"wake up," valerie says as she hits me with a pillow, "you can't sleep all day."

"what time is it?" i ask, covering my eyes with my hands. valerie had all the lights on.

"it's 1pm," valerie hits me with the pillow again, "wake up bitch."

"fine, fine," i wave her off, "i'll get up."

"good, because i have a whole day planned out," she says as bends down, looking through her clothes in her suitcase.

barely being able to sit up, i throw the blankets off and let my feet hit the floor, "do we even have time to do anything before the concert?"

"yeah," valerie pauses before she stands up, "we have a few hours before it starts."

"but we have p1. shouldn't we line up soon? i'm sure others already have."

she shakes her head, "nah. we will be okay. not that many people have p1 and they let everyone in by sections. we will be close no matter what."

"okay... but i want to like by at least 2 hours before."

"why?"

"that way we can have a secure spot that is kind of by stage. that and people give out free stuff or sale things. i want to get some fan made merch."

"fair enough. go get ready though," she demands.

reaching for my phone on the bedside table, i check to see if i have any messages, "do you think they are awake?"

"who?"

"the boys, dumbass," i say walking to the bathroom, "i don't have any chat notifications."

"i don't know. surely they are already awake. maybe they are busy."

shrugging my shoulders, i set the phone down on the bathroom counter and pick up my tooth brush i set there the night before.

after brushing my teeth and fixing my hair, i try to pick out an outfit to wear.

"do you think this looks okay?" i ask.

"girl," valerie smiles, "you look good as hell. if i was felix and i saw you in that," she laughs, "let me not finish that."

"you're such a pervert," i shake my head, "but thank you. i want to try to look decent, it is my first time meeting them."

"well, all of them other than jisung and minho."

"yeah... can i ask you something valerie?"

"of course."

"do you like hyunjin?"

valeries eyes widen while her face starts to turn a light shade of pink, "maybe just a little bit."

"oh my god!" i squeal , "thank god. i shipped you two so hard, i swea-"

she cuts me off, "hey! i said a little bit."

"hey, even a little bit can turn into something big. i only liked felix a little bit in the beginning and now look at me. completely whipped for him."

"you were whipped for him before felix, also known as eli, actually came into your life and talked to you."

"i mean you're not wrong... but this is different. i actually know him."

"it feels weird saying that we know them," she says, "when did we get so lucky to have 8 crackheads as friends?"

"girl, i don't know, but i'm glad. whatever good i did in my past life is definitely paying off."

"right. but we should definitely get going. if you want to be there two hours before the concert, that means we only have about 3 or 4 hours to do what we want today."

nodding, i quickly put on my shoes. looking at my outfit, i smile to myself, "i'm ready to go! do i need to bring the keys or are we walking?"

"we can walk, everything is close by," valerie says as she opens the hotel door, "wait, there is something here for you."

"what is it?"

valerie bends down and holds up a little pink envelope, "ummm... i'm guessing it's a letter or something."

taking it from valerie, i read the front of it. 'to kiyia, my little cutie,'

"it definitely has to be from felix," she says. the thought of it being from him made my heart race. if it's a letter, i'm sure that i'll probably just cry on the spot. it was little stuff like this that makes me happy.

"what are you waiting for? open it."

"oh, yeah," i mumble as i open the envelope. taking out the paper, i begin to read it.

'dear kiyia,

i know writing letters is something that a lot of people don't do these days, but i've always liked the idea of  doing things the older way. so instead of texting you all of this, i wanted to write it out. hopefully you get this and some random person doesn't take it while walking by your room... that would be embarrassing.

firstly, i just wanted to say that i hope you have fun at the concert. we all have something special planned since it is our last show in america. please look forward to it!

i also just wanted to say that i can't wait to actually see you in person. i know you have p1 so i'll be looking for you in the crowd... i think the hardest part about all of this is when you step into the room for the group picture. i won't be able to hug you or anything. i'd have to act like you're just another fan, when you're not. you're my girl, and only mine. i hope you have fun today, i will see you after the concert. ♡

"he's so cute," i whine, covering face, "i think i might die."

"what does it say?" valerie asks, "your cheeks are red. any juicy stuff?" she wiggles her eyebrows.

"just read it," i hand her the letter.

valerie reads the letter, and puts her hand over her chest, "it's so cute, but so gross at the same time."

"gross?"

"it's so lovely dovey, barf," valerie laughs.

playfully hitting her shoulder, i take the letter back, "don't judge us."

"i'm not! but it was cute. felix is cute, you're cute, so it's perfect," she smiles, "are you ready to go?"

"yeah, let's go!"

the next few hours are going to be wild. i said that i was ready for this whole experience, but that was a lie. i was so nervous that i felt like i was going to vomit.

i was already nervous to begin with when it was just idols that i was meeting. now i am meeting idols who also happen to my friends while one of them has feelings for me. to say that today is a huge day is an understatement.

okay i was going to make this the whole concert chapter but like i'm already at 1.1k words. i don't really like long chapters sO um the concert chapter will definitely be the next one :) sorrY
