The silence between us stayed, Regina had let me cry and vent all I wanted to and now my eyes and face were red, my head aching terribly.

Regina stood up and got me a glass of water "How are you feeling now?"

I tried nodding my head but got hit with a wave of pain so I whispered "I'm better. Thank you for everything I can't really talk to my parents much because I don't want them to worry about me"

"Of course dear, I'm happy to help. Now I don't want to give you your medications yet because of their side effects and you don't seem to need them, all you need is some rest, just clear your mind and avoid stress"

"I'll try" I stood up but stopped as I got to the door "How's Stella doing"

She seemed to pause for a while "She's fine... Look Ell, you know how things are at the moment but I'm sure She'll come around at least you still have her..." My heartbeat doubled at that, I still had Lilly but not...

"OK remember to please get some rest and you can always talk to me when the need arises" she said cutting my thoughts short. I gave a curt nod and stood up making my exit, I quickly wiped away my tears as I walked down the hallways to the parking lot.

I would have to take a taxi, I sighed and walked to the main road waiting when someone called out to me,

"Ellie?," I turned around, my eyes came in contact with that boy the same one who had exposed me, he stood at the front of a black car heading towards me, a few more eyes turned in our direction, oh no not again... Up until then I'd gotten a few stares but no one was sure it was actually me, but now...

People started rushing towards me, asking for autographs, my parents numbers, some guys saying they love me... Then the boy came over and took me over to the car, I got in quickly as he got into the drivers seat and sped off, he stopped the car after he'd gained enough distance from the crowd.

I turned to stare at him "For some reason you always seem to get me in trouble" I didn't even realise when I said it, I was even too stressed out and annoyed to care to apologise. He didn't seem annoyed instead he blushed, resembling a cute five year old child that had just been caught with his hand in the cookie jar. I sighed

"Forgive me, today has been... Challenging I didn't mean to be rude"
He smiled "Of course not you're actually one of the nicest celebrities I've met". I chuckled

"How many celebrities have you met" he smiled again. "Well just one but I've watched a lot of celebrity TV and your nothing like the others , you're so nice and humble one would think you're some normal, average, everyday girl"

"Thank you" I moved my gaze looking around, "So where are we?"

"The Deluxe, this is my favourite hangout spot, my friends and I come here to just let lose everyday, I was actually on my way to meet them..." He got a message and looked down, he sighed "...looks like they're not gonna be able to make it today, Madelyn is busy preparing for Cheer leading tryouts and she got Aime to help and the guys went to the gym... Without me" he sighed something told me this wasn't the first time something like this had happened.

"Is this the first time this is happening?" He looked at me

"With the girls no the boys yes, they actually left me while we were preparing for a party to go to the gym just so they could 'impress the ladies' " he smirked rolling his eyes only then did I notice he looked kinda suave even cute basically he looked like the cool guys from my movies.

Well they're not here but we are so we might as well go in" he gestured to the front door, I smiled walking in.

The place looked simple yet comfy the chairs were actually soft cushions each table had two cushions and there was a slightly raised platform that had bean bag chairs in pretty colours. The place wasn't filled but it had an adequate number of people, it was extremely cute and bright, like somewhere I would give anything to go to everyday, now I understood why of all cafe's they chose this one as their hangout spot.

He gestured towards a spot at the back close to the window. I smiled and sat on the comfy chair, he sat opposite me.

He looked down at the table I could tell he was nervous, so I intervened.
"So how did u guys decide on this place, I know its cool and all but isn't there a back story?" he smiled

"Yes you're right there is a back story a little silly though..." He paused looking at me as though asking for permission to continue, I nodded "So it was a year ago, Madelyn was extremely upset because she'd been finding it really difficult to learn a new gymnastics move so the guys and I decided to take her out for ice cream just across her street, when we got there we found out that Penny the ice cream guy had moved, Madelyn broke out again saying how nothing was working our for her and that she should just give up then something happened almost like it was out of a movie. We'd taken her away from there thinking, how to get her to stop crying then I saw a flyer on the floor picked it up, lo and behold it was an advertisement for the opening of The Deluxe, it mentioned cakes, cookies, food and ice cream, that was all we needed to hear to take her there. When we arrived the place was somewhat full and there were only two available spots so Madelyn decided we should sit at the back so no one would see her that way. But there was more coming I went to order some ice cream when the waitress turned out to be none other than Aime, she told us she needed some money and had gotten a job there during weekends. And that was when we knew that we were destined to spend our afternoons and weekends here at The Deluxe"

"Awwwn what a cute story" he nodded "So why don't we get some ice cream, I love ice cream"

He looked up smirking "Oh I know, I've read up on all your interviews and teen star magazine, I also know that your favourite colour is purple and your star sign is Aries and u love writing and..." His smirk slowly turned into a goofy smile as he looked down at the table, I laughed "You're cute, thanks for being such a huge fan of mine" he nodded "I'll uh... Um, go get the ice cream now" he stumbled a little as he left the seat to the counter.

After a few minutes he returned with two bowls of ice cream one strawberry vanilla and the other plane vanilla, if he really was as big as a fan as he claimed to be then he would give me the strawberry vanilla

He slowly slid my bowl to me I smiled "Hmm, guess you really are a fan" he smiled we chatted a little more while having out ice creams. And for the first time I didn't feel like I was some super star, I felt normal but not ordinary.... To put into words my feeling, was difficult all I knew is that I was happy.

We'd spent about 2 hours together in total and it was almost 7:00pm, oh no my parents I'd completely forgotten about everyone.

"Well thanks for everything..." I paused realising I still didn't know his name, I felt a little embarrassed I'd spent so much time with him but I hadn't even asked for his name, well better late than never, "I'm sorry, this is
.... Awkward but, I believe I still don't know your name" he nodded understandingly

"It's OK my name is Jake"

"OK Jake today has been a really nice day thanks for everything but really must get going now my parents must be worried sick"

"Oh I wouldn't wanna keep you waiting then, its getting late let me drop you off"

"Oh you really don't have to like you said it is getting late you should get home too I don't wanna delay you any longer"

"No Ellie its perfectly fine it's the least I could do after blowing your cover twice" he gave an apologetic smile, I nodded. We both got up and headed out, the early night breeze piercing me, I pulled my jacket closer.

Jake unlocked his car and opened the door for me, he got in and turned on the heater. The ride home was smooth we made small talk here and there, with me occasionally guiding him through the lamp lit streets.

When we got to my home he got out of the car also helping me out, "I really hope you had a wonderful day Ellie"

I smiled "Of course I did Jake, today was lovely all because of you so thank you" he smiled and looked at me for a few seconds before leaving in his car.

I walked to the doorstep and braced myself. As soon as I entered I was bombarded.
