Rachel officially broke up with Hunter, and Sebastian couldn't have been anymore happier. Sebastian looked at her, smiled and kissed her in the middle of the hallway at Dalton for everyone to see. Thad was shocked at the two, but he was pleased for Rachel and Sebastian as was Nick and Jeff who watched the two flirt in every class and secretly fall in love with each other.

Rachel ended up introducing Marley, Thad, Nick and Jeff to Ava and Lexi after Sebastian helped her reopen the case from 4 years ago and Hunter could no longer deny what happened and he still doesn't know that Ava and Lexi are his which is what Rachel has always wanted, her daughters loved Marley, Thad, Nick and Jeff and could get the boys to do whatever they wanted. Rachel will always protect Ava and Lexi, and they both adored Sebastian and instantly became daddy's girls, and when they called him dad for the first time, he cried happy tears. The warblers ended up going to Nationals where they came equal first with the new directions which pleased Rachel as it meant her two best friends Quinn and Noah won as well.

Sebastian never thought that his baby cousin Marley would ever get better, but with the help from Rachel, Thad and Skylar, Marley was able to get better, and Sebastian was grateful that she did get better. Sebastian never thought that he would ever end up with Rachel ever has he never thought Rachel noticed him, but he also never thought Rachel was a mum, which surprised him more. Rachel never thought she would graduate because she was a single mum to two twin daughters and was scared that someone could harm them. She ended up graduating from Dalton and was headed to New York to study at NYADA with Sebastian studying at NYU to become a lawyer like Thad, and leaving Ohio to go to New York with her daughters to give them better opportunities.

Rachel was currently in her room packing up the last of her things in the box, when Sebastian walked in, hugged her from behind, turned her around and kissed her

"I love you." Rachel kissed him and said

"I love you too." Sebastian smiled at her and said

"How I longed to hear you say that to me, and I now get to hear it every time and any time I want." Rachel smiled at him as she taped down the last box of her clothes and said

"Are you going to stare at me or are you going put the last box in the car?" Sebastian laughed and said

"If you gave me the option you know I would choose to stare at you every time, your gorgeous and sexy." Rachel blushed as Sebastian picked up the box, and carried it to the car as Ava and Lexi ran in excitedly and hugged her. She kissed their hair and said

"Are all of your things packed up, as I don't want to get to our new home in New York and you tell me that you forgot something." Ava and Lexi looked up at their mum and said

"Yes." Sebastian walked in and said

"Yes to your things are packed up, or yes to you will forget something and you won't tell us until we get to New York." Ava and Lexi turned to Sebastian and said

"Yes our things are packed up Daddy." Sebastian always smiled when they called him that, Rachel looked at the girls and said

"I'm going to double check that you have everything." Rachel then walked out the room and to the girls room, leaving Sebastian with the girls. Ava and Lexi walked over and hugged Sebastian and Ava said

"Thank you for not hurting her daddy." Sebastian still smiles whenever they call him that, and he said

"I would never hurt her at all, just like I won't ever hurt you or Ava." Rachel walked back in and said

"This time you were actually telling the truth." Ava giggled and said

"Of course we were mummy." Rachel walked over to them and Sebastian put his arm around Rachel and said

"You ready for New York?" Rachel kissed him and said

"As I'll ever be." Rachel picked up Ava, as Sebastian picked up Lexi, and walked out of Rachel's old room, and bid her mum farewell for the last time, and got in their family car and drove to New York where they met up with Thad and Marley. Rachel and Sebastian entered their new apartment with the last of their things, with Ava and Lexi, who rushed to pick their own room. Rachel looked around the apartment and then smiled at Sebastian said

"I never thought I would be here in New York, with you, Ava and Lexi." Sebastian kissed Rachel's forehead and said

"I never thought I would be here either with you in general, and Ava and Lexi are a bonus, and they are adorable" As Sebastian said those words, Ava and Lexi walked out of their rooms that they picked, they looked at Sebastian, and then at each other, kneeled before their mum and Sebastian. Ava and Lexi looked at Rachel smiling and said

"Mummy will you let Sebastian be our daddy?" Rachel was confused as she knew Ava and Lexi already considered him their dad until she turned to her and saw Sebastian on one knee in front of her and he said

"Rachel, I love you, and I love Ava and Lexi, you girls are my world and everything more. Rachel Berrywill you marry me?" Rachel was shocked, and surprised and Ava and Lexi excitedly said

"Say yes mummy, you know you want to." Rachel laughed at the two, and she smiled at Sebastian and

"I will." Sebastian placed the ring on her finger, hugged her and kissed her, as Ava and Lexi stood up and rushed to them happy and excited that they were finally getting a dad and their mum was finally happy.
