When I didn't feel the dagger pierce my skin, I opened my eyes slowly. Aelita was gone along with the Frost Giants. I tried to sit up, but a sharp pain on my side prevented me to. A few tears escaped from my eyes as I recalled back to what happened. I couldn't believe that she was going to kill me. Her own sister.

"SYRENA!"

In the corner of my eye, I saw others were rushing towards me. A small smile formed on my lips and I blacked out.

Syrena's POV

When I opened her eyes, I was staring at a white ceiling. Looking around the room, I saw Iron Man, Black Widow, and Captain America looking at a strange machine with a line going up and down. Thor and Hulk were having an argument on who's stronger. Power Man and Hawkeye were watch a screen while devouring large amounts of food. Iron Fist was mediating in the corner of the room. Nova and Spiderman were arguing about something and White Tiger slapped the back off their heads. Captain America turned his head toward me and smiled. "Why hello Sleeping Beauty." He said. "Everyone, she's awake." Black Widow called. Everyone stopped what they were doing and rushed over to me. "Thank the Lord! It's a miracle!" Nova shouted as he held my hand. Spiderman and White Tiger rolled their eyes.

"W-Where am I?" I asked him tiredly. "The infirmary." Iron Man answered. I tried to sit up, but Hawkeye forced me back on the bed. "Sorry Princess, you can't. You took pretty harsh beating from your sister. Two broken ribs, a fractured jaw, and a couple bruises. Nothing really life threatening." He said. I played with the bed sheets, remembering Aelita pinning me down holding the flaming dagger and Loki wearing that stupid smirk on his face.

"...He's going to pay." I growled softly.

"I must apologize for my brother's actions. He will be severely punished for the pain he has caused for you and your sister." Thor said with a stern look on his face. I looked up at him and place a hand on his muscular arm. "Let's not play the apology card yet. The only one at fault here is Loki." Spiderman said and we all nodded in agreement. "Speaking of the monster, where did he go?" I asked. "He ran off with his tail between his legs along with Aelita and the Frost Giants." Black Widow answered. "So what now?" Nova asked. "Hulk want to smash Horn Head and Dragon Lady for hurting Princess." Hulk growled.

"Hold on Big Guy. We need to figure out how to stop whatever Loki's planning. said. "And that would be what?" Hawkeye asked. Suddenly, the TV screen went off and made this loud buzzing sound that made my ears bleed. It turned back on and it showed a face I never wanted to see again. "Loki." I growled. He was standing on a tall building with an 'A' on the side of it with one hand behind his back and the other holding his staff. "He's at Avengers Tower." added Iron Man.

"Attention mortals! I am Loki, God of Mischief, and I am here to plunge your pathetic world into darkness. How you ask? With this contraption." He pulled a stone dragon head from behind his back. It was colored a light purple and inside its jaws was a polished silver jewel. "It can't be..." I whispered. "What is that?" Spiderman asked. "The Lacerta Comedenti. It is an object of unimaginable power. It was supposed be protected on Dragcora." I explained. "I will use of power of this mystical object and combine it with another source of power greater of my own." Loki said.

"There something else more powerful than Loki?" Iron Fist asked. "Apparently so." Thor answered and we turned our heads back toward the screen. "Once I combine these two power sources, I WILL BECOME THE MOST POWERFUL BEING IN THE UNIVERSE!!!" He laughed maniacally. "Oh, and if your so called 'Earth's Mightiest Heroes' try to stop me, I just destroy your planet either way. Have fun preparing your demise." He laughed and the TV screen shut off. The only sound in the room was the buzzing of the TV. "He's going to destroy the planet." Power Man gasped. "Not just that, but the universe also." White Tiger said sadly. "...Let's not dull on that for now. The only thing that we can think about right now is stopping Loki. " Spiderman said confidently. We looked at each other and nodded, smiling. "So, we have to figure out this other power source that is more than Loki. Any ideas?" Captain America.

'A source more powerful than Loki...what could that be?' I thought to myself. Suddenly, something in my head sparked and I felt my whole body go numb. My anxious fingers played with the sheets and breathing grew ragged. "Syrena? Syrena, what wrong?" Iron Man asked. "I-I think I k-know what it is." I said anxiously. "What is it?" Nova asked. I took in a deep breath and I started to explain. "The other power that Loki was talking about is inside my sister. It's called the Life Dragon." I answered. "Life Dragon?" Iron Man asked.

"Thousands of years ago, there was an ancient cosmic dragon called Galaxia. It wandered around the the cold emptiness of the universe alone and sad. It didn't want to the universe to remain empty anymore, so it split itself into thousands of different dragon spirits. One of the spirits was the Life Dragon." I explained. "What powers does the Life Dragon contain?" Captain America asked. "The only known power of the Life Dragon is that it created the first living beings of the universe. The rest of its power is unknown." I answered. "So, that's why Loki turned Aelita into the monster she is now. He needed that power inside of her." Iron Fist said with an edge in his voice. "And now he's going to use the power of the Lacerta Comedenti along hers to destroy not only your world, but Asgard, Dragcora, and the rest of universe." Thor said sadly.

"...So what do we do now?" Hawkeye asked.

"...What else? We fight." Spiderman said. "If Loki wants to rule the universe, then he will have to go through us."

"Spidey's right. Loki wants a fight, we'll give him one. Here's the plan." Iron Man said.

Normal POV

On the 110th floor of Avengers Tower, Loki and Aelita stood watching Frost Giants carrying seven large black crystals, preparing for a special ceremony. "See those my dear?" Loki said. "A bunch of rocks?" Aelita questioned. "Don't be fooled. Those crystals are more than they appeared to be." Loki explained. He took her hand in his and led her outside of the tower. The sky was painted black with dozens of little lights twinkling across the sky. The moon floated above the city as if it was a dictator of the sky. "Do you know the reason why I fell in love with you?" He asked. "I'm just that attractive?" She smirked. "Well yes, but something else." He said, placing a hand on her cheek. He dragged his hand to where her heart his. "You have a power inside you that is essential part for our future together and with the stones and this," He gestured to the encased dragon head behind him, "we can achieve that. All thanks to you, my Queen." He smiled at her and wrapped his arms around her. "You're welcome, my King." She smiled back wrapping her arms around his neck. Slowly, they leaned in with their eyes closed. Inch by inch, their lips drew closer together until a tiny space was left between them. When suddenly...

WHOOSH!!!

A torrent of water washed over the vile couple, making them soaking wet. "What in the name of- ?!" Loki cursed. "Syrena." Aelita growled as she looked towards the sky. "Hey Loki, you look a little washed up." A voice said, coming from the clouds. The couple looked up to see Hawkeye and White Tiger on S.H.I.E.L.D hovercycles were with Iron Man, Thor, and Nova flying behind them. "Ooh, nice one." Hawkeye laughed as he and Nova fist bumped. "And I thought one Spiderman was enough." White Tiger groaned. "It's over Brother, stop this madness!" Thor ordered, but Loki laughed. "You think ordering me around will make me stop? Please! Frost Giants, destroy them!" He ordered and the Frost Giants obeyed. "This way, my dear. we must prepare the ritual for our future." Loki said grabbing Aelita's arm but she resisted. "No... I want to finish her off this time. Go prepare the ritual. I'll be there as soon as I can." She said in a cold voice. "Fine, don't die." He said harshly and disappeared. Green flames surrounded Aelita and a high pitched roar filled the air.

Syrena's POV

I have to admit. Giving Loki a bath was the most fun I ever had. Pulling such a juvenile stunt was such a rush, but I have to keep my head on the mission. I flew through the air, blasting Frost Giants with hot water. Suddenly, I heard a loud roar booming in my ears. Before I had the chance to see what it was, something tackled me and hurled me down to the ground. While spiraling in the air, I looked up to see a black dragon with hate in its eyes flying next to me. 'Aelita!' I yelled. I regained my balance and I flew her. 'You can't give Loki the Life Dragon. You know what will happen if you do!' I told her. 'I don't care what happens! I just want all of you to disappear!' She screamed and shot a stream of fire at me. I countered it with a blast of water, causing steam to appear around us. Cautiously, I flew around a bit when a green streak hit my wing.

While falling the air, I roared in pain but Aelita caught towards me and threw me into the tower. She landed on top of me and I struggled under her. She bit my shoulder and stabbed me with her talons. I blasted a hydro pump in her face. She roared and slashed my cheek. I kicked her in the stomach and she flew back a few feet. 'So you don't care what happens to Dragcora?!' I asked her. 'All I care about is sitting on the throne covered with our mother's blood.' She said in a cold voice.

When she said that, something inside me snapped. I slashed her across her face. She roared, but I threw her and blasted another hydro pump at her. She blocked it with a fire blast of her own. The two attacks were equally matched, but then my attack started to outmatch hers. Suddenly, her attack got a boost of power and started to weaken my attack. An explosion was created between us. The smoke was so thick I couldn't see anything. Then, I heard familiar laughter echoing around me. '...You're still so weak.' She snickered. Suddenly, the smoke around me was disappearing. I saw Aelita flapping her wings dispersing the smoke.

'What do you think Father will say if he saw you right now?!' I screamed at her and she looked at me strangely. '...What did you you say?' She growled. 'You heard what I said. What would Father think if he saw his own daughter disgracing his legacy?! He'll be disappointed in what you have become!' I shouted at her. She will probably kill me right now, but this maybe the only way to reach her this one and final time. 'How dare you speak about him?!' She screamed and shot a fireball at me. Quickly, I shot myself into the air, but my burned wing made it harder to fly. 'You wanted to honor him by coming here to Earth and become the strongest warrior you can be! Instead, you're taking orders from a pompous Asgardian who is trying to destroy the universe! Oh yes, he would be so proud of you doing that!' I said in a strange tone which I think humans called it sarcasm.

'Shut up! I just about had enough of you!' She yelled. Suddenly, her body was covered in emerald flames. A large ball of fire formed at her mouth. The fire grew and grew and grew until it was it was bigger than the entire building. 'DIE!' She roared and threw the fire at me. I tried to block it with a water shield, but the shield cracked and broke. Slowly, I closed my eyes and whispered softly.

Spiderman's POV

'Ito'

"Alright guys! Time to move out!" I ordered. Iron Fist, Power Man, Hulk, Captain America, Black Widow and I were climbing our way up the stairs of Avengers Tower. When we reached the 110th floor, in the shadows we watched Frost Giants arranging seven black crystals in a circle with unlit candles around it. "What is all this?" Power Man asked. "It looks like some kind of ritual." Black Widow answered quietly. She turned her gaze toward something in the corner and frowned. "Everyone, look over there." She pointed to something shining on the other side of the room. "The Lacerta Comedenti." Cap said.

"Our primary target. We must use great stealth to get it." Iron Fist said. "Right. Widow, Spidey you're up." Captain America said. Black Widow and I stealthily move through dozen Frost Giants. there were some close calls but we reach the Lacerta Comedenti no problemo. Black Widow pulled out a laser glass cutter out of her belt and carefully cut through the glass.

Iron Fist's POV

In the shadows, Captain America, Hulk, Power Man and I stayed and watch Black Widow and Spiderman retrieving the Tesseract. Suddenly, I heard whimpering noises from behind me. I turned around and saw A wided eyed Hulk with a huge cockroach on his face. "Hulk, don't move." I said calmly. "I told Tony to get this place exterminated. Try not move Hulk." Captain America muttered. Hulk's lips quivered as the cockroach crawled up into his hair. "Hulk...don't...like...BUGS!" He roared so loud that I thought my eardrums popped. All the Frost Giants turned in our direction and ran towards us with their weapons armed. "You two cover Black Widow and Spiderman. Hulk and I will deal with the rest of them." Captain America ordered. We nodded and fought our way through to Spiderman and Black Widow. Spiderman fended off the giants as Black Widow continued cutting the glass case.

Spiderman was pinned down by a giant, but Power Man grabbed it and pulled it off him."About time you guys got here. Hey uh Ms. Widow not that we're in a rush or anything, but can you please hurry it up with the cutting?" Spiderman said as he webbed up a herd of giants. "Almost there and don't call me Ms. Got it!" She carefully grabbed the stone head and stuffed it in her bag.

"Well well well, what do we have here?" A familiar voice said. Above us, Loki floated down from the ceiling staff in hand with an evil smirk painted his lips. "I was wondering why there was only a few of you 'heroes' outside." He snickered. "It's over Horn Head! We have the necklace so you can stop your evil plan of taking over the universe!" Spiderman shouted to him. "And return our friend back to normal!" Power Man shouted. Loki looked a us with a serious look on his face, but he threw his head back and laughed. "What's so funny?" Black Widow asked sharply. "You all of course. Thinking that you all won." He smirked and snapped his fingers.

Suddenly, the earth started to shake beneath our feet. In the center of the crystals, a hole in the ground opened up. A giant stone pillar slowly rose from the hole with a giant black crystal chained on it. Above it, a small object emanated an eerie black light. "Wait, is that...?" I started to asked. As if she was thinking the same thing, she checked her bag. "It's gone!" She yelled. "What did you do with the Lacerta Comedenti Loki?!" Spiderman asked him. "The Lacerta Comedenti you tried to steal was nothing more than an illusion I created." Loki answered.

"Guys, look what's in that crystal!" Powerman shouted. Inside the crystal, there was an outline of a person. The person had light brown skin with curly black hair with a green streak in their hair...? Wait...that's...

Spiderman's POV

"Why is Aelita in that crystal?!" Iron Fist shouted to the Asgardian. What?! I looked at the crystal and saw Aelita encased inside sleeping peacefully inside. "So, wait the Aelita that was outside...?" I said. Suddenly, a door behind us opened up and revealed Frost Giants holding everyone including Captain America and Hulk. "Was also another illusion. God of Mischief remember? And now since both pieces are in my grasp, we can finally begin!" Loki shouted. He floated over to one of the small crystals and aimed his staff at it. He shot a blue light at it, making it illuminate a black light. The other smaller crystals started to glow along with it. Suddenly, all seven crystals each shot out a black beam at the larger crystal making it illuminate an eerie black light.

Inside the master crystal, a white light emanated from Aelita's heart. Slowly, the light floated out Aelita's, out of the crystal and floated up to where Loki was. Suddenly, the light began to morph into something else. It morphed a long slender body, claws, and a head that resembled a...dragon. "Is that...?" I whispered. "The Life Dragon." Black Widow answered. The Life Dragon looked down at Aelita and I heard it let out a sad growl. It looked up at Loki and roared in anger. Unfazed by the dragon's fury, Loki raised the Lacerta Comedenti towards the dragon, but it moved back and let out another roar. Suddenly, a giant black tornado formed around the silver jewel sucking everything inside it. We quickly to cover behind one of the crystals to prevent from being sucked in.

Struggling to stay on the ground, the Frost Giants were being pulled into it along with our friends. They let go of them and quickly grab onto the ground holding on for dear life. "No!" I yelled as I shot a web line out to them but the wind blew it away. As if hearing my call, the Life Dragon rushes towards them and and catches them in a sphere of light. It set the sphere in front of us but a giant gust of wind pulled the dragon towards the Lacerta Comedenti. "We have to do something!" I yelled at everyone. "We can't! If we do, we'll get suck inside along with the Life Dragon!" Black Widow yelled. The Life Dragon roared as half of its body was inside the tornado. "But it..." I looked at the dragon. It locked its starry eyes with me and turned its gaze at Aelita. It roared as its body was pulled in further until there was nothing but its head. Letting out one final roar, it disappeared inside the jewel. "No..." I gasped. "Finally...universal conquest SHALL BE MINE!" Loki screamed. The eyes of the Lacerta Comedenti glowed green and black mist started to wrap around the Asgardian.

Suddenly, the ground began to shake again. Pieces of the ceiling started falling down and the ground was cracking. "We need to get out here!" Power Man yelled. "There's an escape route not to far from here! Let's grab the others and move!" Black Widow yelled as she carried Hawkeye and Captain America. Iron Fist carried White Tiger and Nova and Power Man carried Hulk and Iron Man. As I ran with Thor on my back, I looked back towards the master crystal. Half of the crystal was broke and Aelita's limp body was hung over the side. My mind flashed back to the Life Dragon's gaze. "Power Man, take Thor and keep going! I got something to do!"I said as I shot a web line and swung up the pillar. "Spidey!" He called out but I kept going. I landed in front of the crystal and I rushed over to Aelita. Holding her by the stomach, I easily pulled her out and held her icy body in my arms. "Aelita, Aelita! Wake up!" I shouted to her. No response. "Aelita, please wake up !" I shouted again. No response. The ground began to shake more violently making the pillar crumble. Looking around, I saw a hole in the ceiling. With Aelita on my back, I shot web line at the ceiling and swung us through the hole.

When we got outside, the building was falling apart that there was nowhere to run. Suddenly, I heard this rumbling noise from behind us. I turned around to see a giant boulder rolling towards us. Immediately, I started running down the building as fast as I can. "Yo Web Head!" I heard a voice shouted from above. I looked up to see Nova flying towards us. "Take Aelita!" I shouted as I handed her to him and I shot at web line around his ankle. He flew us all the way down to the base of the tower where the others are. "Spidey, you alright?" White Tiger asked. "Yeah. I just had to get something first." I answered. "More like someone." Hawkeye said as I held Aelita in my arms. "We're glad that you're here because you've got bigger problems." Cap said pointing down the street. I saw trees decaying and people lying on the ground clutching their chests. "What's going on?" I asked. "My guess is when the Life Dragon was taken away from Aelita everything will start to rot and die." Iron Man said. "By the way Spiderman, did you see Loki when you rescued Princess Aelita?" Thor asked.

"Uh..."

Suddenly, the ground began to shake again. "Look!" Iron Fist pointed to Avengers Tower where a pillar of black mist flowed out of the building. Two giant black claws appeared out of the smoke along with a pair of leather wings that were green with yellow markings. Slowly, A dragon head pushed through the smoke. Its eyes shined green and it had a pair of golden horns on top of its head. "What the..." White Tiger, Nova, Iron Fist, Power Man, and I gasped. "Language." Iron Man and Captain America scolded us. The dragon spread it wings and pushed itself of the ground. It soared and I saw something glowing in its chest. It smashed some building and blasted a few cars with its scepter like tail. "Is that Loki?" Black Widow asked. "Judging by the destructive personality it's him and I'm positive that's the Lacerta Comedenti glued into his chest." Iron Man answered. "So what do we do now?" Hawkeye asked. I looked down at Aelita as she lied limped in my arms. Her face was so pale and lifeless. Flashbacks of her beautiful smile run through my mind. Then I remembered the gaze of the Life Dragon before it disappeared.

I looked toward the others.

"We're going dragon slaying."

Normal POV

ROAR!

Dragon Loki roared to the sky, as he smashed another building and zapped another with his scepter tail. He raised his head and wings up high as he walked through the street until he heard a voice yelling "Hey Lizard Breath! I've got something to say to you!". He looked down to see Spiderman with a serious expression on his face. The dragon lowered his head to the hero's level and blew smoke in his face. They both looked at each other in the eye. Slowly, Spiderman lift up his mask and...

PPTHHPTHPFFTHPPPT!!!

He blew a raspberry at the dragon's face! Loki looked at the hero with the most confused face in the world and growled. Spiderman kept blowing raspberries at Loki who grew irritated at the noise. He then started making faces at the dragon. Fed up, Loki blew a stream of green fire at Spiderman. Spiderman shot a web at a light pole and avoiding the flames. "Miss me, miss me and I definitely don't wanna kiss you!" He said in a sing song voice. "Catch me if you can!" He shouted as he swung away. Spreading its wings, Loki followed the hero down the street.

Spiderman's POV

One: make fun of Dragon Loki. Check.Two: get Dragon Loki to follow you. Check. Three: try to lure Dragon Loki into a trap without dying. Still in the process.

ROAR!

With fury in his eyes, Dragon Loki flew fast with his tail glowing brightly. He shot a blue beam at me, but I dodged it. "Come on! You can do better than that!" I mocked him. He roared and flapped his giant wings faster gaining more speed. In no time, I finally reached the construction site. I landed on top of an unfinished building waving my hands wildly at the dragon. "Hey, over here! Come get Spidey!" I shouted. He roared and flew straight down at me jaws opened wide. Gotcha! Jumping on top of nearby crane, I watched as Loki flew straight down into the building. Breaking through 8 stories of wood, steel beams, and glass, Loki crashed into the ground unconscious. Power Man and Hulk secured the head and tail. Iron Fist, White Tiger, Cap and Hawkeye secure the wings. Black Widow, Nova, Iron Man, and I approached the dragon.

"Lock on target." Iron Man ordered as we aimed at the Lacerta Comedenti. Black Widow aimed her stingers, I readied my web shooters, and Nova and Iron Man charged their energy blasts. "Fire!" He shouted. At first, it didn't seem to be working until I saw a small crack in the jewel. "It's working, keep going!" I shouted as we boosted our attacks at it. Suddenly, Loki woke up and started to squirming and growling. Everyone tried to hold him down, but he only fought harder. "Just a little more..." I mumbled. Then, Loki broke out of everyone's grip and started to fly away, but Nova and Iron shot one of his wings making him crash into the ground.

Quickly, he got up and crouched down snarling at us. He released a stream of flames out of his mouth. We all dodged it and I fired a web at his ugly mug. Using his sharp tail, he cut the webbing off and growled at us. Black Widow went behind the dragon and used her stingers on it. Hawkeye shot a net arrow at Loki, but he burned the net and threw Black Widow off his back. He aimed his tail at them and shot a blue light at them. "Look out!" I shouted but it was too late. They were trapped in a blue sphere. "We gotta get them out of there!" Cap yelled as he, Thor, and Hulk started attacking the sphere. "Hulk SMASH bubble!" Hulk yelled as he hit the sphere with his giant sphere. "It's no use! It's not gonna break!" Hawkeye said.

"Look out!" Black Widow yelled as Loki aimed his tail at Thor, Cap, and Hulk and shot another laser at them trapping them also. "It's just you and me kids." Iron Man said before another laser hit him trapping him too. "Make that just you." He corrected himself. Dragon Loki roared to the sky as if he won the battle. "...Well, it's nice knowing you guys." Nova said as he started to flying away. "Uh, where do you think you're going?" I asked him. "I'm getting the heck out of here. There's nothing left for us now. Time to move on." He said nonchalantly. "So that's it? You're giving up?" White Tiger asked angrily. "Yep." He answered. "Saying that you gave up is saying you gave up on Aelita and the people of New York." Iron Fist said. "What kind of hero are you?" Power Man asked. "Uh have you guys forgotten that all of the Avengers are all captured and we've got a giant dragon that is going to destroy the universe?!" Nova yelled. "And you think quitting is the best solution?!" White Tiger yelled back. "Ok, both of you need to chill out." Power Man said calmly. "Agreed. There's too at stake for petty arguments." Iron Fist said.

Regardless of what they say, Nova and White Tiger kept arguing with each other. In the distance, Dragon Loki was burning some buildings. Eyeing his chest, the jewel of the Lacerta Comedenti still had that crack in it and I saw faint silver glow come from hit. Suddenly, a lightbulb when off y head. "Hey guys! I got a plan!" I shouted at them, but they kept arguing. "Hello? Guys? Plan over here." I said a bit irritated, but still they kept arguing. "Nova, there's bunny on your leg!" I shouted. "AH! WHERE?!" He screamed as he jumped in Power Man's arms. "Now that I have your attention, I have a plan." I told them.

"White Tiger, you go for the Lacerta Comedenti on Loki's chest. Aim for the crack that's on the jewel. Iron Fist, you cover for her while the rest of us distract Loki. Got it?" I asked them. They looked at each other and back at each other. "Uh, are you sure that's going to work?" Power Man asked. "I am 100% sure that it's going to work. In fact, make that 101%." I reassured. "Besides this probably our last shot of getting Aelita back. So who's with me?" I asked. "...Well a plan is better than none. I'm in." White Tiger said. "Risky yet logical. I am also in." Iron Fist said. "Count me too." Power Man said dropping Nova on the ground. "You know the whole quitting thing was just a way to motivate you guys just so you know." He said. We all gave him the 'yeah right' look. "Circle up and hands in." I said. We made a circle and stacked our hands in the middle.

"1, 2, 3!" I shouted.

"Draga!"

Nova, Power Man, and I hid on top of a crane in the shadows watching Loki eyeing the Avengers as if mocking them especially Thor. White Tiger and Iron Fist hid behind some pipes waiting for the signal. Loki picked up the sphere with Cap, Hulk, and Thor and started rolling it around like a cat playing with yarn. "Hulk going to be sick."Hulk burped and covered his mouth. "If you vomit on me you monster, Odin's beard I will-" Thor started to say until Loki picked up the ball and put it to his mouth.

"Hey Puffy the Magic Dragon!" I shouted. He looked at me and growled. He dropped the sphere on the ground and rushed towards us. "Nova, you're up!" I called to him. "On it Webs!" He shouted as he flew around Loki's face like an annoying fly. "Hey Lizard Breath! Over here!" He mocked as Loki tried to swat him with his tail. "Our turn!" I called to Power Man. We jumped off the crane up landing in front of the dragon. "Hey Loki! Over here you big lug!" I shouted running around him avoiding being crushed by his giant claws. "No, over here!" Power Man yelled.

"Tiger now!" I yelled at the piles of pipes. They jumped from behind the pipes and run towards us. Iron Fist grabbed White Tiger's arm and threw her at Dragon Loki's chest. Perfectly landing on his chest, she sharpen her claws and started scratching. "Hey, this crazy plan is actually working!" Nova shouted until Loki's tail slammed into him and knocking him on the ground. A laser shot out of his tail and trapped Iron Fist in a sphere. "You just had to open your mouth didn't you?" I groaned. Dragon Loki tried stepping on Power Man, but he held on to the claw. "Can't...hold on much... longer." He gasped. Loki locked his green eyes on mine and snorted smoke at me. "Uh oh." I said as he released a torrent of flames at me. I shot a web line at the dragon's chest and swung up to White Tiger.

"So how's it hanging?" I joked. "Cute. Just one more hit and then we'll be-Woah!" She was interrupted by Loki's tail wrapping around us. "No no no no no!" I shouted as Loki lifted us to his face. He let out a cloud of smoke from his nose and opened his mouth wide. "He's going to eat us?!" White Tiger panicked. "I hope not! I probably taste like chili cheese fries!" I yelled. Looking around for a solution, I notice the end of the tail was metal, and metal plus electricity equals oh yeah!

"Tiger, you're probably gonna hate me for this." I said as I launched a electric web vine at the metal. I turned on the electricity and I felt thousands of bolts of energy in my body. Guessing Loki felt the same thing, he roared in pain and dropped us. Quickly, I grabbed White Tiger and shot a web line at the Lacerta Comedenti. "You alright?" I asked White Tiger. "You're right I do hate you for that!" She shouted. "You're alright." I said. Dragon Loki recovered from his static attack and roared again. "Oh no." I groaned as Loki looked down at us. He grabbed the webbing and pulled it up. "Spidey!" White Tiger yelled, pushing me out off the line. "Tiger!" I shouted as Loki held her in his giant claw squeezing her.

"Loki!" I called to him. He looked down at me and growled. "This power never belonged to you in the first place! It belong to someone who knew how to control it! Someone who knew how to use it to help people instead of hurting them. All you want to do is destroy and hurt people! Now you can't do it anymore!" I shouted smashing the jewel making it shatter into a million pieces. Loki roared loudly as a bright silver light surround him.

"ROOOOAAAAARRRR...NOOOOOO!!!" Loki screamed as his body started to transform back into his original form. His claws turned back into hands. His horns turned back into his helmet and his tail returned into the scepter he usually held, but White Tiger started to fall. "I got her!" Nova shouted flying to Tiger. "Guys look!" Power Man pointed to where the Avengers were. The spheres were popping like giant bubbles. "Ugh, finally. I never want to be that close to Widow ever again." Hawkeye sighed happily. Black Widow punched him in the gut making him fold over in pain.

"At least you didn't have to be in closed with the Hulk's foul stench." Thor countered and Hulk just grunt in response. "Good work kids. I knew you could do it." Captain America said. "Eh, I had my doubts but I knew you would come out at the end." Iron Man said confidently. "Thanks... I think." I said. Suddenly, a sliver light flashed from the sky. A small speck of light spun around the sky as if dancing. It quickly transform into a dragon. "The Life Dragon!" Thor shouted. "It's returned." Iron Fist said. The dragon looked down at us and float towards me. It smelled me a little and started to nuzzle me. "Woah, I think it likes you." Nova said.

"Well, he did save it from Loki who planned to use it for universal domination." Hawkeye pointed out. Suddenly, I felt the air began to grow thin making it harder to breathe. "What's...happening?" I gasped. "The Death Cloud... must've...spread...here." Iron Man gasped. Seeing us in distress, the Life Dragon rushed off into the city. "Where's...it...going?" Power Man asked hoarsely. "I think... I know...." Iron Man gasped. The Life Dragon flew above the cloud and shined a light making the cloud dispersed. The dark clouds revealed a starry night sky. The air felt thick again and my breathing became better. The Life Dragon flew back to we were and looked at us curiously.

"The energy of the Life Dragon must've been powerful enough to make that cloud disappear." Iron Man explained. "With that clod gone, the citizens of New York can now live again." White Tiger added. "Good girl err... boy or whatever your gender is." I awkwardly praised the Life Dragon who let out a soft growl.

"I can't believe I failed! All my hard work for nothing and it's all your fault!" Loki shouted pointed at the Life Dragon. The dragon roared at the Asgardian, but I held it back. "Your failure tonight was no one's fault but your own Brother." Thor said sternly. "Don't call me that!" Loki replied furiously. "Anyone want to deliver the final blow?" Cap whispered to us. "Rock paper scissors for it?" I suggested.

ROCK.

PAPER.

SCISSORS.

We both ended up with rock. "Aw, too bad rock can't beat rock." I said with a fake sad tone of voice. "But do you know what a rock does beat?" Cap asked.

"What?"

"A face." He answered and we both punched Loki in the face. He stumbled back on the ground unconscious. "That. Was. Awesome!" Nova squealed. "Alright Avengers! Time to pick the trash." Cap ordered. Suddenly, a black portal appeared out of nowhere. A hooded figure came out of the portal and stood there. "Who are you?" Cap asked. the figure didn't answer and thrust his hand at the unconscious Asgardian. He lifted him off the ground and led him to the portal. "Halt! No one takes my brother!" Thor shouted flying toward the figure. The figure held out his hand at Thor and icicles came out of his hand.

"Odin's beard!" He shouted deflecting it with his hammer. Then, the figure created a snowy wind blinding the rest of us. "Hulk can't see through ice!" Hulk roared. "None of us can Big Guy." Iron Man said. "Where's Thor and Loki?!" Black Widow asked. Soon, the wind went away only to find the figure and Loki gone with only Thor remained.

"What was that?" White Tiger asked. "Who was that?" Power Man asked. "Whoever that was they were powerful." Thor said. "They controlled ice was it a Frost Giant?" I asked. "I've never seen a Frost Giant that powerful." Thor answered. The Life Dragon let a out an annoyed growl and started to get restless. "Anyway, we'll figure that out another day. Right now, you need to get this little guy err girl or whatever to your friend." Cap advised.

"Right." I said and looked at the dragon.

"Time to get you back to where you belong."

S. H. I. E. L. D. Helicarrier

The Avengers had another mission calling to them, so they relied on us to bring the Life Dragon back to Aelita. We arrive to the infirmary to see Fury sat next to Aelita's bed holding her small hand in his. Noticing our presence, he looked up at us. "What the heck is that?" He asked looking at the The Life Dragon next us. "The Life Dragon. It's the only thing that can bring Aelita back." I explained. The dragon floated over to Aelita and nuzzled her face. It hovered over her body and looked back at us as if say thank you.

It entered Aelita's body and disappeared. The color on her face slowly returned to normal. The green streak in her hair disappeared returning it to the beautiful black hue it was. The black markings around her eyes were gone also. Her eyes twitched a little as they slowly opened up.

Aelita's POV

Cold. So...cold. The evil inside was gone, but all that remains is a cold empty void. Suddenly, a bright light shined brightly through my mind. Who...? What...? In the light, I saw a slender shaped with claws floating to me. It's you.

Opening my eyes, I saw the face of Spiderman, Iron Fist, White Tiger, Nova, Power Man and Nick Fury. "Am...Am I dreaming?" I asked sleepily. "No this is all real." A soft voice said. I looked to the right to see Syrena covered in bandages smiling at me. "Oh, if you're here then this is a nightmare." I joked. "She's back!" My friends cheered as I sat up. They all gave me a bone crushing hug, but I didn't mind. "I've- I mean- we've missed you so much!" Spiderman yelled happily.

"I missed you all too and I'm very, extremely sorry for all the trouble I caused you." I said bowing deeply. "You don't need to apologize for anything." Iron Fist said. "We're your friends. We'll do anything for you." Spiderman said.

"But I said and done awful things. I hurt you all, I almost killed my own sister, and I almost caused the whole universe to be destroyed. How can you forgive me so easily?" I asked looking down at my lap. "It's because they trust you. They knew the Aelita they were fighting against wasn't you. They knew somewhere deep inside their friend was waiting for them to rescue her. You are lucky to have friends like them." Syrena said.

Looking at them, they all gave me reassuring, kind smiles at me and I smiled back. "Yeah I do." I looked at my sister. "I'm also lucky to have a sister like you looking out for me. Thanks Sister." I added hugging her. I heard a few sniffles and she hugged me back.

"Welcome back...little flower."

After having a big celebration for my return, Syrena had to go back to Dragcora to catch up on work she was behind on. I sat in my room reading a book when I heard a knock on my door.

"Who is it?" I asked.

"You're Friendly Neighborhood Spiderman." Peter answered.

"Come in." I said. He came inside and sat on my bed. "How are you feeling?" He asked. "Fine, a bit sore but fine. Shouldn't you be home right now?" I answered. "It's only 9pm. Aunt May doesn't get home till about 9:45." He answered.

"Ah."

There was an awkward silence until I broke it. "So...the Life Dragon told me that you saved it." I said. He looked at me with a surprised look on his face. "It did? How?" He asked. "I share its memories with mine. What it remembers I remember and vise versa." I explained. "Woah cool." He said. "Except, sometimes some memories aren't so great." I mumbled.

He tilt his head to the side. "Why do you say that? Did something bad happened?" He asked, but I didn't answer. "Oh sorry I didn't mean-uh..." He panicked. "No it's ok. I'll tell you." I said. Leaning over to the nightstand, I pulled out the drawer. I pulled out the black case and placed it in my lap. "What's that?" Peter asked.

Opening the case slowly, I showed him the obsidian ring with a sliver moon imprinted on it. "Aelita...this is so sudden." He joked. Laughing, I playfully punched him in the arm. "Not you goofball. This is my father's ring." I told him. I pulled the ring out and rolled in my fingers.

"My father was King Astral. He was a Night Dragon and the General of the Army. He and my mother were from two different worlds, but they loved each other. I was more close with him than my mother. He taught me how to defend myself and to not ever give up in a fight. He even told me that in order for a boy to marry me he must beat me in a fight." I chuckled.

"He sound like a great dad." Peter said with a smile.

"He was. Until one stormy day, there a war between Dragcora and an undead army. My father was leading the charge against the enemy. He faced the leader of the army. Both of them fought valiantly until the undead leader killed my father. The worst thing about that day was that I saw the whole thing." I said choking back a sob.

"I'm... I'm so sorry Aelita." Peter said pulling me into his arms. He held me tight and I found myself snuggling in his arms. "You don't have to say anymore. I don't want you to relive that." He whispered softly. "...Thank you. You're actually the first person I told." I said. "You not the only person who lost someone close to you. I lost my Uncle Ben to some thug and I wasn't there to stop him." He said sadly.

"I'm so sorry. Was becoming Spiderman a way to honor your uncle?" I said wrapping my arms around him. "Yeah, I thought becoming Spiderman was a way to help other people." He explained. "I think that's sweet." I told him looking at him. He gave me a sheepish smile and pulled out his phone. "Now that we got our emotions out, I want to show you something." He said.

"What?" I questioned. He unwrapped his arms from around and went to the center of the room. "There's this goofy dance called the Carlton I want to show you. It's from a show called the 'Fresh Prince of Bel air'." He answered. "What kind of royal title is that?" I asked a bit confused. "It's not really a royal title. It just the name of the show." I answered. "Is the Prince's name Carlton?" I asked.

"No, the name of the dance is called the Carlton."

"Do he really rule a place called Bel air?"

"No."

"Does he-"

"Can I do the dance now?" He asked impatiently. "I apologize. Go on." I said.

When the music started playing, I could not believe what I saw. Peter was swinging his arms wildly and his hips were moving in perfect sync with the music. I burst out laughing when he grabbed my hairbrush started singing with it. A minute after the music started, I thought heard a faint knock on my door but I ignored it. The door soon opened and Nick Fury stepped in. I signaled him with my eyes that Fury was here. He looked and immediately stopped dancing and stopped the music.

They looked at each other, not saying a word. Fury grabbed the hairbrush and set it back down on my desk. Spiderman gave a nod and started walking out. He gave me an awkward wave goodbye and I gave him one back. When he left, NIck Fury pinched his nose and sighed and I giggled.

On the far side the galaxy, light years away from Earth lied a planet made of ice. A hooded figure trudged through its rocky terrain, carrying an unconsious Asgardian with him. They approached a cave with a giant door made of ice blocking their way."Aperta mortem." The figure whispered and the door opened. The figure walked inside following a long narrow path to another room in the cave. Two more hooded figures, a larger one and a smaller one, each stood beside a giant ice crystal that was chained to the ground. The figure kneeled down at the crystal setting Loki down on the frost covered floor. "...Awake." The crystal whispered. Immediately, Loki's eyes opened and he sat up slowly.

"...Was your mission a success?" The crystal asked. "Indeed it was and I hope a reward is in favor." Loki smirked. The taller hooded figure tossed a sack to Loki and he caught it. He opened the bag and smiled a pleased smile. "Perfect. Is anything thing else for me to do for you, Master?" He asked. "I have no other use for you Asgardian. Leave now." The crystal ordered. Loki bowed and exited out of the cave with his reward. "Master, aren't you concerned trusting that trickster god?" The smaller figure next to it asked. "Don't worry. He's know what would happen if he betrays me." The crystal said in a dark tone.

The figure in front of him stood up and looked up at it. "Master, will I be entrusted with the next mission?" They asked. "Patience my underlings. You're time will come...soon." The crystal said.

Guys... I. hate. myself. I will never do something like this ever again. My brain is about to die of lack of creativity and I'm rusty from not writing for a long, long, long time. Besides that, I hope you enjoy this trilogy chapter because I may not ever do another one of these again. Remember, last update I posted about dares for the character?
