in the oven, Rachel and Quinn got the girls to choose a movie, Quinn noticed Rachel's mood and she said

"Rach talk to me, what's on your mind?" Rachel watched her daughters and she said

"I think I'm going to let someone else know about Ava and Lexi." Quinn was shocked and said

"Who?"  Rachel turned to face Quinn and said

"Sebastian." Quinn was even more shocked and said

"You better pray that he won't tell anyone else." As Quinn said that, the oven went off and Rachel took out their muffins and said

"I know." Rachel did have her worry that Sebastian could people about them, but knowing about his cousin and where she is, she knew maybe she could trust him with this, after all she is tired of the pain and heartache, and maybe Sebastian will help her through it.
